You can contact us through the booking platform.<br>FR<br>-Lost or forgotten keys<br>Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.<br>After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.<br>If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.<br><br>-Lost Items<br>We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.<br>If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.<br><br>EN<br>-Lost or forgotten keys<br>Any key loss or misplacement between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.<br>After 8 PM, assistance is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.<br>If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.<br><br>-Forgotten items<br>We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.<br>If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the postage fees.
