Hello Dean, Thank you very much for your feedback. We’re really happy to hear that you found the rooms clean and comfortable. We’d like to clarify that our place is not a hotel and the regular check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Since you arrived early, we asked the cleaning staff to prepare the apartment as quickly as possible so that you could check in around 2:00 p.m. We do provide toilet paper to get you started, but not for the entire week, as mentioned in our listing. As for the hot water, no issue was reported in the building during your stay — otherwise, the property management would have notified all residents. We’re truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and that your arrival day was difficult. We always do our best to make our guests feel comfortable and would have gladly tried to help if we had known.
