Welcome to The Evergreen, our Hudson Valley retreat located just 5 minutes from Woodstock village. Sitting on 3 acres amongst the trees, this property boasts beautiful outdoor space with a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, grill, and a fire pit, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.
This charming property offers 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms- perfect for families or groups of friends. It also features a study, ideal for those who need to balance work and play.
The space
Just a couple hours north of NYC, The Evergreen, Woodstock is perfect for a couple's getaway, hosting a holiday with friends, or making memories on a family vacation. The downstairs common areas include a sitting room, dining room, study, and super comfy family space with seating for all just off of the kitchen. A gigantic couch and large screen are great for movie nights or snuggling up for some R&R. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, baking, and entertaining your family and friends.

Upstairs you’ll find cozy guest rooms where you can enjoy serene views of the surrounding pines from every window. There is one king suite, two queen bed rooms, and a large bonus space featuring two twin beds and an adjoining queen bed room. Additional sleeping arrangements are available upon request for a larger group of up to 12 people.

The outdoor space features a large patio with a grill, dining table, and lounge area. Cool off in the pool or take in a bit of nature with a walk amongst the surrounding wooded area. Don’t mind the occasional deer crossing through the yard. Just outside of the outdoor living space, you’ll find our fire pit - perfect for evening s’mores. And once the sun goes down, enjoy the starry skies from the hot tub.

The property is located close to countless hiking trails, Opus 40 sculpture park, and within quick reach of Hunter and Windham mountains, making it the perfect base for exploring the Hudson Valley area.

For Families:
A Pack 'N Play Crib is available as is a high chair and dining supplies.
Guest access
All areas of the house are accessible to our guests and a 2 car garage and large driveway provide ample parking space.
Other things to note
We do have a 2-night minimum stay requirement on weekends year-round and 3-nights during the holidays.

The heated pool is open mid May through September. The hot tub is available year round.

A refundable safety deposit of $500 is required for groups larger than 6 people.

In the unlikely event a Host needs to cancel your booking within 30 days of check-in, we’ll find you a similar or better home, or we’ll refund you.
Check-In Guarantee
If you can’t check into your home and the Host cannot resolve the issue, we’ll find you a similar or better home for the length of your original stay, or we’ll refund you.
Get-What-You-Booked Guarantee
If at any time during your stay you find your listing isn't as advertised—for example, the refrigerator stops working and your Host can’t easily fix it, or it has fewer bedrooms than listed—you'll have three days to report it and we’ll find you a similar or better home, or we’ll refund you.
