Beautiful and comfortable villa

My group of 8 had a wonderful stay. The villa was equipped with everything we could want and more. The pool area is perfect and the surrounding land is breathtaking.

Lovely stay!!

Maria was very helpful and simply a lovely person. The house is gorgeous and it’s even better than the pictures. Location is great for those who want to stay away from the loud Ibiza and enjoy a more relax vacation yet it’s close enough if you want to go to town one evening. On top of that it’s very close to some of my favorite beaches.

Amazing time in Ibiza

Spent 5 days in Ibiza with a group of friends and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The house amennities’ (BBQ, Pool, etc) and the location (isolated area) allowed us to have a good time without leaving the place. Although it is an isolated area, it was super easy to ask for Ubers/Taxis to go to the city center during the day and night. Maria (the host) was also really helpful with everything we needed. For sure it is a place to return.

We had an unforgettable stay at this authentic Ibizan home, rich with character and family heritage. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the history and love built into the property. The traditional architecture, beautiful details, and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and immerse ourselves in the island’s charm.The location was excellent close enough to reach beaches and town easily, yet private and serene. The house was spotless, well cared for, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.What made it truly special was the sense of authenticity it didn’t feel like just a rental, but like we were welcomed into a piece of Ibiza’s culture and tradition. A smooth check in after a late evening flight arrival with Mari Pau. The house is gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The kitchen had all equipment. The outside kitchen is fantastic. The outdoor pool setting is stunning. 2 upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. The other bedrooms have fans. Mari Pau was a great host and we would gladly return. Good to be in walking distance of the delicious Aubergine restaurant and a short drive from supermarkets, bakery, cafes and shops in San Getrudis.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen und geräumigen Haus. Alles sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Ein schöner Grill im Poolbereich. Überhaupt war die Terrasse und die großzügige Lounge der schönste Ort in dem Haus.Dazu noch die freundliche Gastgeberin.Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Magnifique maison au cœur d’Ibiza

La maison était parfaite ! Encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour, ainsi que ma famille. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, il y a plein de salles de bain, et la cerise sur le gâteau se trouve dehors avec la piscine et la cuisine d’été… c’est un vrai havre de paix. Maria était toujours disponible, et charmante! La communication était fluide, encore merci pour tout ! Gracias por todo !

incredibly great object

Dreamlike original Ibizan finca! Absolutely perfectly prepared and perfectly clean. The whole property is well maintained and is lovingly cared by Maria. The layout of the rooms and the facility allows for a very relaxed rest. We stayed with 12 people and there are a variety of beautiful retreats to be alone. It's just absolutely perfect. Maria, thank you very much for the wonderful time! We would like to come again :-)

Beautiful villa

We stayed for a week in this beautiful villa with 12 people. Of which 1 baby. For this a neat bed was made by the owneresses. The villa really lacks nothing. You get lots of towels which are also changed during the week. The contact with the owners was also good. She responds quickly to messages and ensures a top vacation. The villa looks beautiful, outside is breathtaking. The pool, sun beds, bbq and lounge set. We will definitely come back here again. And recommend this to everyone.

First time in Ibiza

We had a wonderful time! A beautiful outside kitchen by a large swimming pool. The house is fully equipped with everything a vacationer needs. The owner Marie Pau is super accommodating . Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property

We spent ten days in Mari Pau’s wonderful finca. From all the houses we’ve rented in Ibiza over the years, this one certainly tops it in terms of cleanliness, convenience and comfort. While old, the house has been kept in immaculate condition and it’s outdoors area and pool are wonderful. Mari Pau is a highly efficient host en ready to kick in immediately in case of need. Definitely recommend this place!

Great week during tough times

Spotlessly clean. Host is super organised. Pool area is superb - outdoor kitchen is great. We travelled during COVID, Mari was very helpful and printed our PCR test results. A lovely restaurant called Aubergine is located 300 metres from the house. 4 adults, 6 kids aged 16, 14, 13, 12,11,10. Small helpful touches that make life so much easier. Fridge stocked with essentials; larder contained essentials; dish and clothes washing tabs provided.

EXCEPTIONAL VILLA

This villa is way nicer that shown on the website! Its spotlessly clean, the pool area is amazing, we stayed / cooked out here most of the week. Mari is EXTREMELY helpful too! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Mari for making my 30th birthday so special.

Completely perfect

This is an absolutely perfect villa. I could not recommend it more highly. *Check in / Check out process* Delightful - the owner is charming, available and easy to talk to, our annoying flight delay was accepted without complaint and we had the perfect amount of explanations on arrival and departure. The owner made me feel welcome to contact them during our stay if we had any questions or problems (which we did not). *The Villa* I have rented villas in Ibiza for a number of years now, and this is definitely the best I ever had. It is in excellent condition, very clean, good furniture and thoughtfully kitted out. By this I mean that there is more than enough tableware (tasteful porcellaine plates, bowls, serving dishes, cutlery etc, including puring jugs, a champagne ice bucket, trays to carry things to the table..), and the kitchen is fitted with high end white goods. The large dishwasher looked new and was easy to use. There are two fridge freezers in the kitchen (so useful for a big group!) and another small fridge in the 'outside kitchen' which was perfect for drinks. I have never stayed in a villa where the cooking ware was so perfect - all the right saucepans and frying pans, ladles, serving spoons, whisks - it was a pleasure to cook with such great and complete equipment (not usually provided in rental properties..). The outdoor BBQ was a delight and even some coal was provided. We enjoyed several BBQs on the large dining table in the beautiful outside area (more below). The bathrooms are all large, clean, with excellent water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. The bedsheets were tasteful, the mattresses were comfortable and there were more than enough coat hangers. Outside area The pool area and outside living space is huge and beautiful, the photos do not do this justice. The sunloungers look new and the mattresses/pillows were spotless. Particular highlights/unexpected bonus: -midweek cleaning and fresh towels -the fact that basic items were already provided (a small olive oil/vinegar, drinks,sugar, salt/pepper, toiletpaper, dishwasher tabs). Not to be taken for granted! -the cute toiletries and the fact that the towels were embroidered -the lemon tree (we used 'own lemons' for cooking!) -the wall art -the beautifully kept garden. Wonderful flowers and palm trees. Conclusion This villa is clearly and rightly loved by its owners (and now, also us). Please take good care of it, if you are lucky enough to stay there.

Maison et environnement extraordinaire. Maison facile d'accès, très propre et très bien entretenue pendant tout le séjour, pas de bruit, maison très bien équipée. Propriétaire extrêmement gentille et arrangeante. Mon meilleur séjour à Ibiza ! je vous recommande vivement cette maison ! Perfect house and extraordinary environment. Easy home access, very clean and well maintained during the rental, no noise, very well equipped house. Owner extremely nice and accomodating. My best stay in Ibiza for sure ! "Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette magnifique maison. Tout était parfait, l accueil par la propriétaire, adorable, la beauté et le cachet de la maison, la grande piscine et les extérieurs étaient magnifiques, la qualité des prestations dans la maison étaient parfaites, la propreté impécable, du linge de maison brodé... de plus elle est idéalement située....les photos sont même en dessous de la réalité. Si nous revenons à Ibiza nous relouerons cette très belle maison! VRAIMENT A RECOMMANDER"

"We were in Cas Ferrer du...

"We were in Cas Ferrer during the 2nd week of August with 11 people incl 4 children. At first we were received by the owner Mari P., she is very friendly and very serviceminded. As we arrived on sunday she had cared for some drinks and food and other things in the regrigerator and kitchen. The house is unbelievable spacious, beautifull and luxe. Its a charming old building of 200 years old, its 100 years in the family of the owners and that is what you feel. This house and their guests are loved by them. All the rooms, the sleeping rooms and bathrooms are very nice and super clean, the old materials in the house combine superior with modern comfort and luxury they have braught in. The jewel for us was the big swimming pool with the lounge area, terraces, barbeque...specially at night so beautifull lightened. The road is not too far away from this house but you will not hear any sound...only the wind, the birds and the peace of the surrounding. I will recommend this place to everybody...it was much more than we had expected from the beautifull pictures and description....reality is much better...its the soul of this house and their owners who love this place..they want to give you the best for your money...and thats what you get from Mari P. and her husband in Cas Ferrer. We will return."

Desde el año 2006 los actuales propietarios, tras una intensa restauración, ofrecemos nuestra casa en alquiler turístico para el uso y disfrute de las vacaciones de nuestros clientes.


Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

OUR HOUSEHOLD RULES
AND REGULATIONS


We are kindly asking our guests for your collaboration in assisting us with all our fixtures and fittings within our property following our suggestions:
Under current tourist law the maximum number of people allowed to stay in this house is 12.
It´s not permitted to organize parties or events for people who are not living within the household.
After midnight, out of consideration for the neighborhood, the music must be turned down. Local authorities are asking for big fines.
On departure day, check out must be done not later than 10 am. The house must be returned in aceptable and clean conditions. Final cleaning is included in the price except in cases where extra cleaning is required in which case part of the damage deposit will be held back.
The loss of the keys for the house will incur some of the deposit held back to pay for the change of the lock system.
We give a really personal service to our guests which include dealing with general maintenance and running of our home. Please do not allow strangers to enter the property.
