Hermosa casa frente al lago con vistas excepcionales!

Hermoso, limpio y moderno, cuatro dormitorios, tres baño de la casa situada en dos acres en un entorno tranquilo junto a un pequeño lago. Durante el día, relajarse en la terraza de 1.000 pies cuadrados, disfrutar del lago o pasar tiempo en cualquiera de las playas de la ciudad cercanas. El patio trasero ofrece un escenario ideal para una reunión o simplemente para tomar una siesta en la hamaca.

Por la noche, darse un chapuzón en el 5 persona jacuzzi / tina caliente, relajarse en la sauna disfrutar de la cena de la parrilla. La casa cuenta con un comedor con capacidad para diez, en-en mesa de la cocina, con capacidad para cuatro personas, y una gran sala de estar con chimenea y una hermosa vista del lago.

La suite principal incluye es gran cuarto de baño propio, balcón con vista al lago y una chimenea para las noches frescas.

En la planta baja en la planta baja tenemos una sala con mesa de 9 'de billar, dardos, ajedrez / table damas, juegos de mesa variados juego. Para aquellos interesados en la pesca, nuestro lago está completamente equipada (algunos de la mejor pesca es justo al lado de nuestro muelle!).

This property is absolutely stunning! Between the beautiful view of the pond, the large outdoor space, the game room, the hot tub and sauna this home had so many wonderful amenities to take part in! This trip was for a bachelorette weekend! And we couldn’t have chose a better home to celebrate the bride! Roxana was an amazing host! Her instructions for the home were clear and concise and she was extremely accommodating! I highly recommend this home for your next stay! Especially if you enjoy connecting to nature and family and friends!

This was a nice house and property, and we didn't have major complaints. The house is comfortable, quiet, and spacious. I appreciated that all of the bedrooms were upstairs, so noise carrying through the house when our kids were sleeping wasn't an issue. I also appreciated the extra linens and towels that were available, as not all rentals provide those. We loved the water access, and we enjoyed using the kayak and canoe. The host was also helpful and responsive.My only issues were the hot tub wasn't as clean as we would have liked and was very overfilled so we had to take a lot of care to avoid leaking water in the house, and the house seemed to have some moisture damage and a musty smell in some areas. Again, this wasn't a huge concern, but something I thought was worth mentioning in case anyone is sensitive to something like that.

Our family stayed here to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. It is a great spot for family gatherings. The property is spacious and offers a variety of activities between the lake, pool table and hot tub/sauna or you can just relax in the hammock or on the beautiful deck. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in the Cape.

This proved to be a great house for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The back deck with the view of the pond was the highlight. The living space was comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious and cutely decorated. The downstairs game room provided some entertainment although it was a bit dark and dingy and musty. The kitchen, although a bit small, was fairly well stocked. The dining room was beautiful and accommodating. The back yard was a fantastic place for the kids to run around and play. The outdoor furniture could have used a bit more TLC before our arrival. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Property was great! Location was beautiful with the lake. Kids enjoyed taking the kayak and paddle board out and went fishing. Hot tub and sauna was also a hit! Adults enjoyed relaxing on back deck and kids enjoyed pool table downstairs. Only downside is listing said 4 twin beds in 1 room. It’s 3 twin beds with a trundle which did not work for us so one of the kiddies slept on couch. Besides that everything else was perfect

We loved our stay here! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We had a large group of 6 adults and 3 kids and the house fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space to spread out while still offering a great family experience. The pictures don’t do it justice. Roxana even let us bring our dog after a last minute change of plans. The sauna and hot tub were big hits for us as well! The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed, and the hosts are extremely responsive. We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Thank you for letting us experience your family home!

“Beautiful Lakefront Home with Exceptional Views” perfectly describes this property!The amenities were ideal for our family. The kids loved the paddleboard, kayaks, and hot tub. We enjoyed family dinners on the spacious deck, and the large BBQ grill was perfect for our surf-and-turf night (Steak & Lobsters). My dad could be found napping in the hammock daily. In the evening, we had cozy fires and made s’mores.The weather was gorgeous, so we spent most of our time outdoors, but if it had rained, the well-equipped game room downstairs would have kept the kids entertained for hours.This is the perfect property for your next family retreat!

peaceful getaway

Beautiful property on serene pond complete with kayaks and canoes to enjoy the peace. Extremely well furnished and the game room had something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed their time. We we surprised to find such a great property that would allow less than a full week stay.

Adult get away

Three couples were on the Cape to attend a friend’s wedding. We LOVED this home. It was clean, spacious and stunningly beautiful with many lovely touches.We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the lawn and lake. Our host was very responsive and gave us excellent info.We plan to return!

Relaxing Stay

Roxana’s home is lovely. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a home and not just a rental property. You can tell the home is well loved. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood, the views of Lovells Pond and proximity to the surrounding towns. This home offers privacy, peace and quiet. Our dog enjoyed running around the backyard and hopping in the pond! Roxana is a great host and we hope to stay again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! My friends and I stayed here for a relaxing bachelorette. The house was very spacious and plenty of space for us to hang out and cook together. Hot tub and sauna were amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again

Cape Cod Golf Trip

Friends and I planned a golf trip on the cape and this house worked out perfect for us! After long days there were plenty of ways to relax, a great kitchen and grill for our meals, and then the game room to finish off the day. The owner/contact for the rental was also very responsive and prepared for our visit which is extremely helpful. Our entire group agreed we could do this again at the same house!

Perfect home for family or group getaway

Communication with the host was excellent. Home had ample room for 8 adults and is located on a private driveway with lots of privacy. Pictures are very accurate with large backyard on lake in the beautiful town of Cotuit. Located close to everything, shopping, restaurants, beach, coffee shop, etc. Home has all kinds of fun stuff to keep you busy when not touring the area, including pool table, hot tub, sauna and games. Highly recommend for family or group getaway!

A wonderful place

We had a really good time staying there. The weather was a bit disappointing, but Roxana's place has plenty of space and things to keep us occupied. Roxana thought of everything, kitchen is well equipped and the place is very clean. We had an elecritic outage from the area and she made sure to let us know not to worry. Highly recommended.

I am the mom of triplet boys so I’m always very busy! The house has been in the family for over two decades and has provided a great opportunity for gathering with friends and family. We spend half of the year living here and we enjoy the peace and privacy of the setting.

After 22 years of sharing this house with guests, I’m pleased to say that 99% of those who have stayed had a memorable time. Many continue to come back year after year so that is a reassuring feeling! We always have a great time at the house and we are certain you will enjoy it as well. It's easy to get to the area from nearby Boston, where I live. The lake provides a peaceful setting, yet you can get to the beach and other activities on the Cape quickly. We especially enjoy going for a hike at the conservation land across the street from our house!
This is a home, not a commercial rental so please level set your exceptions. Nothing is perfect in life!

Large open floor plan and extensive back yard. Makes it ideal for entertainment. Our house provides a family oriented atmosphere in a great residential neighborhood. This is our second home so I keep up with it with great detail. Access to the pond and 200 acres of conservation land across the street with great trails.
