The imposing and spacious country house is located in Pratovecchio, Casalino (about 30 inhabitants, 4 km from the town centre). The villa has a private garden with tall trees, and borders the Casentinesi Forest National Park. It has a total of sixteen rooms and fourteen bathrooms and is rented for exclusive use.
For bookings of up to 16 guests, 8 of the 13 rooms on the orange map will be available, for every 2 additional guests, even with updates the day before check in, an additional room with bathroom will be available, if you want an extra bed inside of a queen size, agree the price with the owner before making an instant reservation.
For bookings of up to 26 people, a total of thirteen bedrooms (orange + green + pink map) and fourteen bathrooms are available to guests. Any additional beds are available for bookings of up to 32 guests in total. Ask the owner for a discount before booking immediately. The total surface area of the villa is approximately 450 m² (highlighted in the orange + green + pink map). The main entrance leads to a stone staircase, a few steps here is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (on request). Halfway up the stairs there is the door for direct access to the garden with the swimming pool. On the upper floors (1st and 2nd floors) there is a large dining room of 55 m² with four tables (in the photo: set with 28 seats, ), satellite TV, kitchenette (five burners, oven , freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine) and four bedrooms with double bed (or two single beds each room chosen before check-in) and its own private bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room with sofas and TV, four bedrooms with your choice of single or double beds, each with its own private bathroom. 4 extra beds can be added to reach a total of 20 beds. The villa has gas central heating with a condensing boiler. The villa has an enclosed garden with children's games and a 100 m² large paved area with tables, benches, barbecue and table tennis, which can be illuminated at night.
There is also a private swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5 m, open in medium and high season with safety for the little ones and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas on the sun terrace. From here you can enjoy an enchanting view over the roofs of the city ​​and hills.

During the renovation of the villa in 2003, the decorations on the walls, the ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors are (some of them still the original ancient grounds) returned to their former glory.
The villa is partly furnished with antique furniture. Single beds can be combined to double beds.

The villa is ideal for family reunions, meetings of friends or clubs, courses (painting, music, yoga, etc.), sports clubs and more, it is also an ideal setting for weddings, in Casalino there is also a church for religious weddings , in Pratovecchio Pieve Romanica di Romena, on the slopes of the Medieval Castle of Romena or in Poppi in a beautiful medieval castle for civil ceremonies. The villa is located near routes in the Park with marked cycle paths. The Adriatic coast is about 90 minutes by car, the Tyrrhenian Sea, a two-hour drive. It is also possible to swim in the lake, which is 1.5 km from the center of Pratovecchio, or in Stia in the Arno river. The municipality of Pratovecchio is located about 4 km away. You can go on excursions to the Poppi Zoo, the Verna Sanctuary, the Camaldoli Hermitage and the Casentinesi Forest National Park. Florence and Arezzo are 50 minutes away by car, Siena Arezzo 80. From Rome you can take the fast train in an hour and 5 minutes away, so that even day trips are possible.
