Una gran casa de verano o invierno (condominio) a solo una milla de la montaña Stratton.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y los otros 2 dormitorios tienen dos camas individuales cada uno. Se proporcionan ropa de cama y una cocina totalmente equipada con cubiertos, ollas / sartenes y platos. El salón tiene una gran chimenea y la madera es complementaria. El salón tiene un sofá convertible junto con un sillón reclinable. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas con un mostrador combinado con taburetes. La mejor característica de este condominio es que nuestro desarrollo tiene su propio servicio de autobús que funciona todos los fines de semana durante la temporada de esquí y todos los días durante la semana de vacaciones de invierno. También hay 3 canchas de tenis y una piscina para la primavera y el verano. Actualmente estamos buscando alquilar nuestra unidad para toda la temporada de esquí a una familia. Si para cuando comienza la temporada de esquí y no tenemos la unidad alquilada para la temporada, la ofreceré en una tarifa semanal / diaria. Por favor, solicite una tarifa completa de temporada.

Great location and unit

We had a great stay at Bernie's townhouse. We have been coming to the area for >10 years and always have some key areas to visit (Stratton, etc.). The location of the unit was great right off route 30. The townhouse was also well stocked with an ideal layout. We had our parents with us and the first floor bedroom and bathroom worked well for them. The second floor was ideal for us and the kids with 2 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Bernie was a great host and provided all the relevant information. Would definitely stay again.

Condo in park-like setting.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful condo over a 3 night stay. Both pool and tennis courts well maintained and spectacular. Owner answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Our own experience

We stay for 3 Nights, It was like hotel for us (but with a lot of room) as we spent the days at Stratton Mountain, all was nice and clean, we cook our own breakfast, Coffee, to be honest it was like to be in our own home, recommended all the way 100%

Great Summer Getaway

This is a great property for any length of stay. The pictures are a good representation of how it actually looks. We spent three weeks here and found southern Vermont a great place for hiking and touring. I'm sure for skiers its location can't be beat.

Best VT stay ever

Bernie’s place is amazing. Clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is second to none. The amenities in the home and on the property make the stay better than any other place we’d ever stayed while in VT. Bernie is extremely responsive and thorough. Love this place and had a perfect stay.

Perfect place for outdoor activity

The place was clean and well described by the owner. It seemed bigger in person than from the pictures. The pool was heated and my kids loved to go night swimming even though it was 65 degrees. It was 10 minutes from Stratton and about 25 minutes from Manchester. It also had 3 nice clay tennis courts which was a bonus for my daughter and I. I would go again.

A great time at a great property

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here in July 2020. Great condo in an convenient, quiet spot. It was close to Stratton, had a wonderful and clean pool, fire pit for the kids to roast marshmallows, and plenty of room. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Clean quiet location for a last minute getaway

The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures. Very clean and quiet location. Nice back deck where we enjoyed our meals and morning coffee. Close to hiking spots. Owner was very responsive to our questions.

We had a great time. Was quick shuttle ride to mountain. Condo had everything we needed and having 3 full baths was a huge bonus.

Comfortable condo close to Stratton base lodge

Very comfortable and spacious condo with plenty of room for a family. Sure it's dated (as many of the condo complexes are around there) but it's been meticulously maintained and spotless. The shuttle to Stratton base lodge is a huge plus or it's just a 10 minute drive. While it's just off the access road, it's actually more convenient to restaurants in Londonderry and Manchester and it's 3 minutes from the local market. The owner Bernie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. The only negative is the Wi-Fi was very spotty. The best bonus-we could take our pooch and there were plenty of grounds for walks. We will definitely stay again.

Great option near Stratton

Took my wife and toddler and shih tzus up for a couple nights. We enjoyed it. Great location and nice quiet neighborhood. Only issue worth noting is that the kitchen and bathroom sinks don’t drain very well, but that’s likely an easy fix and will be fixed before too many other renters stay there, I would guess. Bernie, the owner, is very nice and easy to work with. Very responsive. We would definitely consider returning.

Perfect stay!

What a wonderful stay! We rented this condo to attend the Vermont Summer Festival horse show. This condo was perfect for our family, even in a scorching heat wave!

A quick getaway to Vermont

We went for a quick, last minute get away to the Manchester area. We decided to try VRBO and were very happy we did! We found a place which gave us plenty of room to accommodate 5 adults! We were a bit apprehensive booking because the photos made the place look dated. The place is a bit "vintage 80's" but actually everything was in topnotch shape and the place was spotless! I would definitely go back and highly recommend this VRBO home to anyone looking in the Manchester area. We truly enjoyed our stay and Bernie made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed! We cooked, played board games, shopped the outlets and country stores and just relaxed! The townhouse is close to Manchester, the ski areas and the Battenkill where we also spent an afternoon tubing.

really enjoyed ataying here. Every thing was clean and we had all we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised with how much room there was. Bernie answered all our questions. It was very quiet. We had the pool all to ourselves.

Perfect!

The perfect condo for a family ski vacation. Immaculate, well stocked kitchen, and very convenient to Stratton. Had everything we needed..had only to bring our personal items and skis!!! The owner was very gracious and easy to contact. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall good

This unit has a great layout. The firewood is located right outside which made making and maintaining the fire pretty easy. I liked the fact there was a shuttle bus that took us to the mountain so we didn't have to drive. My only negative comment is the house is outdated and screams 1980 but overall everything still works. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we had a minor bathroom issue which he immediately fixed. He was very quick to respond. I would recommend this place.

Perfect Stratton Mtn Ski Condo

Very clean and spacious condo right off the mountain road. The shuttle service makes it easy to get to the mountain. Plenty of room for a large family or two small families or in this case five adults on a men's ski weekend.

Cozy, Clean and Convenient location!

Perfect ski rental home. Its incredibly clean, the beds are very comfortable and its perfect to get away with a group of friends or in our case with family. The homeowner Bernie, was incredibly accommodating (allowed my to bring my dog too!) and a pleasure to work with. He ensured we were taken care of and had everything we needed during our stay. I will certainly stay here again next ski season!

Great Place in Stratton!!

My best friend and I with teenage kids rented this place for the winter vacation. The homeowner was super nice, the place clean, the shuttle perfect specially after skiing (not having to walk to car and put skis on car, etc.), and skiing great! It was cozy and looks much better in real life than in the pictures that are put up here. Also, ideal for two families like us, because both the master bedroom and the other bedroom on the second floor have a "master" bathroom. And a full bathroom is available in the first floor too! Washer and dryer. Also, there I a lovely trail behind the condos where dog owners can walk their dog. We would love to come back!!
