ESTRELLA DE MONTAÑA DE STRATTON IN / OUT

Los condominios de Ober Tal están situados en la ladera inferior del Tamarack con fácil acceso al elevador Tamarack. Tenemos una vista de Bromley desde nuestra sala de estar y comedor ventanas Estamos a 2 minutos a pie de la pendiente y una de las mejores ubicaciones de Stratton. A1200 + pies cuadrados 2 dormitorios, ocupando dos plantas con un baño en cada piso. Limitamos la ocupación a seis personas proporcionando espacio cómodo para cada uno. Stratton también ofrece maravillosas actividades de verano, numerosos fines de semana de eventos, ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, golf, tenis por nombrar sólo unos pocos. 20 minutos de compras de Manchester y el Vermont Festival de Verano Shows de caballos. La temporada de follaje de otoño es simplemente hermosa y activa con ferias de artesanías, festivales, tiendas y deportes. Esperamos compartir nuestra casa con usted.

We had a great stay! Perfect location. True ski on/off. A short walk to town. Prompt communication with the owner. Definitely would rent again in the future.

Great Ski in - Ski out location with a view

We loved our stay! It was a beautiful rental with plenty of room. We loved the space and proximity to the Tamarack lift was amazing. Deb was so nice to work with and easy to contact with any questions we had.

Ringing in the New Year

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights at Deb's place. She was extremely responsive. A 2 minute walk to the Tamarack lift; 5 minute walk into village. We could not ask for more and plan to stay again.

Great location

We stayed for a weekend in July for a wedding at Stratton, this was a much better price for 2+ bedrooms vs the hotels on site. The condo was clean and comfortable and 5 minute walk to the village center. We gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the old air conditioner really couldn't cool the condo enough to keep it truly comfortable, especially at night (when it was still 70+ degrees outside so opening windows did little to help). Granted this wouldn't be an issue most of the year. Also we blew the fuse in a bathroom by plugging in a hair dryer and I'm assuming this isn't the 1st time since the closest lamp we could move in there had a 12' extension cord on it. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

Perfect stay

Wonderfully located steps from the Tamarack lifts at Stratton. Listing was accurate and Deborah was communicative, friendly and flexible. Our first time experiencing ski in/out and it certainly won't be our last. We hope to visit again in the future!

Great communication and easy to deal with; kept in contact from booking to check in. Top floor unit in great condition, very comfy for 3 adults and 2 kids, easy 2 min walk to tamarack lift and 5 min walk to the village.

Look no further!

Awesome place to stay when looking to Ski Stratton. Unit was excellent, very cozy feel, everything you could ask for. Ski on ski off type unit that you can’t beat. Parking was a prime location as well. Highly recommend and I definitely will be booking again in the future.

Perfect location and unit!

This was our second stay at Obertal. This unit is definitely our favorite! Cozy, clean and well-equipped, it was perfect for our family of 5. Debbie is a fantastic host, and super accommodating. The location is perfect to throw on your skis and hit the lift. You are also close to the snow tubing park, and a short walk into town. You can’t go wrong with this rental, it is simply the best!

Fabulous getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The extra bed in loft area was perfect for an 8 year old! Everything was clean and organized Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with cooking and baking pans,dishes, etc. Could not have been easier. I think this is our first stay at a property where absolutely nothing went wrong. Great location and easy walk to village and lifts. Highly recommend!!

Clean, comfortable Stratton Mountain condo. Perfect location. Owner was super easy to talk to and very helpful. Offered adjusted checkin and checkout times which was very accommodating. Definitely would choose again.

Weekend Getaway

Location was perfect with walking distance to the lifts, walking distance to the base lodge. The condo was beautiful, fully equipped with all necessities. The teenage boys had the upstairs and privacy. Would definitly stay again!

Ski on and off

My family of 4 had a great ski vacation at this beautiful condo. Great location to walk to restaurants and shops and also to start and end your day right next to the tamarack lift. No need to move your car or take a shuttle. Owner was super responsive to any and all questions. Clean, cozy and convenient :)

Perfect ski hideaway

We had a wonderful time at this cozy comfy ski hideaway, perfect for our family of 6. The location can’t be beat, less than a minute walk to ski right onto the Tamarack lift and under 5 minute walk to the village. We really enjoyed all the games and the fireplace at night after a long day of skiing. The view of Bromley was a great way to wake each morning and enjoy a cup of coffee. There really was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable and the condo was very well stocked with linens and towels and even TP, hand soaps, etc. It’s huge not to have to pack all that stuff. The owner Deb was great about communicating with me. We would 100% stay here again, highly recommend!

Excellent!

We had a fantastic weekend here. The property was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, well equipped, steps from the ski lift. The kids didn’t want to leave. Deborah was a superb host, very responsive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

We have been vacationing at Stratton since our children were 5 and 8 , they are now both in their thirties and we all still love it there. Its a place for family fun and memories.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Because its primarily our family vacation home, we only rent a few choice days a year .
Because its so close to the slopes and to the village but its quiet and peaceful. We love our view of the valley and out to Bromley Mountain .
We love the space privacy and flexibilty that the upstairs and the loft provide.
