Hemos equipado nuestra casa para que sea lo más relajante para usted como lo es para nosotros, con un enfoque en la única necesidad de llevar un traje de baño y un cepillo de dientes. Vero Beach Oceanfront Downtown está a 1 milla de la casa donde se puede navegar por las tiendas locales, restaurantes, mercados de agricultores, y relajarse en los restaurantes y bares. Nuestra casa tiene un montón de equipos para usar en la playa detrás de nuestra casa como kayaks, paddle board, cañas de pescar, tablas de surf, y un tablero descremada. También disponemos de dos cruceros de la playa para que pueda coger el camino y la cabeza a la tienda de comestibles de un cuarto de milla de distancia o para la "tira" local para ir de compras, comer, beber, o navegar por una milla de distancia.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront pool home.The house itself was very nice, spacious, and well equipped, and the location right on the beach made it extra special. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and attentive. When we first arrived, the pool had not been cleaned, but the host took care of it right away, which we greatly appreciated.The beachside porch and grill could have been a bit cleaner and we didn't end up using the grill, but this were minor points in what was otherwise a very enjoyable experience. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again.

Great location and pool but less than luxury

We traveled to Vero Beach for spring break. The pictures and the price of this stay led me to believe the house would be quite luxurious but the inside of the house is not that way. Things that I really liked:Water pressure, salt water pool, location, beach, roomy interior with desks/vanities, good outdoor furniture and accessories for the beach. Things I did not like:Finishes in the house were very cheap. Kitchen felt very cheesy (mixed matched porous stained counters and cheapest possible cabinets). No vent in the kitchen and the stove is gas. The floors are just painted concrete. We had to wash some sheets on a bed before we could use it because they were visibly dirty. They left us with 2 laundry pods. One of which needed to be used for their laundry. The toilet paper is the cheapest extremely thin kind. (Like for an RV)The tvs are not smart. You cannot watch anything but cable tv with commercials. Over all I would say that I was pretty disappointed because the price of the place was extremely expensive. I expected better for that price. I stay at a lot of vacation rentals so I have a lot to campare it to. This is the first place in over 20 stays I have not left 5 stars for.

Perfect getaway

What a perfect retreat for our family—with our teens and doggos. Loved the low key location and vibe. Private and relaxed. So nice to have a large fenced yard with the pups. Beautiful views. First trip to Vero Beach & already talking about coming back. Loved. :)

amazing location

As a family of four, we just loved choosing between the sea and the pool each day. The house served us really well and provided all we needed for just over a week's stay - plus shops and restaurants etc really close. Thank you!

Nice Vacation House

This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Very private and quiet! The pictures in the listing are from earlier times and the seagrass on the enlarging beach dune has somewhat obstructed the view. The final seven steps down to the beach are completely covered by sand at this time which makes navigating down to the beach a little hazardous. It is an older home that could use some updating (bathrooms, kitchen counters), but overall we enjoyed our stay. It was extremely hot weather during our week, but the beautiful pool was a godsend! The garage had plenty of beach toys, chairs, extra refrigerator and was very well organized. There were basic supplies available (hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods) which was a very nice surprise along with the complimentary toiletries in each bath was wonderful! There are lots of good books on the shelves along with an excellent selection of games. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes, etc. but there is limited space for food storage in cabinets. The gas grill was used almost every night. Bring bug spray for the NoSeeUms that are plentiful at dawn and dusk! We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

60th birthday group of friends

A group of long time friends turning 60 looking to get away to the beach just to hang out together. We could not have asked for a more perfect house. There were 4 couples, 8 adults in total, and although 1 couple had to have a room with twin beds, it fit us perfectly. The king room has a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrise each morning. The beach is literally steps away. Around 5:00pm each day when we had enough beach time we went to the pool for a few more hours. The bathroom amenities were an additional unexpected nice touch! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There was also an outdoor grill for cooking burgers and steaks which was perfect. Only 6 beach chairs but one couple drove and brought 2 more so we had enough. Honestly, we did not have to leave other than for grocery shopping, which was conveniently about 15 minutes away. It was just what we were looking for to enjoy some relaxing beach time and each others company. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing stay with our family and pups

This property gets an A+ in location and in its suitability for dogs. We loved the privacy of the yard and overall property.We had a great time except for the weather, but still a lot better than home!. The property was pretty well stocked. The only item that wasn't great was the grill so we could not cook at home as much as we would have liked to. We had a 2 day wireless issue but Angela and the homeowner were very responsive to the problem. We feel blessed to have been able to spend the time we had at this dog friendly property.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful week at this property! Based on the pictures we had high expectations and this one did not disappoint! House is well stocked and conveniently located, and we appreciated having access to all the gear and toys in the garage for the beach and pool. Cannot beat having a pool and being steps from the beach!

Great location on water

Older house but with it being right on the ocean, it made up for it! Private and secluded. Ice maker broken and could not be fixed while we were there,but just bought ice and kept in a cooler. My family had a great time using the kayaks. Would definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Vero beachfront getaway

Excellent location and property. House was nice and a great floor plan for our adult family plus dog. The outdoor areas overlooking the ocean and the pool area out front were awesome as well as the spectacular view from the master bedroom. Kitchen and living areas also had great views and lots of light. We also liked the fact there was so much property, privacy, and distance from busy roads. Additionally, the kayaks, paddle board and nice beach chairs provided made the beach even more enjoyable! We would happily vacation there again.

The location is perfect! The home is very clean and simple but has all the necessities you will need. Lots of water and beach toys and the pool is beautiful...warm and crystal clear. The property manager was prompt in answering our questions. The town is very upscale with many restaurants and cute shops. It was the perfect home for a relaxing vacation. Relaxing and fun

Had a great time going from beach to pool and back again. Perfectly socially distanced vacation - just what we needed. The location is amazing —fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, wake up and head down to the water. We loved it.

tolles haus direkt am strand

wir haben unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen. das haus ist sehr schön und sauber. sensationell ist der meeresblick direkt vom schlafzimmer und der private strand direkt vor der türe. wir können dieses haus sehr empfehlen.

Excellent but with a couple of problems.

The house and property are beyond belief, and this was the 3rd time we rented this house. However, there was one issue that clouded our stay. Ants, very small but very active ants, invaded two of the bedrooms to the point that they crawled up into the bed. We tried about everything, I bought exterior insecticide and sprayed around the exterior of the doors and used Raid inside. It appeared that the ants were living inside the common wall between the two bedrooms and the bathroom so I sprayed Raid into the holes in the woodwork and wedged aluminum foil into the gaps. That helped a little but not enough. The problem peaked on Friday, the day before we left, so we saw no use in complaining at that point. Other than that the house was perfect, but you may need to change pest control cpmpanies.
