Espacioso y hogareño para no fumadores Apartamento en planta baja en casa privada con entrada independiente. Metraje cuadrado 1750. "Hay un dormitorio con una cama queen con cabecero de hierro adornado. Cajón y espacio de armario disponible. TV con cable de conexión. El baño adyacente tiene un suelo de baldosas y una ducha de lluvia. Hay una gran sala de estar con 2 sofás y sillas, TV grande con cable y una mesa de billar / ping pong. La zona de cocina tiene una nevera, horno tostador, microondas y cafetera. Sin horno o estufa. Hay un pequeño comedor con mesa y sillas y también un área de bar con sillas.

Relaxing stay

My collie and I had a wonderful stay. Marti responded quickly to all questions and worked with me with my allergy to perfumes. The apartment was clean, and comfortable, with a variety of books to read and a pool table. I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you, Marti.

Clean and cozy! The owner even stocked the fridge with cokes, water, juice, and yogurt. There was also a basket of snacks in a basket on the counter. Excellent communication with the owner. We’re already planning on staying at this property again next year.

Peaceful location

The stay was fantastic. Very good for our small dogs and the treats left were wonderful. Very convenient to horse farms and distilleries. Next time through we will stay again if available

The property was very clean! Mrs. Marti was very kind to leave a basket of goodies for me inside! Always asked me if I was hot or cold. When she found out I liked playing golf she picked her yard and gave me all the golf balls, very kind and thoughtful!

Fabulous location with lots of extras

We really enjoyed staying with Marti; she has many extras like a regular hotel: water, drinks, yogurt, and various refrigerated items, plus a basket with goodies in it for us humans and some snacks for our dogs. We really enjoyed the space both inside and out; my favorite was the morning walks on the golf course (just a few steps from our entry), and her cozy little sitting area, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning with your coffee and enjoying the view in a covered, outside space. We appreciated having space for our dogs to run and play, and easy clean up. Overall we enjoyed "staying in" as much as exploring the area! Thank you Marti, we have favorited this location and will plan to come again!

I did not hear the first train or any highway noise. It is quiet and relaxing. We had another successful trip to Marti's place. She did a great job. Had more food there than we could eat. The bed was very comfortable. I slept as good as if I was at home. The towels were so thick I could only get four in my suitcase. Marti gets an A+++ Wink and Hoot

Breeder's Cup Visit

We chose this property in Georgetown for it's convenient location to Keeneland Race Course. We could not have been happier. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. The property was great, exceeded our expectations. The owner provided everything we needed and was always available. A+++!

Great stay

What a lovely experience staying here. It was so clean & well stocked ,there was even a toy basket for my dog . The fridge has all kinds of goodies. Area was safe & quiet, view from porch was exquisite.

Bourbon trail

Very nice apartment on golf course. The pictures on line don’t quite do justice in showing how roomy and nice. The host is especially helpful and available. We enjoyed our stay completely.

Recommend 5 stars!!

Highly recommend if you are looking for some R&R very peaceful, tranquil and scenic. Marti is a gracious host provides fresh fruit, yogurt, lots of drink options, English muffins she will ask what you would like even doggie treats are left!! Recommendations to local places to eat are great! The pics on line are a bit outdated there is a small screen tv in the bedroom and a bigger one in the living room. I would stay here again hands down. Thank you Marti for the small details they mean a lot! Also flexible with check in/out timing permits.

Marti is friendly, helpful and a great hostess. The apartment was immaculate and had every amenity you could need. Quiet golf course setting with a patio that had a long view of the course. The area is pretty and close to everything you need.

Perfect getaway close to Lexington

Martis basement apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed the serenity of the neighborhood and sitting outside on the patio at night and with our coffee in the morning. The bed was SO comfortable, the apartment was very clean. Marti supplied fresh fruit for us, coffee, etc and other soft drinks and snacks. She was very pleasant, and knowledgeable about attractions and happenings in the area. I would stay here again when I come to the area.

Beautiful apartment in a private home, in lovely Georgetown!

Marti has a great property! She's a wonderful person and offers a terrific space for visitors. The setting is in a very private residential neighborhood, overlooking a lush green golf course. You are a few miles from downtown Lexington, and not far from Georgetown. We were traveling with our dog, who greatly enjoyed the freedom and space of the property. Thanks again!

Perfect Georgetown Experience

My wife and I loved everything about Marti's place! The location was perfect for us. We came to the area for the Keeneland races and it was very convenient to get to and from the track. I also like visiting the distilleries in the area and my favorite, Buffalo Trace, is just down the road. We also really enjoyed discovering Georgetown. Don't miss "Local Feed"! We loved how much space we had and how private Marti's place is. She was kind to leave some snacks and having a washer and dryer was a nice thing to have! My wife and I both work from home and we were able to separate and not be heard by the other. This is a GREAT place!

My apartment is much nicer than a hotel room! You have a comfy bed , large living area with dining and kitchen area and even pool table and work out room! With the comfort of feeling at home!
