Bienvenido a Villa Le Bolli, a pocos kilómetros de Siena, un rincón tranquilo en el corazón de la Toscana, donde puedes regenerarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza que te rodea.
En este oasis de paz, revivimos una antigua villa de los años 1200.
La apariencia original se ha mantenido con todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones relajantes. Durante la reestructuración observamos el medio ambiente: la energía eléctrica y térmica se produce con fuentes renovables mediante el uso de la madera de nuestros bosques.

Somos productores de un excelente aceite de oliva virgen extra y una de las experiencias que puede llevar con usted es una visita y una pequeña lección para probar el aceite de oliva en nuestro almazara.

Aquí puede caminar en la naturaleza virgen, montar a caballo o en bicicleta de montaña, probar productos orgánicos o probar los vinos típicos de Chianti y los quesos toscanos mientras admira la vista y las hermosas puestas de sol.

Villa Le Bolli se encuentra en una posición estratégica en medio de: Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Volterra, San Galgano y Siena, todo a poco más de media hora de distancia, y Florencia a una hora en coche

Organizamos bodas y eventos con una persona dedicada a esto que lo seguirá y lo ayudará durante todas las fases.

We LOVED staying at villa le Bolli. We had an intimate wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful. The property is clean with great upkeep and amazing views. Pierre went above and beyond to meet our needs. Would love to return for an anniversary.

Beautiful Property!

This place is beautiful! Everyone was so kind to us and attentive. We were able to have majority of our family stay with us. Plenty of space/rooms so that was a reason why we decided to book. I am so glad we decided to have our wedding there. The panoramic view is INSANE. It was all truly a dream come true. I am so thankful for everyone at the villa.

Amazing Views and Unforgettable Accommodations

We had our wedding at Villa Le Bolli, and beyond the breath taking views, gorgeous housing, and getting to live in a Tuscan dream, it was made all the more amazing by the host Pierangelo and our wedding planner Antonella. They offered additional services and had everything planned and figured out, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy ourselves! We are so grateful for them and this beautiful villa that will be in our hearts forever!

Spacious bedrooms

Besides everything else terrific about this place that other reviews mention, Villa Le Bolli has 12 spacious bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. In addition, many rooms have the availability of extra beds for children, etc., so large groups can all be comfortable. One other note not mentioned well enough in other reviews is that the view from the swimming pool over the valley is worth the price alone.

Stunning

We couldn't have asked for more. Came here with a group of 14 friends - the property is stunning and has amazing views, great pool, lovely outdoor terraces to dine out each night. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable, all with their own bathrooms, and the professional kitchen was great for preparing large meals for us all. The hosts were friendly and helpful and extremely responsive right from first enquiring about it through to checkout - we booked a catered meal on our last night too which was delicious and highly recommended. Set in such beautiful scenery, would recommend to anyone wanting a countryside Tuscan break. It even has a friendly cat!

Wonderful Villa

We stayed in this wonderful Villa in the heart of Tuscany with our big family.The Villa is surrounded by nature and olives trees so as you can enjoy and relax by the beautiful pool overlooking the stunning valley or visiting the famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti area. The owner is sweet and very helpful making you feel at home and by organizing wonderful dinners at the Villa and a fun wine tasting tour of the Chianti vineyards. The owner himself produces an exquisite organic olive oil. 5 minutes by car there is a lovely medieval village where you can find everything and also two great local trattoria. We strongly recommend this place.

The Perfect Tuscany Stay

Villa Le Bolli was an amazing venue. The staff made us feel welcome and feel as if the house was our own from the start. Sometimes, it is small touches that can make a big difference. With the help of the host, we had a pizza welcoming catered dinner. The host had a wedding before our stay and used the left over flower arrangements to add decorations for us. The sunsets were amazing and the kitchen had everything that was needed. The hosts were very generous with other things such as making sure the place was stocked sufficiently with toilet paper etc. for our entire stay.If you are thinbking of having a destimation wedding, then it will not get any better than this. We had an amazing and memorable family reunion and thank Pierangelo and Sara for making it very easy.

Wonderful week at Villa Le Bolli

Our group of 16 family members and friends stayed at Villa Le Bolli for a week-long vacation. It exceeded our expectations. The property is spectacular - many acres of olive trees, a large pool, a view of Radicondoli atop a nearby mountain and a magnificent house. The service from Sara, Pierangelo and their team was outstanding. They anticipated our every need. The location of the villa was perfect for day trips to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti region, etc. The smaller towns close to the villa such as Radicondoli, Mensano and Belforte were delightful. We opted for dinner in the villa on our last night and it was the best meal of the week; the perfect way to conclude a wonderful visit. We would love to return.

It made all my dreams come true

We celebrated a special family and friends anniversary in this beautiful villa. It was the most perfect venue. The property is so much more than the pictures show. It’s perched on a picturesque hill surrounded by hilltop towns. The sunsets, the grounds, the pool all exceeded our expectations. There was privacy for everyone. It was soundproof enough for the late night people to party and the early risers to sleep. The kitchen is massive with plenty of refrigerators and appliances. The prepared food was delicious. I will dream of this villa for the rest of my life. Thank you for this amazing offering! I hope we get to come back one day!

Trip of a lifetime with friends

After COVID, we desperately needed a getaway. We booked with Pierangelo many months in advance based on the great reviews. The villa and hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Every room was clean and nicely appointed with its own bathroom. We used each of the 12 bathrooms for a total of 24 people. Our group included adults young and old, and plenty of kids. We enjoyed - Day trips to neighboring towns including Radicondoli in Tuscany - Pool! - The INCREDIBLE VIEWS - Fooseball table! - Playing one of the two guitars that were there - Cooking some great meals in the large kitchen - Pierangelo reserved 2 meals catered in, which were GREAT - And most of all, having a great central place to relax and unwind for a week

The Most Perfect Wedding by Sara & Pierengelo

Words could never describe the happiness my family, my husbands family, and my wedding guests spending a view days at this villa. Sara went above and above and created my vision of my perfect wedding. She worked tirelessly with Pierangelo to ensure that the entire trip was perfect, especially the wedding. I was fortunate enough to have almost 70 people at our destination wedding, and they flawlessly executed multiple breakfasts, dinners and the actual wedding. Sara also helped plan some large group events at some nearby farms and brewery which were also a highlight of the trip. These events were for 50 people and Sara made sure that they went smoothly. I could never express the gratitude to them for making this trip the trip of a lifetime for my husband, me, and all of our guests. Please take advantage of their generosity, you will not regret it!

Perfect and Incredible!

We hosted our wedding at Villa Le Bolli and all of our wedding party stayed there for a week (22 people total). It was an absolutely perfect setting and the trip of a lifetime. The rooms are beautiful and authentic, each with its own bathroom. The commercial-grade kitchen had everything we needed and more to store food for the week and prepare our own meals. Pierangelo, Teresa, and Sara were so kind and helpful. We planned the wedding entirely by email and everything came together just right. They booked our DJ and caterers for the reception (I didn't use a florist but they had one available). They set up dinner reservations for us in Radicondoli at La Pergola, a restaurant with an unbeatable view of the Tuscan countryside. We will definitely be returning to Le Bolli in the future and they are welcome to visit us anytime in America. I simply cannot give enough praise to this gem of a place and our hosts. Grazie Mille per tutti!!!

Amazing place, wonderful and relaxing week!

What a perfect spot for our big family gathering! Villa Le Bolli is absolutely stunning. Pierangelo and his team are perfect hosts, helpful, discreet, but there whenever you need them. We were 19 people (between 2 and 85 years) and there was plenty of space indoors and outdoors to be all together or to enjoy a private moment. The house is in a beautiful area, secluded and has amazing views over the surrounding hills. All of the rooms are very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is perfect for a lot of people, it's big, modern and has professional equipment. Outside (in front of kitchen and living room areas) there is a large terrace with tables, sunshades and a lounge, from where you can also enjoy amazing sunsets. We enjoyed the pool a lot, it was clean and there was enough space with comfortable deck chairs, plenty of sunshades and as a plus a nice view of Radicondoli. Close by the pool is a big old tree where you can sit underneath in the shade (there are tables and chairs), which is especially nice in the afternoon heat. A really great experience were the dinners cooked by Pierangelo and his team. During our stay we had four very tasty dinners (two big and two smaller ones), something you shouldn't miss (special plus, the kitchen is spotless afterwards). Heaven in Tuscany

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at Villa Le Bolli. The hosts assisted us in planning our wedding for over 2 years. They consistently followed up with us during the planning stage and throughout our trip. The wedding was magical and exactly how we pictured it. Planning abroad is expectedly stressful, but Pierangelo and Sara made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The Villa is stunning and although the pictures are beautiful, they do not do the property any justice. We chose to have our week long stay catered and it was one of our best decisions we made, the food was amazing and something about long table family dinners every night really made the villa feel like home. The Hosts did a large shopping trip for us prior to our arrival assuring the home was stocked with refreshments and snacks. Although it is fairly remote in the Tuscan countryside, I can’t think of any reasons to leave the property during the stay. Thank you Pierangelo & Sara, I hope we can meet again. You two are very special humans and we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work. The effort and commitment you provided assuring our guests had an enjoyable stay is something that is rarely experienced. If you are thinking of booking this Villa I suggest you don’t hesitate, I find it hard to believe comparable properties even exist!

Villa Le Bolli is a beautiful Tuscan villa - 12 bedrooms, lovely living and kitchen areas and pool

This beautiful villa in southern Tuscany was home to 23 family members from July 2-9. Our hosts, Pierrangelo. Teresa and Sara, welcomed us, cooked a beautiful dinner for us, and provided us any information we needed about the surrounding towns, vineyards, etc. Le Bolli is breathtakingly beautiful. Situated on a hill with olive groves leading up to the house, Le Bolli offered so much. For the teens and children, a pool table and foosball, and a large swimming pool, which we all enjoyed. The adults loved the spacious kitchen, beautiful dining and living rooms, and outdoor seating for a morning cup of coffee and evening chats. Le Bolli is a few kilometers from Radicondoli and Belforte, two very small towns. We did some grocery shopping and had a few dinners in Radicondoli, at Agriteca and La Pergola, both of which earned great reviews from family members. Larger grocery stores were about 25 minutes away, near Sienna and Gracciano. Day trips by car to the beautiful cities of Pisa, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montalcino and Montepulciano were easy to plan. One group even took the 2 1/2 hour drive to Cinque Terre! A few more adventurous family members went for runs, but the road to the towns is narrow and not easily walkable. If you want an easy walking distance to a nearby town or city, Le Bolli is not the place for you, but I can't think of any other negative comment to make about this lovely place!

Beautiful Large Villa surrounded by nature

This was our second visit to Tuscany, the first with extended family, and we stayed for two weeks. The villa was incredibly beautiful, starting with the entrance through the gate and lighted driveway flanked by olive trees. During our two week stay, we drove by many villas and did not see another that came anywhere close to the beauty of Villa Le Bolli. There are 12 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and very strong AC which we greatly appreciated during the heat wave during our stay. Common areas have AC as well (unlike many other villas). We stayed at a villa without AC in 2017 and it was unbearably hot so AC for us is key. Bedrooms varied in size but were spacious and comfortable, and several had lofted areas and their own private outdoor area. There is a beautiful outdoor covered deck off the kitchen and dining room with ceiling lights for evening where we had breakfast and dinner most nights. The view and sunsets were incredible. There are multiple seating areas throughout the property. We arranged multiple villa dinners and one breakfast prepared by the villa staff—it was wonderful to have that option so we could relax in the evenings after a long day of touring. Our trip was originally planned for 2020 so I had been communicating with the owner, Pierangelo, and his staff since 2018. They were so helpful and responsive prior to and after our arrival. The villa is centrally located for visits to Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montelpuciano and many other lovely hill towns. It’s a 5 minute drive from the downtown area of Radicondoli, a lovely small town with a very nice pharmacy, bakery, small grocery store and 3 restaurants, one of which was so wonderful we ate there multiple times (Agriteca in Piazza). There is another excellent restaurant in Mensano (less than 10 minutes away), Osteria del Borgo. Casole D’Elsa is 10 minutes away and has a gelato shop, pharmacy, and additional restaurants. The convenience of these small towns and access to a pharmacy in particular, makes the villa ideally located. Given the size, beautiful surroundings, giant pool, location and service, I am confident that there is no other villa that would have suited our needs as well anywhere in Tuscany. Stay here and book early!!!!

Le Bolli - VILLA OF DREAMS

Let me tell you a story… a really wonderful story… It’s a story about the perfect wedding week at the most gorgeous Italian Villa in the most delightful village in the whole of Italy, full of amazing people who open their arms and go out of their way to help and bring joy to others. Except, this is not a story, it is what happened to my husband and I when we (by chance) encountered Le Bolli and the town of Radicondoli and its people. We had the good fortune of finding Radicondoli, essentially by accident. My husband and I were living in Australia and we knew we wanted to bring our families (from New Zealand and UK) together in a villa in Tuscany. Our search began by identifying exactly what we needed in a villa, 12 rooms, wheelchair access, a pool and enough room to swing a cat (or 4 kids to be precise!). After a couple of days of searching, I kept coming up with one site – it had everything. Given that we were about to book from Australia, I made a few phone calls and was pleasantly surprised to receive very prompt and diligent responses from the hostess who, very helpfully, even sent me close up photos of the accessible rooms – there are two and, from our guests accounts, up to a very good standard. August rolled around and we soon found ourselves driving through the lovely big gates with the first carload of wedding guests. Le Bolli is simply stunning – it is everything you could want for an intimate wedding or family celebration. This is Italian villa chic (if you want a 5 star hotel go elsewhere) – this is real, down to earth and beautiful, and just perfect for hosting lots of family and friends (and for wining and dining them too!). When we arrived we were greeted by the fantastic host who was very friendly and helpful. Le Bolli has 12 rooms, each with a separate ensuite bathroom, a commercial kitchen, large dining room, lounge and TV area (lots of games), an amazing pool and, the best bit, a huge balcony terrace with outdoor couches and a table big enough for all your guests that looks out across the beautiful green rolling hills. Magic! If you have guests with kids, there are two rooms that have mezzanine areas with little beds for the kids (plus a cot for infants). All of our guests fell in love with Le Bolli and I don’t think anyone wanted to leave – it truly lived up to the nameplate that our best man had made. LE BOLLI, VILLA OF DREAMS. Incredible Holiday and Perfect Wedding Day

There isn't enough space for a proper review of this incredible place. We spent many weeks searching for the perfect setting to have our wedding and finally settled on Villa Le Bolli. Sara, Pierangelo & Teresa are the warmest and most helpful hosts. They made us feel so at home. Pierangelo has beautifully restored the villa. At first sight, we were thrilled to realize that this incredible place would be our home for a week! There is plenty of common space in the house including a huge modern kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was convenient for guests and some bedrooms accommodated 4 (great for families). For months, I’d emailed with Sara & Pierangelo who helped us organize a fun-filled week for our guests. They reserved drivers/vehicles to help our guests visit the towns of San Gimignano, Siena, Cortona and Florence. Sara organized wine tours in Montepulciano and Montalcino where we had a great meal at Tenuta Fanti. Pierangelo & Teresa conducted a cooking class for our group and then served us our delicious gnocchi and roasted pork dinner. Each day, Sara and Theresa prepared a huge, delicious breakfast. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to mingle and talk about the day's plans while sipping cappuccino. Our wedding day was beautiful. We found the perfect ceremony location on the property and while we’d planned to have dinner on the patio, we decided to eat in the large dining room since the weather was cool. Sara had given us recommendations for musicians, photographer, florist, officiant and caterer. We were extremely happy with everyone. Barbara from Nerofiori did an incredible job of creating floral décor that exceeded our expectations. Photographer Andrea Lisi, was attentive, arrived early and stayed late. We instantly felt a connection with officiant Rosalba Calo; she was so kind and sincere. Luanna and her expert staff served an elegant and delicious meal. Our guests still talk about the porcini mushroom and zucchini flower lasagna! The musicians who serenaded us throughout dinner played beautifully and their final piece brought many of our guests to tears. It was an unforgettable day. We cannot express how much we enjoyed our time at Le Bolli. By the end of our visit, we felt like we’d made new friends and would always stay in touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Le Bolli for a relaxing vacation or special event. Pierangelo, Sara & Teresa… grazie mille, we will never forget you! You have a place to stay when you visit Canada!

Wunderschön….Service nicht ganz befriedigend.

Ein grosses Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir haben die Betreuung vor Ort etwas vermisst. Abfallentsorgung wurde nicht täglich gemacht, Abfallsäcke fehlten. Auch war während dieser Woche niemand verantwortlich für die Reinigung des Pools! Beim Abschied war auch niemand von den Besitzern da. .

Wonderful villa for a large group

This property is great and lives up to the expectations. The host is welcoming and very helpful with suggestions and any queries. The property is beautiful and has a really good layout, great kitchen, wonderful pool and good equal sized bedrooms each with a separate bathroom. We had a group of 17 adults/children and everyone had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful week in Tuscany

We had planned our trip with family and friends originally for 2021 but had to move due to COVID. All the waiting was well with it! Pierangelo was great as we navigated through COVID and moving our dates. He was always available to answer all of our questions prior to our arrival. While at the villa, any concerns we had, he was always responsive and helpful. The villa is beautiful and clean and centrally located. The views and sunsets were magnificent. We took advantage of visiting many of the hill towns close by in addition to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Pisa. There are also many vineyards and a beach nearby to visit as well. Our group consisted of children and adults and everyone had a fabulous time. The pool, foosball table and pool table were a hit. We had Pierangelo and his team cook several meals for us and they were outstanding. I definitely recommend taking advantage of this offering - Tuscan BBQ's in particular! His entire team was lovely. Highly recommended for a large group looking to get away in Tuscany.

Schöne abgelegene Villa mit mega Aussicht

Die Villa kommt in echt noch besser als auf den Bildern, alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Pool ist auch super. Klare Weiterempfehlung. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Because this property? Come on, look at this and you'll understand 'why'!
The first time we saw the House, despite having been abandoned for nearly 20 years, the roof collapsed, and within some sheep that had sought shelter for the night, we thought it was in the past: already in 1300's official documents, and what could be again. Its location is ideal, away from the noise, but close to the village of Radicondoli. Visible but reserved to ... So, for us it was perfect, what we were looking for!

Live in this corner of Tuscany, brings people back in time ... the calm and tranquillity that give the landscape and large secular oak, along with the sunsets almost always pink or orange-colored, bring joy: are food for the spirit. After a day at the pool or exploring a city or a village, a nice evening on the terrace among friends is ideal. Whoever wants to can also exit: at evening, from June to September in Radicondoli there are numerous art events, theatre, music and food, and in day you can do many physical activities or cooking classes, or massage...
