Nuestro condominio de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño tiene todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones relajantes en la playa. Nuestro alquiler tiene una amplia sala de estar con pisos de baldosas, decoradas con buen gusto con un toque tropical. La cocina tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Grandes televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. La sala de estar tiene una cama extraíble para invitados adicionales. El complejo tiene una piscina climatizada con vistas al paseo marítimo Intracoastal, 3 muelles para la pesca, una zona de barbacoa al aire libre. El complejo se encuentra frente a la playa, a poca distancia de restaurantes, pubs y tiendas. John's Pass está exactamente a 1 milla al norte del complejo. La playa tiene un tranvía que te llevará a las áreas cercanas. Hay un ascensor en la propiedad. Wi-Fi gratis.

Fantastic Location

My wife and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks Feb/Mar 2024. Great place with plenty of room. So nice to be just a few steps from the beach, Publix, Walgreens and all the restaurants/bars!

Convenient comfortable condo right next to beach and Publix

Had a great weekend with the family at this condo. It's well decorated and comfortable. Only complaints were that the mattress on one of the beds was pretty saggy and the bathroom fan is really loud. The kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. The fishing dock in back is nice though we only caught little things... Had much better luck in the surf across the street. The pool is small but has nice views of the canal side.

Treasure Island stay

Myself and 3 sisters stayed here for 6 days. It’s centrally located making it easy to walk to several restaurants and shops. The beach is directly across the street. The pool was clean and very nice to hang out at. There is transportation available for donations only in the event of inclement weather. The condo owner, Lisa was readily available for any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo and plan to visit again.

The condo was perfect, everything we needed was here-plenty of seating; beds were soo comfortable; beach chairs, cart, and noodles; kitchen accessories were great, the gulf right across the street! Thank you soo much! Patty

Very expensive and heavy traffic area

Property was 3 star but needs a deep clean The shower curtain had blood on it and the vent covers and baseboards were dirty. Tge property is a good location but this area is very expensive. I advise that you eat at chain restaurants which are 30 mins away ie.Cracker Barrel and Cheesecake Factory. For clothes shop at Beals near the Walmart on Passedena. There are great deals there It is simiar to winners in Canada Also try not to rent a car

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed here during spring break in March for a week. The property was beautiful inside. Lisa had everything we needed: beach chairs, sand toys, all household cleaning supplies, a cot, nice towels etc. She made packing for this trip very easy! And what we forgot or didn't have, we could walk to the grocery store or Walgreens. Restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops within a 5 minute walk. The pool was great--at most, there were 9 kids in it and 3 were ours! The beach was beautiful and clean. Lots of shells and there were even dolphins playing closeby one day. Laundry was literally steps away from the property and there's washers/dryers on each floor so they weren't in high demand. Suggestions: we are a family of 5 and we cooked virtually every meal on our trip. We could have used more silverware; there are only 5 forks, no tongs, no pot holders. Not a big deal--it didn't impact our trip in the least. Just a suggestion. Great and easy communication with Lisa via email and phone. Rest easy when booking this property!

Weekend stay

We were here for a beach volleyball tournament. It was a weekends day. It was clean, as listed, and very comfortable of our stay. We would definitely consider renting the space again. Acacian with the property manager was excellent as well. I highly encourage you to stay in this property.

This was a very convenient property

Great location, very spacious. Comfortable beds. The condo smells weird and the bathroom fan was pretty loud. The cable tv options were nice and the property out back was relaxing.

We loved our stay! All you needed to do was grocery shop for the week and you were all ready to go! Only minor negative is the lights in the condo are a little dull in the bathroom and bedroom if you wanted to get dressed up or anything. The bathroom light is also already connected with the air vent and it was quite loud but that’s something super minor. We ended up just leaving in the cute night light and using the restroom in the middle of the night without turning on the light. This location is PERFECT and the backyard space is absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning during sunrise!

Perfect Condo

We had such a great time. The condo is clean, convenient to nearby grocery and other stores as well as the ocean. The pool was clean and the grandkids spent so much time there. Perfect vacation.

Great location

Very nice condo. Public beach access right across the street. 10 minute ride to John’s Pass, which has tons of shops and restaurants. Publix grocery store within walking distance. Nice pool with seating area out back that overlooks the intercostal.

Everything you need for a beach weekend

I love the intracoastal view and pool plus quick access to the beach. The condo was perfect for a weekend stay for my family with kids of all ages. Loved nearby restaurants, walk to publix, and great saltwater taffy and donuts nearby!

Perfect location !!!

Couldn't ask for a better condo to rent. Location is fabulous. Gorgeous gulf view on one side and across the street is the beach. Could even do without a car rental. Walking distance to beach, Publix, food establishments .. all within 5 minutes. Pride of ownership is evident. Nothing spared in unit 302.

Our permanent home is in Florida, only 1 hour away from the condo. Lisa was born and raised in Florida and the beach has always been where she is most relaxed. Tom is an attorney, who grew up in New York. He graduated from law school at Stetson Law School in Gulfport. We are avid boaters and have always loved the gulfcoast area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Treasure Island beach is a beautiful beach with miles of white sand and unmatched sunsets. Although a lot of tourists travel to this area, it is not overcrowded. There are lots of places nearby within walking distance. If you don't mind getting in your car, you can drive to see Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater marina, catch a baseball game in St. Pete, or visit Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We fell in love with this property due to its location. Everything is so convenient. When you arrive you can just park your car and no need to drive again until you are ready to go home. We wanted a place on the beach, but also wanted to be able to bring our boat. The resort has 3 docks and a boat ramp just blocks away. The waterfront pool area is so relaxing and beautifully landscaped.
