Westwinds, Treasure of the Gulf

3/17/2025: Treasure Island is recovering from the devastation caused by hurricanes Helene and Milton last year, but we are still the perfect destination. AS OF THIS DATE< THERE IS NO WORKING ELEVATOR.
You still won't be sorry! This unit has two queen beds, unique for mother/daughter or girlfriends getaway. Treasure Island is the perfect destination. Our gorgeous luxury non-smoking condo is a one bedroom/one bath . Westwinds condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the beach and the intracoastal waterway is in the backyard.Restaurants and shopping. Publix Grocery and Walgreens are 2 blocks away. Our unit is on the second floor, elevator is currently not operating.. The complex consists of 36 units and three floors.We have a full kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower, no tub. and a ready to use backyard. The pool is heated and fully operational. There are 2 grills, 3 docks for fishing, tables, umbrellas, chairs and chaise lounges. When you cross 1/2 block to the north, we are across the street from the Gulf. Take your complimentary towels, beach chairs and cooler!

Very clean

My son had a baseball tournament in South St. Pete the location was great. My son fished on the dock and caught several fish. We wilp definitely be back. The room was incredibly clean.

Perfect for a relaxing stay!

This property was great for our last minute Spring Break weekend getaway! Minor issue with the air conditioner, but the owner was very responsive and had it handled quickly. Our only suggestion would be new beach chairs and maybe a wagon for the walk to the beach; however, not deal breakers by any means! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the harbor was calm and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

The Best of the Best Condo!

The amenities at this condo is the best. Linda and Dave has done a wonderful job with this condo. The next time we are back to Treasure Island, we will want to stay at this condo again. ❤️

Nice Place

Place was exactly as described and pictured. Location was great, with a nice little patio facing the intercoastal. Communication with the owner was good/responsive. For a couple or a small group I'd recommend and would stay there again.

Family vacation

Was a excellent experience and property , just enforce the no smoking policy because the unit smelled like cigarette and for us that we are non smokers it’s pretty obvious. Other then that was excellent!!! Sorry for the tip but I had to bring it up

Great Girls Getaway!

Great little property!! Pictures are great but condo better in person! Backyard area great for sitting and drinking morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! Location was great, about a 30 min Uber ride from TPA, 2-3 min walk to beach, about 10-12 min walk to Caddy’s, Publix is maybe 5 min walk as well as other restaurants, Ricky T’s ( live music) Sloppy Joes… the Treasure Island Beach trail…everything is close or you can take the beach trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd. I would definitely rent this unit again! Thanks Linda for being such a great host

Great stay for family of 4!

We enjoyed the comfort, convenience and cleanliness of this rental. Close to the beach, free parking, access to pool, walking distance to grocery. Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding Treasure Island Stay

This property was by far the best rental location that I have every stayed in. Very well decorated and spacious. I loved the beach decor and overall appearance of the place. The photos on the listing do it no justice. Linda provides everything you need for your stay. The beach is directly across the street. The location has a beautiful dock for fishing and it’s own pool. BBQ grills are available. This is definitely the place for your next stay in Treasure Island.

Great Condo on the Water & Close to Beach

Linda's place was wonderful for our trip. It was just the right amount of space for our family of four and had all the amenities we needed; pool, beach, tv, cooler, iron and board. We enjoyed a breakfast and lunch out on the back patio overlooking the water where we were lucky enough to watch a dolphin play around. Having Publix nearby was perfect as well as walkable restaurants. The beach and ocean are just a short walk (approx 5 min) and the sand is glorious! Since we did not rent a car, the free beach ride options were key for us. Would most definitely stay again!

More than I expected

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Great stay! Perfect location! We saw dolphins from the poolside, an incredible experience! The room was over equipped with everything you could need! Linda and Dave went above and beyond! Can not wait to come back

Fresh and crisp - very clean!

Perfect location with easy access to St. Pete’s Beach, great restaurants, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to stay here again!
