Un estudio de Legacy Villas en la planta baja con una cama king size, minibar, chimenea, baño completo y patio privado hará que su próxima estadía en La Quinta sea cómoda y agradable. El dormitorio se abre a un patio privado con una fuente comunitaria que se suma al relajante entorno del resort. El dormitorio ofrece un amplio espacio de vida con un armario, escritorio y cómoda. El mini-bar contiene un mini refrigerador, cafetera y microondas. Los utensilios y vajilla desechables se encuentran en un gabinete sobre el mini-bar. El baño tiene una ducha y una bañera separada con ropa de cama adecuada para su uso durante su estancia. El condominio está a pocos pasos de las principales piscinas comunitarias y del gimnasio. The bed was uneven and lumpy. Horrible bed to sleep on. Wouldn’t hurt to swap out and upgrade to a new, comfortable mattress so that staying in this unit would be worth the price.

Great location for Indian Wells

We enjoyed location and on-site amenities but room needed some attention (broken window blind, missing lamp shade, remote for ceiling light didn’t work, AC fan couldn’t be adjusted).But the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

La Quinta Stay

I love staying in this complex typically, but was underwhelmed by this property. The internet was unreliable, the pantry only had paper bowls/plates and plastic utensils, and there were a handful of decaf coffee pods left for my use. The fireplace wasn’t working, and I was sent a YouTube video on how to fix it, but then no one followed up to see if I needed maintenance to come help. Not my favorite experience here, unfortunately.

La Quinta Villa's

stayed here in 2009, the place needs a little sprucing up looking a little run down in different area's. The Studio was decent there were spot that also could use some sprucing up. Not having internet was a problem, make sure you have good cell service. We have T-Mobile it didn't work well. Not owners fault but new thermostats were installed before we arrived and they were not set-up correctly froze the first 2 nights before maintenance came out and fixed it.

Great Stay in La Quinta

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it. Everything is perfect from the check-in process, location, amenities, and more. An easy walk to the resort, old town La Quinta, etc. — highly recommend!

Studio was too cold or remodel

The studio was too cold with remodel. Need to throw some carpets down to make it a little bit more comfortable. There was no trashcan when we arrived. There was two lights out in the bathroom, refrigerator had a leak fireplace would not work. We’re all but one fixing in time but I didn’t go on vacation to fix their mishaps.

Perfect for Coachella couple

My husband and I love coming for Coachella, but too old to camp and like our quiet time and sleep! This place gave us all of that and was perfect for just the 2 of us. The community is beautiful and felt very safe and secure. Condo was easy to find, check in and checkout was a breeze as well. Exactly as pictured. Hope to stay here again next year, but add an extra day or 2 to fully take advantage of all the amenities!

Nicely maintained villas

We had a minor glitch with our reservation but the staff were very accommodating and easy to reach and communicate with. These villas have many pools to choose from. Having a mini fridge, microwave some disposable cutlery and dishes was wonderful to have. The grounds are beautifully maintained as well.

So cute

This property is so cute! The room and stay is just what my daughter and I were looking for. Others had mentioned the a/c being loud and I will say that it is very loud and will wake you as it goes on and off all night. We set it so the fan was on all night and that helped with a steady stream of white noise. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is nice and the patio out back is lovely. A freezer would be nice in the minifridge to keep ice packs but it's certainly not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.

The property, Legacy Villas, is gorgeous...well cared for and a majestic setting at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Beautiful trees and gardens as well as bubbling fountains are everywhere. My individual unit was not great- the walls by the bed had something splattered on them(??) and the kitchen utensils were all plastic and paper. No actual glasses or plates. I found this a huge oversight and the main reason to not give a higher rating.

The property was beautiful. The scenery was great - a big hill/small mountain right behind the Villas, which created gorgeous sunsets. Lovely fountains. My main negative was the room, while gorgeous (wasn't expecting a fireplace!), was dirty and messy. The first day I got there, I realized the bathroom lock was broken, the wooden cabinets inside the bathroom were all scratches up, and the toilet was filthy. I had to clean it after finding fecal matter under the seat. Also, there were stains on my Venetian blinds. I was self-isolating so I had no issue with cleaning it myself - management offered to come out and fix the problems but I wanted to keep myself as far away from people as possible. Also, the WiFi in and near my room was awful. Bad enough that I was self-isolating after returning from my father's funeral, I couldn't call/FaceTime anyone. Luckily, the grounds are beautiful so I would take a long walk around them twice a day, once in the morning and again around sunset. There were families and younger people but it was relatively quiet, I had no noise issues. I would normally give this a 2/5 but after cleaning and calling the management to have them make note of it, it wasn't a big deal. However, if they try to keep my $500 deposit and try to blame those problems on me, I will edit this review. I took pictures and timestamped everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: False advertising. The fountain has been ripped out and replaced with plants. Pretty scummy to continue to advertise it, even in the title of your listing, knowing it isn't there. The room was nice and the resort was amazing but your unethical marketing trump's everything else.

Quick getaway in studio

Very happy to select Legacy Villas community..... for very last minute 4 day trip to La. Quinta. Studio was as clean, nice, and comfortable for my stay. I may have missed in the unit description that this was a 'lock-off' studio - part of a 1-bedroom villa next door. Not an issue, but something to be aware of as there were occasional noise/voices coming through from the one-bedroom unit, and since both units were dog-friendly, there was a single dog bark heard as well. Other than that, nice, relaxing, low-key resort with nice people, pools. I felt safe and relaxed traveling solo. Garrett, in the vacation villas office, was extremely helpful with communications and sending information about my arrival/check-in etc.

A few isdues

The room was nice, but the coffee maker did not work. I followed the instructions and gave up after several tries. Also, the TV remote didn't respond very well. I changed batteries but still only worked at times. Thirdly, there is only one ice machine for the entire villa (why?), and it was not working. Please ensure these and all items function between renters. It made our stay a biit fustrating.
