Casa Pineta se encuentra en un bosque de pinos en el corazón de la región vinícola de Chianti Classico, a medio camino entre Florencia y Siena.
Nuestra piscina y terraza envolvente son perfectas para relajarse al aire libre, mientras que en el interior la casa tiene capacidad para 7 personas en espaciosas habitaciones (3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado). Internet WiFi disponible.
Nuestra mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong y la cocina recién remodelada hacen que la casa sea cómoda. El extenso césped de musgo está completamente cerrado y la piscina está rodeada de setos altos, lo que ofrece total privacidad.

En la ciudad más cercana de San Donato in Poggio hay excelentes restaurantes (¡incluido el nuestro!) Y un pequeño supermercado.
Las excursiones de un día le permitirán descubrir las ciudades toscanas más importantes (Pisa, Lucca, Florencia, Siena, Arezzo, etc.).

Tome las carreteras rurales panorámicas y disfrute de las vistas mientras pasa por pequeños pueblos encantadores. El campo circundante es la zona vinícola de Chianti Classico, un paisaje de mosaico de viñedos y olivares.

Off the beaten path!!

The villa was a fantastic opportunity to get away from the hustle of city life. The local town was old world and friendly. The restaurant, La Toppa, was amazing. The owner of the restaurant & villa ands his family was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay in Tuscany.

Tuscan retreat

The villa was spacious, clean and well-supplied for my family. Luigi, our host, was always accessible, especially as the family owns a wonderful restaurant in town - which we also highly recommend. A car is a must, however.

Fantastic house and pool!

We had a great time: the house, swimming pool and natural environment are fantastic. the owners (Luigi and his father Otello) are very friendly and supportive. Just in 10 minutes walk you are in a very nice village with great restaurants (especially La Toppa; the restaurant of Luigi and Otello).

Amazing holiday in Tuscany

A wonderful villa, very clean, spacious and comfortable, the pool was amazing and everything exceeded our expectations. Luigi and Otello were great hosts and we enjoyed a lovely meal at their restaurant. Would definitely recommend this villa and if we ever return to Tuscany there is no doubt - we would return to this villa. Thanks for a brilliant week!

Beautiful Tuscany Villa

Luigi was very helpful with everything and the house is just beautiful and even bigger than expected. The big pool and the garden are a highlight. Shirt walk into the lovely town San Donato, do not miss to have dinner at La Toppa! We will definitely come back when traveling to Tuscany again!

Excellent location & home away from home

With just a short walk to town (San Donato), you have fantastic restaurants including La Toppa, bar and small supermarket. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed dinner at La Toppa, fantastic food and the pizza restaurant in town was excellent too. It is a short drive to other villages, Siena approximately 30 minutes away. The house is homely and relaxing. We had a fantastic enjoyable relaxing stay.

Fabulous holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great location with easy access to A1 so able to visit places such as Florence and Siena. The villa itself was lovely in a peaceful location with a great pool of which we made good use. Luigi responded very quickly to the couple of problems we had. We also enjoyed a great meal at his restaurant in the village so would definitely recommend that. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Wonderfully quiet villa ideally located for day trips

Property is exactly as pictured, located five minutes from the A1 and a great location for all daily exploring. San Donato is a lovely little village with two fantastic restaurants (including the owner’s), a pizzeria, and both a grocery store and wine /market shop. It was unusually cool for May so we were happy to have the heaters in our bedrooms. Owner provides lots of nice towels and even pool towels. Luigi was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with via text.

Older but great location

Big house with recently updated bathrooms, great water pressure and showers. Nice period decor and privacy. Secure parking through gated area. Property was musty smelling and needed to be aired out before our arrival. Outdoor area, including furniture needed upkeep. Host was quick to respond to our needs and his family owns an excellent restaurant in town. The location is perfect for exploring Chianti.

The host family were very gracious and their restaurant amazing but the house had problems. One entry door would not lock, the host's son just shrugged. The house was clean but bugs getting in was a problem as doors didnt close flush. The web info needs to be changed. There was supposed to be a tub and a tv. No tv and they had redone the bathroom, picture that showed a tub turned into a shower. The check in and out were not as easy as you had to go to their restaurant where parking is tough instead of meeting at the house and the host had to come to the house at checkout so he could charge us for all the KW we used.All said, fix the webpage info for other renters and the house is fine.

Wir kamen in das Haus und es hat hat sehr gemuffelt.Das Geschirr war zusammengesucht und alt,die Trinkgläser blind und es gab im Ganzen Haus kein einziges Sitzmöbel auf dem man länger als 30 Minuten sitzen konnte, bevor einem alles weh getan hat.Wir mussten heizen um diesen Mief irgendwie raus zu bekommen und mussten dann zum Schluss nochmal 500.- für Strom und Heizung bezahlen, was in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar war!Also insgesamt muss ich sagen der Preis war für dieses Haus in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt und ich würde dort nie wieder hinreisen.Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in der Welt gemietet aber so schlecht war noch keines.Ich würde davon abraten!

During the 11 days of your stay it rained all the time and you were the first guests of the season, we are sorry that the weather was not in your favor and the house showed the consequences of a cold and rainy winter. You knew about the extra expenses when you made the reservation and the 500 euros that you paid included the extra cleaning costs for your 2 dogs and the tourist tax. The house hosts 7 guests, probably a smaller house would have fit your budget better since you travel with just 2 people. It's the first time that we receive a 1 star review: our goal is to offer a house where people can enjoy their vacation in Chianti and we feel like these comments don't reflect our commitment.

wunderschöne Ferientage in der Toskana

Wir waren rundum sehr glücklich in der Casa al bosco in San Donato in Poggio. Das Mobiliar passt super zur Atmosphäre des Hauses, man hat alles was man braucht. Der Billardtisch ist etwas ins Alter gekommen, aber machte doch immer Spass zu spielen.Der Kaffee in der Moca war manchmal etwas schwierig zu positionieren auf dem Gasherd wegen Abrutschgefahr, aber mit jedem Tag wurden wir besser :-) Der Ort ist super gelegen an der Einfahrt der Autostrasse Siena-Firenze, so konnten wir Morgens Orte besuchen(Siena, San Gimignano, Firenze ,Lucca, Pisa,....) oder waren wandern(sehr gute Wanderrouten), am Nachmittag war Pool und lesen angesagt. Abends kochen oder ins Restaurant von Luigi gehen. Zu empfehlen:alles!!!! Aber speziell die Zwiebelsuppe, die Pasta mit Ente und die gerüffelten Ravioli waren unser Favorit..... Danke Luigi wir werden wiederkommen

Grosse typische toskanische Villa

Grosse alte Villa in mitten eines sehr grossen Grundstück mit vielen Bäumen und mit nicht einsehbarem Schwimmbad. Villa mit dem typischen taskanischen Charme allerdings ist die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr zentral gelegen nur wenige Minuten von der Autobahn und mit bester Anbindung an Sienna, Florenz, Pisa und anderen must-go's. Sehr ruhige Gegend allerdings ist auf der Terasse zum Teil die Autobahn zu hören. Grosses Schwimmbad mit Sprungbrett und demnach das highlight bei sehr hohen Temperaturen im August.

Erholsame Tage in Villa mit Pool

Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage mit unserer Familie. Die Villa, etwas älter, landestypisch eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage, mit großen eingezäunten Grundstück und schönen Pool, war für uns als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindkindern und Hund ideal. Schnell ist man in Siena und Florenz. Gerne erinnern wir uns an den Restaurantbesuch bei Luigi. Dort kann man wirklich sehr gut Essen. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass die Grundstückseinfahrt einen Torbogen hat. Unser Sohn reiste mit Familie und kleinen Wohnmobil an und passte nicht durch die Einfahrt. Luigi war sehr nett und er konnte seitlich am Rande des Weges parken. Auch sollte man Insektenschutz mitnehmen. Wir hatten im September sehr viele Stechmücken.

Family Get Together in Tuscany

This property was exactly as advertised, perfectly equipped for six people. The location was great with easy access to Pisa, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena and Montepulciano. Luigi was a wonderful host, including a memorable evening at his La Toppa restaurant. Definitely a place to consider for a family vacation in Tuscany.

Ideale Lage mit tollem Pool.

Ideal für Ferien mit Kinderm und Hund. Genau zwischen Siena und Florenz. Leider ging die Heizung nicht, was Anfang April noch etwas kühl war. Aber Luigi war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und mal renoviert werden. Insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub und Empfehlung.

Erholsame Zeit in einer erlebnisreichen Gegend.

Wir danken Luggi für die schöne und erholsame Zeit, die wir in seinen Haus in San Donato in Poggio, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa hatten. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen familiären Aufenthalt braucht. Und natürlich ist der privat Pool für Kinder ein Highlight, und war vorab für uns auch ein Hauptgrund für die Buchung. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits des Hauptortes, in ruhiger Lage. Zum Hauptort sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Leider waren wir nur zu dritt, darum konnten wir die gesamte Größe des Hauses gar nicht nutzen. Wenn wir wieder kommen, dann mit mehr Personen. Auch mit den angegeben 7 Personen ist in, und um das Haus genügen Platz um sich auch einmal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Es war alles super sauber, mehr als genug Handtücher vorhanden. Die Betten schön bezogen. Das Haus strahlte den typischen toskanischen Flare aus, mit seinen alten Möbeln, so wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt haben. Die Lage jeweils ca. 30 Minuten von Florenz und Siena entfernt, ist super und optimal für Tages- oder Halbtagesausflüge. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus und auch im toskanischen Umland genossen und würden uns freuen wenn sich einmal wieder die Möglichkeit eines Besuches ergeben würde. Auch Luggi´s Restaurant "La Toppa" können wir nur empfehlen. Die typisch toskanischen Gerichte, haben uns jedes einfach nur eine Freude gemacht. Allerdings darf man hier kein billiges Touristenrestaurant erwarten. Als Hinweis würden wir noch empfehlen die Reinigungskosten mit in der Anzeige aufzunehmen. Für uns war es kein Problem, da sowohl Stromkosten, als auch Reinigungskosten und auch das leckere Essen in Luggi´s Restaurant am Vortag, gut mit der Kaution verrechnet werden konnten. Aber es mag Reisende geben, die hier ein Problem sehen, wenn die Kosten nicht vorher angegeben werden. Als Fazit kann man sagen, wir waren froh, so eine tolle Bleibe für unsere leider viel zu kurze Zeit in der Toskana gefunden zu haben.

A wonderful stay!

This is a large, very comfortable house in a great location. It is in a quiet setting but a mere 5 minute trip to San Donato if you require anything. Luiggi and his family are wonderful hosts supplying information and assistance when asked and their restaurant, La Toppa’ was excellent. They made us feel very comfortable. In town the barista at ‘Bar Pieri’ makes the best coffee we’ve had anywhere and the prepared foods at ‘Macelleria Parti’ were delicious and very handy. I highly recommend La Casa Pineta and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Luiggi.
