Golfo Pointe Paradise es un condominio casa de lujo de lujo con vistas al mar abierto. El condominio cuenta con 1.400 pies cuadrados de área de vida interior y dos grandes, cubiertas con forma de L que se envuelven alrededor del condominio. Cada cubierta tiene vistas panorámicas, uno ve el Golfo de M��xico y las demás vistas de la magnífica piscina climatizada. Para seis personas cómodamente. Se ofrece conexión de alta velocidad Wi-Fi. La sala de estar de planta abierta cuenta con nuevo mobiliario y la decoración moderna. La cocina es también nueva con electrodomésticos de alta gama. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size con una vista en aguas abiertas. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas tamaño queen. Las dos habitaciones tienen baños nuevos. Un muelle grande está a un minuto a pie del apartamento. Se proporciona una parrilla de gas. Para disfrutar de la piscina climatizada, sólo a pie fuera. magníficas puestas de sol todos los días y un montón de Cayos de Florida sol. Ven a ver por sí mismo. PLR2016-00007

Family Keys Trip

The place was fantastic. Close to lots of amenities. We used the pool and tennis courts the whole week. Inside has all your creature comforts and is well decorated.

Amazing Place

This place was simply amazing!!! We loved the condo, furnishings, the location, and the amenities. It was close to restaurants and a lovely gift store. Very nice, quiet location, could see sunsets from the balcony. Loved having a dock available for our boat. Would love to come back for many more years.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you could potentially need while in vacation. The pool was the perfect temperature. Definitely exceeded our expectations;) Should we stay in Marathon again, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent!

We rented a boat for 4 days and was able to dock right at the house. They had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Will definitely be rented this place again.

Reviewer Comments: Besides the weather not cooperating, the cable TV not working for the duration of our stay and both bedrooms being upstairs next to each other, the townhome had a great home like feel to it and even had a washer & dryer for us to use. Next time we won't pack as much clothing.PS. the fridge is very slow in cooling down.(unfortunate brand)

Lots of room on the balconies to sit outside and relax. It is centrally located in the keys so visiting anywhere in the keys is a reasonable drive. There is also tons of things to do in Marathon. There was some construction being done on some of the other units, but it did not interfere with any of our plans and were very respectful. If this type of thing would bother you, I would inquire about if the construction is complete. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Marathon.

Any questions I had were answered quickly.Pros: Near all major sites in Marathon, yet very private and quiet area with only 20 family units I believe. Many times we were the only ones enjoying the pool, although it could accommodate many! Everything was clean, nice. Dock was fun to go out on. Would rent a kayak next time as kids enjoyed snorkeling out there but there are rays and nurse sharks so kayak would be best. Shaded parking! Wrap around double balconies so you could always sit outside in the shade - evening breezes were amazing! I think we ate out here almost every night. Felt very safe here.Cons: No umbrellas or small tables poolside. Beds in our unit were VERY Firm.

Our Home Away from Home

This was our second time in Gulf Pointe I, unit 44 and we have already booked our third. The community is just the right size for us and the people are friendly. The pool is maintained very nicely. San Pablo Church is walking distance. The unit is well maintained and stocked. Things that we aren't entirely satisfied with are the range that is hard to regulate temperature, the noisy washer/dryer, and the difficult to open sliding doors. We understand that the doors will be replaced this spring. This year the home wasn't nearly as clean as it was last. There also was a broken stool in the master bedroom. I already talked to the property manager for awareness. Overall we are very happy as evident by our rebooking. Thank you!

Little Piece of Paradise

This is an excellent property for people looking for a lovely, quiet oasis / retreat. The condo and property are more beautiful than they appear online - the pictures don't do them justice. Both the condo and grounds are immaculate. I've never stayed in a vacation rental that was so beautifully decorated with so many interesting pictures. The pool is lovely and wasn't at all crowded and you will see many birds with the Gulf of Mexico so near. The unit has multiple outdoor seating areas overlooking the pool and the gulf. In my opinion, some of the decor (like glass tables) make the unit less suitable for children. The king sized bed is comfortably firm. One suggestion, pay close attention to the directions given with your check-in information because our GPS couldn't get us to the unit (just to the main street) and the last street to turn on doesn't have a sign.

Perfect Vacation Spot in the Keys!

LOVED this place! This was a perfect location to enjoy ALL of the Keys! The townhouse had everything you needed except food and your clothes (there was not one kitchen accessory we couldn't find)! Very spacious, clean and quiet. The balconies were perfect spot to hang out before it got too hot. Beds were very comfortable. Nice size pool. Many owners were not there, so it was very quiet. We spent 1 day in Key West (which was super crowded and congested this year) and the rest near and around Marathon. The area offered every water sport we wanted to do- snorkeling trip, jet skis, parasail, fishing trips and renting boats. Having the dock right there makes us wish we had planned to rent a boat more than one day. We were super pleased with our stay! Only cons if I had to add (and not deal breakers for us): Master shower was small- my husband is 6'4" 230 lbs and it was a very tight fit (could have used the 2nd bathroom); laundry in kitchen was very loud and smaller size: shook the whole house and took a while to do all of the towels- so plan accordingly; square glass coffee table in living area- we bought a noodle and cut it up to cover the corners. Again- minor issues overall. We would definitely stay here again!!
