Bienvenido a nuestro recientemente renovado de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio con un plan de piso abierto y luminoso! Este condominio está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar - acaba de llegar a sí mismos y relajarse. Disfrutar de un café por la mañana o la sede de su hora feliz de la tarde en el balcón con vistas a la vista al jardín privado. Usted está a pocos minutos de saltar a la piscina para refrescarse o tomar un paseo en la bella playa de Coco Plum.

Condo stay

The condo itself was fine. Older but clean. The property grounds were a bit trashy with cigarette butts all over my pickle ball court, the pool was very dirty with stuff floating in it and lots of sediment at the bottom. It wasn’t convenient to anywhere.

Coco plum beach area

Great facilities to stay at. Would stay again. Check in was horrible however. Did not have my information at time of info. Blamed it on the owner, however had received an email from the check-in location. Absolutely was not the condo owners fault. Then.... On Friday the cleaning crew can to clean our unit. a day early. The lady who handled this check in and check out was terrible. No clue what was going on. But yet had my name and email to send me things. Hmmm. Makes no sense to me. I give Maureen the condo owner a 10 as she did her job, Jessica her condo handler I give a 0 for absolutely not knowing what was going on and sent people to clean our condo a day prior to our actual leaving. This is terrible. Maureen in my opinion should find someone who can do a great job for her. This was absolutely not acceptable.

The property is just as described- very cute- nicely decorated- very nice enclosed balcony- the condo was on 2nd floor- 3 flights upstairs- condo keys had to be obtained from at a local realtor- which was not to far from the condo- being unfamiliar w the area made it more difficult than it should of been- welcome packet left in a box for each customer- a statement w balance due was unsettling as all fees were paid thru VRBO- real estate agent stated it was just a “ face sheet” and not a bill- beautiful heated pool near the condo was very nice- beach not usable due to seaweed like material ( keys are not known for their beaches)- condo fully supplied- could use some updates like storage containers- teaspoons ( not tablespoons), liquid hand soap for the kitchen needed- salt and pepper shaker- a starter pack was provided w a couple garbage bags- a few dishwasher tabs- small laundry detergent- we did not use laundry facilities located in a separate building- we were only there for a week- the shower head was slimey-the remotes(3) for the living room- felt grimly as did the countertops- - we enjoyed our stay- the minor incidentals were just that “ minor” the location is great- the condo is very nice-

Great Location

The property was great. The managing company for the property did not have our packet ready to grab and go to the property. When we did receive the keys, the condo was not cleaned. The property manager did send people over within 30 minutes but we were tied up for a few hours while they did clean.

With some tweaks, it could be a nice rental...

Unfortunately, I have to rate this condo below average. While a bit dated, the unit itself could be ok but is lacking a caretaker who actually cares for the property.There were no basic essentials a guest would expect to be supplied in a vacation rental. There were no cleaning supplies, no hand soap, no sponge, no cooking trays for the oven, no garbage bags, no mop, no vacuum, no tissues, no batteries for remote, no light bulbs to change the ones that were out. There were not enough towels for a family of 4. The shower head in master bath was cheap & little pressure but it did have mold on it. The couch was stained and needed steam cleaning. With some care (like better mattresses and condo essentials) it could be fine. The owner uses Jessica Borraccino from Caldwell Banker to manage her property. She gets a 0 star rating. She will ignore your calls and texts. Not a great trait for a vacation rental manager. Notes: Check-in is a mess. It is off-site at a office which prides itself in keeping its doors locked and not answering. Condo says 3pm check-in. Agent says 4pm and ignores calls/texts/door knocks. / We asked for more towels, cleaning supplies & cooking sheets. It took 5 hrs to get answer & another 24 hrs to get 3 towels dropped off & nothing else. / The condo had a funky smell (musty) & was only surface clean. We all had black feet from the floor & had no cleaning supplies / Notes about not turning the AC below 72 or else.

Perfect Place

This was our second year at the Condo and we stayed 2 weeks this time. Love the pool and outdoor areas. The Condo is in a great location and the other residents and guests are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Quiet ,clean, and relaxing

If steps don’t bother you, then this second floor condo will make a comfortable home away from home while you explore the Keys. We had great communication with the manager on site and the realty company. We would love to stay here again.

The pool and beach were very nice. At the time we went there were only a few people around. There is no washer or dryer in unit so come prepared.

Beautiful Marathon condo

This property was in a perfect location! Right on the beach which was perfect for a sunset walk. There was so much to do in marathon that we only went to key west 4 times in our two week stay! The only negative thing about this property was the beds. The bed frames were extremely poor/squeaky even when just sitting on the bed. Other than that we had everything we needed and more at this property! Absolutely loved the pool floats and tons of books to read!

Home by the seashore

This condo was amazingly stocked. Full kitchen with blender, crockpot, 2 coffee makers! Our last rental didn’t even have a cookie sheet. Very comfortable with lots of extras. Great location also. Off the main drag so we had the beach to ourselves all week, but we were only 15 minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach and an hour from Key West.

Wonderful Time

Third time staying at Royal Plum, but this was our first time at this property. Loved the condo. Enough room for the four of us and beautiful views of the garden from the patio. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Great central location

This vacation was supposed to be a scuba diving trip with my son. However, high winds prevented us from diving until our last day. Maureen’s condo ended up being the perfect spot for our adventures. The central location allowed us to make easy day trips to Key West, Key Largo and all the local beaches. When we returned in the late afternoons we grabbed our fishing gear to fish the beach. One night we encountered three manatees swim 5 feet from us as we waded in the water with our fishing poles. If you’re looking for a laid back, relaxing spot this is it. We’re looking forward to returning again.

Relaxing ocean getaway

This is perfect when you want to avoid the traditional tourist crowds and just stay on a locals community. Pool was well kept with great temperatures. Wish there was a little more shading but was enjoyable.

Ferien in Marathon

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Es gibt bis auf das WIFI nichts zu bemängeln. Dieses brachte zu wenig Leistung, aber das sind wir von den Motels gewohnt. Die Ausrüstung der Wohnung war hervorragend, super Küche gediegenes Wohnambiente, sehr gute Lage, schöner grosser Pool. Viel Privatsphäre auch am Strand, sehr ruhig. Für die leidige Algengeschichte kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir haben auf ein Bad im Meer verzichtet. Uns hat gestört, dass keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter stattfand. Aber, das liegt vermutlich an unserem Alter. Grundsätzlich rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Well equipped, beautiful

Beautifully decorated condo. Does not have ocean/ gulf view. Very relaxing setting. Quiet community conveniently located in Marathon. Well equipped unit inclusive of beach towels, linens and starter paper products. Very clean. 2 small flights of steps- no problem. Great large pool. Had a great time! Would stay there again!!!

Cute Condo

The condo was just as described and a great place for 4 adults. Kevin, the onsite manager, was so personable and helpful. The pool and outside areas are spotless. You can just get in the pool and look out at the ocean - there's also a little tiki hut where you can sit and watch the sunrise or just walk along the shoreline. Checking in, we received a lot of good information on what to do and where to eat while we were in town (all recommendations were 100% spot on!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
