Excellent a must stay

Love this place close to beach had everything we needed to stay here for 5 weeks. Our host Sue has an amazing place will stay here again for sure if I don’t move to Florida 1st.

Monthly Stay

The condo was a nice size and very clean. We were close to the ocean and the Halifax River. We were able to take in the local tourist spots near Daytona. The restaurants had excellent food. The condo had a homey feel and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

winter break

Property is in a perfect location for us to take our daily walks on the beach and visit our daughter and family in nearby Port Orange. Susie was most helpful when we had questions about accessing the secured building and unit. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, great views provided us with our best spot yet for our annual trip.

Perfect Location

We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Daytona area. The apartment was very clean on our arrival (in fact, as I told Susie, it was the first place we ever rented that I didn't feel I had to clean before using it;). The furnishings were very comfortable and felt like home, not like a rental. The location was perfect, as the beach is right across the road, but it's far enough away from the touristy areas so that traffic is lighter, yet only a short drive to all amenities. Dealing with Susie directly made the entire process very simple and we would book with her again next time we come to Daytona.

Great Condo; Great location

This condo was the best VRBO home/condo we have rented since we started taking annual month-long trips in 2016. Everything was very clean. the parking was great, and the location was excellent. The Atlantic Ocean and fantastic beach is literally just across the street. Susie provides great beach chairs and other items for beach goers. We had a minor plumbing problem that Susie took care of that day. There are a couple of minor repairs that need to be addressed, which I'm sure will taken care of shortly. The elevator system is unique and very secure. Perhaps the only down side is there can be some significant road noise, which drops dramatically after 8 or 9:00. There are some good resturants within walking distance (a half mile or so) and many fine resturants within a five to ten minute drive.

Everything was perfect!

We could not have had a better experience; from check-in to check-out. It is a great condo in a great neighborhood and Susie is a great host. She was very responsive to any questions we had and she quickly handled a minor maintenance issue that came up. We will definitely check availability when we are ready to visit again next summer!

The Master Bathroom was so dirty I cleaned before we could use it. Their was pea all down the front of the toilet! Under our bed was so dirty and under things Livingroom furniture. The Carpet was so dirty I got some carpet cleaner to clean some of the big spots! The Master Bathroom smelt so bad I had to get an air freshner. The kitchen wasn't bad and the bed was clean! Once I cleaned everything it was ok!

A wonderful stay

We enjoyed our 3 month winter stay at our condo in Daytona Beach Shores. It was spacious, comfortable and centrally located. It is just a short walk to the beach which is across the street. While we were there, our washing machine overflowed and flooded the guest bedroom and hallway. It took a week for the washing machine repair to be done and we were disappointed that we were not offered a refund of any kind for the inconvenience.

Le condo etait tres spacieux Il avait tout tout de l equipement de plage a la vaisselle. Tout etait bien decore tres propre et accueillant je le recommande fortement et prevois y retourner l an prochain . La dame qui loue est aussi gentille.

Excellent

We stay here for the last 3 months and there is nothing we can stay but excellent. From the moment our son contacted Susan to enquire about availability to the day we left was just wonderful. The location is great, the beach is across the road, Crabby Joes for a few drink and some simple food is 2 minutes walk, Daytona is 10 minutes up the road and Orlando is but a short drive. The apartment itself is in very good condition with everything we needed, its clean, comfortable and spacious. In fact I would say that the photos do not do it justice. We were a retired couple, but I would recommend it to most people. As others have said, if we are down this way again we'll stay nowhere else.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

What can I say, every time we will be in Daytona Beach we will not stay anywhere else. Not only is this condo a GREAT location with views of both the bay and beach, but there are restaurants and bars close by, the pier, lighthouse, etc. The condo itself is well taken care of and is very clean. We felt VERY comfortable in every aspect - it really felt like our home away from home. We literally didn't want for anything. I do have to say, it's a very spacious condo perfect for a large family or two to be honest. The living room/dining room area can fit blow up mattresses for the kiddos in my opinion. Not to mention each bedroom was also VERY spacious! All in all we had a great time and will be coming back every year, that is, if it's available. NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!

Amazing Sunrise & Sunset

The condo was fantastic. Location worked out great we were able to eat at some of the local restaurants (not touristy at all). The views were spectacular, sunrise and sunset was amazing. My family and I enjoyed the wrap around balcony, morning coffee was a delight. We have already booked again for next year and are counting down the days. Thanks so much for making our vacation great!

Outstanding location, Beautiful views!

This condo has everything you need for enjoying a great Beach vacation! There are NUMEROUS restaurants around (some within walking distance), trails for bike riding, a lighthouse to climb, beach access, river access, sunrise AND sunset views from the balcony, and the condo itself is SPACIOUS, private, CLEAN and comfortable! I have stayed here many times and highly recommend it! Location Location Location ......
