Waterdance es un hermoso dúplex medio, cerca del lago Dillon en Frisco. Con 5 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños y la capacidad de dormir 14 personas en un plano de 3 niveles, esta unidad realmente le da a su familia y amigos la oportunidad de extenderse y tener su propio espacio. Esta unidad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, Internet inalámbrico, parrilla de gas en las instalaciones de la cubierta y de lavandería privada. Ropa de cama va Queen en el dormitorio principal, reina en el segundo dormitorio, la reina en el tercer dormitorio, dos gemelos en el cuarto dormitorio y dos conjuntos de camas literas en el quinto dormitorio. Un sofá cama Queen adicional se proporciona en el salón. Hay una, que se adjunta garaje privado para 2 coches, así que por la mañana su coche es cálido, seco y listo para funcionar. We loved this home! Wonderful location and it was perfect for our group of 7 with grandparents, parents and grandchildren. Everything was well maintained and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Space with Friends

We had three families with teenagers staying for a long weekend to play a baseball tournament, and this property worked perfectly! Each set of parents had a private, comfortable room, and the kids bunked together. The common spaces were large enough for everyone to hang out. It was a quick drive to Breckenridge when needed but also very convenient to downtown Frisco. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Nice place for a Ski Trip

The place was clean, updated, and very good for our needs. All beds were comfortable, parking was easy. The place was solid, would book again, 100%. The downstairs area can be cold, but there is a separate thermostat, so make sure you adjust that if it gets too cold down there.

Only negatives were: Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, pots and pans for a large group, but very overused. Also could use an updated washing machine and cable box for tv.

Pros: Great layout for our group: one family stayed upstairs (two bedrooms and living area), one downstairs (two bedrooms and living area), and the grandparents on the main floor master suite.Super location for walking to downtown and accessing hiking/biking trails around the lake Dillon peninsula right across the street.Cons: There was one thermostat to control all three levels. The lowest level was freezing and the upstairs sweltering. Not very clean. Despite the signs that say no shoes, the floors are dirty. We did not wear shoes and those of us without socks got black feet. I would not recommend for families with small children who spend a lot of time on the floor. Other parts could have been cleaner- a chair upstairs was covered in dirt and there were used soap bars in the upstairs shower. The coffee tasted terrible the first day and we realized it was because the coffee maker was filthy. We cleaned it 3 times with a coffee cleaner solution and were shocked at the dark brown water that came out and the dirt layers that were peeling off the inside.The upstairs bedrooms had high triangular windows with no blinds. We tried to cover the windows with pillows, but we couldn't get the rooms as dark as we'd like. Given the long summer days, this meant it was hard to sleep past 5:30am. Our small kids had a really hard time falling asleep at their usual bedtime because their room was so bright.

Bigger than we imagined!

The unit was easy to get into and it accommodated us nicely. The large kitchen and sunny breakfast table was a highlight. With each floor having its private sitting areas, it's ideal for 3 different families. The unit was clean and well equipped. I recommend this property and would stay there again.

Overall stay was fine. We stayed in alot due to altitude illnesses.

The tvs in the property were terrible quality. And having to stay inside from altitude Illness made it hard. They were from the early 90’s maybe. Picture was terrible. The cleanliness of sheets were fine but towels were old and possible just dried and folded back, didn’t seem clean. The carpets are very dated and dirty from age and wear. Picked up, yes but very dated. The worst was the cob webs and general Dust on the fixtures blinds and doors. A good deep cleaning needs done!! The space is great, large and spacious enough for all guests to seperate but also gather. Walks and deck are not taken care of weather wise, so be careful if traveling with older guests. Garage access was very nice.

Hi Krystal, thank you for your review. I just wanted to point out that this property is a budget friendly one. If you're looking for luxury accommodation, we have several 4 bedroom properties that would have been in the $1200 per night range and sleep 10 people. You paid $495 per night for this property that sleeps 14. That works out to $35 per person per night. While it's not luxury, it is a nice place to stay and it is well maintained. Yes, the TVs are older but they still work fine. Yes the carpet is older but it is clean. Everything is in good working order in the property. The sheets and towels are also clean. We are ordering (and going through) about 500 bath towels per week from our laundry service during this time of year. We are not re-using linen anywhere in any of the properties we manage. Excellent location but….

The location was nice and close to the marina so we were able to walk there. Traffic was bad because of construction. House needs a deep cleaning and it was very sparse on basic essentials- we were short on towels and toilet paper and basic supplies. Beds need an upgrade House is spacious and met our needs in that regard.

This was the perfect property for multiple families we had four adults and five children and everyone was comfortable. Well equipped unit. Would stay here again with friends.

Plac was in need of some updating. Carpet, kitchen accessories etc. nothing serious though. Had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to feel very comfortable. Had to shovel quite a bit of snow to get to the gas grill on the patio. Didn’t expect to have to do that. Overall no real complaints. Would most likely go back.

Big house for big family

Loved this house, had 11 people (4 kids) and everyone slept comfortably. Only thing I wish was that it had a hot tub because the deck looks like it can handle it and the twin bed have the option to turn it into a king bed. Then it would be a 5 star rating. Also need tv's in every room.
