Integrada en una pequeña finca, donde también se encuentra la casa de los propietarios, la propiedad, rodeada de 1000 m2 de jardín, cuenta con una espectacular y amplia piscina privada. Cerca de varias playas maravillosas e insertada en un Parque de Reserva Natural ya solo 30 minutos de Lisboa, esta casa es ideal para una familia. Aquí podrás disfrutar de las playas, paseos por la montaña y al mismo tiempo la capital, visitando los puntos culturales e históricos más emblemáticos. Hay 2 ciudades (Setúbal y Sesimbra), situadas junto al mar y a 10 minutos en coche, donde podrá degustar nuestra gastronomía, visitar el mejor mercado de Portugal, así como otros puntos de interés cultural. Ubicado en un pueblo hermoso y acogedor, donde la viticultura y la producción de vino es muy importante, es obligatoria una visita a las 2 empresas productoras de vino reconocidas internacionalmente con sede aquí. Posibilidad de alquilar una embarcación de recreo con patrón durante la estancia (privada).

Lovely spacious property with large pool and gardens

A super family size open plan property on multiple levels. Swimming pool is fantastic and large. Owners leave you alone and guve youlots of privacy abnd space but are there as needed. One hour 20mins to Lisbon oldtown.

Relaxing 12-day stay

We were warmly welcomed by the owners' daughter. Our hosts had prepared a 3-course meal for us, which was very tasty. Despite our late arrival, everything went smoothly. The house is lovingly furnished, we especially liked the living room. We can recommend the house to couples or families with small children, due to the open-plan bedrooms (there are no doors and the bedroom for the children has a low ceiling height).The house is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen equipment is ok.The bathroom was large and clean.The large pool in the garden is beautiful and it's a great place to relax. In Azeitão itself there are a few restaurants and the supermarket can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It takes at least 45 minutes by car to get to Lisbon, or much longer depending on the time of day. But public transport as well as Uber is very reliable and cheap.

Fabulous Villa

We had an amazing stay in this villa, it was better than the photos. Beautiful gardens and pool with lovely chairs and seating area. Close to supermarkets, it took us 20 Minutes to get to the local beach and an hour to get back to Lisbon airport. The hosts who live on site were available when you needed them but other than that we did not see them, so it felt very private. We would certainly go back.

A Paradise in Azeitão

The place is fantastic, the swimming pool amazing, spectacular gardens. The neighborhood is really calm and close to village center and the beaches. The owners have been very kind. Maybe the furniture was a little old specially the beds but nothing worthy. Overall Oustanding !!!

Enjoyed our stay very much

We had a great time in Azeitao. We enjoyed the lovely villa and the garden a lot. Perfect for our dog, too. The area offers a lot of options for great excursions. Lisbon is close and the beaches nearby are stunning. The host couple live in the main house in the same property, but fully respected our privacy. We love to spend a part of the winter in Portugal and will do so again, for sure. All in all - we felt at ease and comfortable. Thanks for everything.

Lovely spot! Wouldn't hesitate to go back

Candida and family were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Spacious and clean, with lovely outdoor space and gorgeous pool. They gave terrific recommendations for beaches, things to see and do in the area, and regional specialties to try at restaurants. Walking distance to a grocery store. The bedrooms are open-concept, but with privacy screens. This was fine for our family, but may not suit other groups.

Beautiful pool and gardens

Lovely villa, the owners were away when we arrived (they let us know their daughter would be there to let us in and show us around before we arrived) everything went perfectly. The Villa was clean, tidy and homely. All the amenities were provided within the Villa and the owners even asked if we want some salad out of their garden! (How nice 😃) The pingpong and fusball were brilliant for the kids, as was the huge garden. Our holiday was amazing, would come back again! Thanks so much!!! 😁

Paradise! Just lovely

Our week was just lovely! The pool was just FABULOUS! Its salty water not chlorodi which is nice! The house was even better then the pictures show. Especially the kitchen en seating area is far better then the pics. And fully stocked, maybe a but of a mishmash but that means there is enough for Everyone.Perfect for a family! The second bedroom is a bit low so excellent for kids. The owners are close by but we have maybe seen them twice. So a lot of privacy. Tabletennis was also a nice touch. Thank you Luis and Candida (and Pipoca ;))

Wow! What an amazing holiday home!

This holiday home is one to book! The home is amazing and the pool is great for families. Candida and Luis are lovely hosts, they spoilt us on arrival with gifts of food and drink which were a lovely added bonus. We are a family of 4 with two kids aged 8 and 12, it was lovely that we could all enjoy the house and the gardens not feeling overlooked and always feeling welcomed. We rented their private boat for a day trip which is one trip we would recommend doing, we spent the day visiting beaches soaking in the surroundings and eating delicious food provided by the host. It felt home from home. There are lots of places to visit in the surrounding areas, places to eat and shop are in abundance and you can walk to the nearest supermarket if you don’t want to eat out every night. Thank you to Candida, Luis and their adorable dog Pipoca for helping us make wonderful memories xx

This house is an absolute gem. First off, the garden and pool area is stunning. Plenty of space to lounge by the pool and for eating. The pool are absolutely gorgoeus and perfect for families. The shallow area was perfect for our 6 and 8 year old to play confidently. The diving board was also a winner! The owner's dog was a welcome visitor and so friendly! On to the house. The photos do not so this place justice. The master bedroom is like something out of a 5 star resort. The twin bedroom was in a little nook off the stairs and open to the master bedroom. The lounge and dining areas are also well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and opens out on to the outside dining area. The owner is wonderfully friendly and on call for recommendations and help. Their house backs on to the garden but they dont use it when they have guests and we felt like we had the prviacy we wanted. The area is very residential and a car is needed. There is a supermarket and bakery within walking distance. We drove to Sesimbra, about 25 minute drive which was a lovely beach resort and perfect for delicious dinners. There are many other beaches about 20 minutes drive away. We also got the train in to Lisbon, and Candida (owner) was on hand to tell us exactly how to get there and the best places to go. It took about 15 minutes to drive to the station, then 30 minutes on the mainline train. This place is an absol winner for families who want a quieter break, away from the main tourist hubs.

Estancia en casa de Azeitao

Nos hemos alojado unos días en la casa de Cándida. Nos ha atendido muy bien, hemos estado muy agusto. La piscina y jardín son espectaculares y la excursión en barco que hicimos espectacular. Muy agradecidos por todo. Y Pipoca un amor de perro! Gracias!!!

RECOMENDABLE 100%

La casa es perfecta asi como la ubicación a 5 minutos andando del centro de Villa Nogueira de Açeitao. La piscina y el jardín una maravilla a la que las fotos no hacen justicia, incluidos palmeras y frutales. No falta un solo detalle desde el mobiliario a los electrodomésticos de la cocina , vajilla etc. Sin embargo, lo mejor es la propia familia propietaria. Cándida y Álvaro además de excelentes anfitriones (no os perdáis el día en su barco) son de ese tipo de personas que te alegras de haber podido conocer y que te reconcilian con la especie humana. Tuvimos un problema con el coche y no solo nos ofrecieron su ayuda para resolverlo sino que mientras yo esperaba a los operarios que lo resolvieron, Cándida tuvo el detallazo de enseñar a mi familia la cercana Setúbal. Ah y no podía dejar de mencionar a Pipoca la perra de la casa, tierna y lista, que hizo las delicias de mis hijos. Gracias por una maravillosa estancia.

Mooi huis, zwembad, tuin. Alles wat je thuis hebt is aanwezig. Minder was het kleine 2p-bed 140 breed en we kregen er rugpijn van. Je hebt geen privacy want je kijkt zo tegen de woning vd eigenaar aan. Deze ligt nl ook aan het zwembad. De keuken was niet erg schoon. Maar het allerergste was het verschrikkelijke geblaf vd handen in de buurt. Iedereen daar heeft een of meerdere honden die de hele dag buiten lopen achter grote muren. Die honden communiceren (blaffen) de hele dag met elkaar tot vaak midden in de nacht. De eigenaar had op het terrein zelf ook een hond loslopen die te pas en te onpas zo je woning in liep. Je moest oppassen dat je geen eten op de tafel had staan anders was je het kwijt. Was wel een lief beest die heel graag geaaid wil worden.Daarnaast hebben ze de techiek vh zwembad in het huis gemaakt. Een groot deel vd dag hoor je water kletteren en pompen lopen, herrie dus.De eigenaar was een nieuw huis direct ernaast ah bouwen. Dus veel bouwgeluid.Maw voor je rust en privacy moet je hier niet zijn. De genoemde rijtijden naar bv Lissabon zijn veel te kort. Je bent minimaal 45min. bezig. De eigenaar is erg aardig en willen alles voor je doen.Je kon je auto binnen afgesloten poorten parkeren op het terrein, was wel handig.Dus kort samengevat, mooi compleet huis, geen privacy en veel herrie.

Das Ferienhaus ist wundevoll. Der Pool ist klasse, der Garten wunderschön. Wir bekamen frisches Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten geschenkt, die Vermieter sind super nett. Hatten tolle Tipps für Restaurants uns die örtlichen Märke. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und wollten gar nicht weg. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Genauso der Garten und Pool. Vielen Dank 3

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in Azeitão Das Haus ist wunderschön und der riesige Pool war einfach ein Highlight!Candida und Luis waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns da. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben, die unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht haben. Man hat sofort gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Leidenschaft sie in dieses Haus und die Betreuung ihrer Gäste stecken. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt – nur besser! Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war außerdem die liebenswerte Hündin Pipoca, die uns regelmäßig besucht hat – wir haben alle sofort ins Herz geschlossen.Es fällt uns wirklich schwer, wieder abzureisen, denn wir werden das Haus, den Pool, Pipoca und vor allem unsere großartigen Gastgeber sehr vermissen!

Nous avons eu un très bonne accueil par Luis et Candida. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et la localisation de la maison permet de visiter très bien Lisbonne et les environ.Candida parle très bien le français et l anglais ce qui est très agréable.Nos deux garcons ont en plus eu le plaisir de partager des moments avec leur petite chienne qui est d'une grande gentillesse.Pour résumer, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Ein bisschen Paradies auf Erden...

Mit unseren beiden Enkelkindern im Gepäck, reisten wir bei unseren Gastgebern an. Die Fotos im Netz versprachen nicht zu viel. Das besondere Objekt bot ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die Räume zogen sich über mehrere Etagen und waren dennoch, durch ihre offenen Bereiche, so miteinander verbunden, das alles und jeder schnell erreichbar waren. Die interessante Aufteilung bot den Kindern viel Freiraum für Fantasie und Entdecken verschiedener Plätze zum Spielen oder Rückzug. Das Highlight der wunderschönen Anlage vor dem Haus, war der wirklich große und fantastische Pool, in dem, wegen der hohen Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthaltes, besonders die Kinder viel Spaß und Abkühlung fanden. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich . So herzliche, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen haben wir selten kennengelernt. Jederzeit standen sie bei Fragen oder Problemen so zur Seite, dass sie immer eine Lösung anboten oder selbst organisierten. Sie gaben viele Tipps und Anregungen für Unternehmungen. Dennoch waren sie stets diskret und niemals aufdringlich. In nur zwei Wochen entwickelte sich eine freundschaftliche Beziehung, die wir immer in unseren Herzen Herzen tragen. Groene oase

Het huisje met zwembad voelt als een kleine oase aan midden in de woonwijk. Alle rust en privacy ontvangen van de eigenaren die ook op het erf wonen. Er is een vriendelijke hond aanwezig die geniet van de aandacht en knuffels. Tip: de eigenaren kunnen tegen betaling een heerlijk diner koken. Handig als je laat aankomt.

Wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt

Wunderschön eingebettetes Haus mit einem megatollen Pool. Strände und Städte im Umkreis von 20 min zu erreichen. Auch der Ort war chramant mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Weinkeller! Kommen gerne wieder.

Super Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub in der Villa. Das Haus ist super schön und der Pool ist einfach mega gut. Die Schlafräume sind offen gestaltet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Gastgeber sind super nette Leute. Candida hat uns zweimal mit einer portugiesischen Köstlichkeit versorgt und gibt sehr gerne auch Tips für Ausglüge und Restaurants - wirklich sehr herzig. Die Gastgeber wohnen auf dem gleichen Gelände, man hat aber zu 100% seine Privatsphäre. Auf dem Gelände läuft der Haushund Pipoca frei herum. Eine wirklich sehr süße Hündin, die uns immer freundlich begrüßt hat. Unsere Mädels haben sie geliebt und es gab regelmäßig Schmuseeinheiten. Für uns war das überhaupt kein Problem. Gäste, die keine Hunde mögen, sollten das aber auf jeden Fall wissen. Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Excellent stay

First of all, I would like to underline the immense proactiveness, cooperation and kindness of the owners of the property, Candida & Luis: due to Covid restrictions, we had a 2 year delay between our original date of arrival booking and our actual arrival this past August. During the 2 year gap period, the communication was always fluid, solid and Candida made sure our original booking would stay valid without any prejudice for us. The House: in our opinion, the photos do not do enough justice to the loveliness of the property - the house is full of light, extremely well equipped, has air conditioning , is confortable, well decorated and spotless - the amazing & huge swimming pool was pristine clean and our twins had the most wonderful time playing in it in the shallow kiddy-area of the pool. The adult area is 2,5m deep and huge, just wonderful - the garden surrounding is well manicured with beautiful plants and flowers - yes, the house is very close to the owners' house but Discretion was the main word and there was no disturbance at all, we felt isolated and alone - Candida welcomed us in person and had delicious local pastries and sweet wine to offer us - Luis gave us most excellent tips on where to wine and dine in the area - Luis also kindly offered us some fresh & delicious tomatoes from his vegetable garden - there is a most lovely dog called Pipoca, which was the highlight for my twins who played with Pipoca all the time The house is located 5mn walk for the centre of Azeitao; excellent restaurants and supermarkets are close by, wine and cheese tasting are nearby and so is a paddel court. Also, a very nice Spa center is just around the corner. The world renowned gorgeous beaches are a 15mn drive and there are plenty to choose from. We had a relaxed, wonderful holiday and will for sure be planning on coming back. We highly recommend it! Gisela & Sergio
