Esta casa tiene un entorno muy privado con solo una pared común. Entras a través de un patio completo con fuente y un set Bistro para disfrutar de tu café o una copa de vino. Encontrará todos los electrodomésticos nuevos en esta cocina altamente equipada abierta al comedor. Hermosos techos con vigas a la vista, un bar con fregadero en la sala de estar y una chimenea de gas que se abre a un dormitorio principal romántico con una cama tamaño Cal King, tocadores dobles, bañera y ducha. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece una cama Cal King y su propio baño. La unidad está equipada con una lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado e internet.

Great Experience

Property is ideally located in Mission Hills Country Club, and has great views. Everything was well maintained, and the owner, Jenifer, was always available to answer questions and provide assistance. Highly recommend this rental property.

A window to the 70's

We have a great stay even though the weather was cold this year. The condo is everything you would expect of a 2 bedroom condo from this era..... has a serious 60s/70s vibe. (mirrors and all) We really enjoyed the layout and its convenient location.

Had to leave

We had rented this unit for 7 weeks but left after 2 weeks because it was so dirty. The shower had what I think was black mold or maybe just years of dirt build up, rusted sinks with black around the drains and very dirty around the kitchen cupboards and dishwasher. I feel badly for the owner because I don't think she was aware of the condition of the place but it really needs work

Location nice. Old uncomfortable couch in living room broken lounge chair. Outside patio dirty.

Would not go back. Not renovated dirty stained carpet throughout saggy couches shower so small in master u bump into walls way overpriced for value. Too many negatives to list

Mission Hills March 2022 Stay

Have rented at Mission Hills for last eight years (2021 covid exception). This was the best property we've experienced. Location, property owner response to questions, cleanliness, detail of towels / bedding, pots, pans, dish ware etc. all excellent. Plan to rent again in future. Thanks Jenifer!

The Best Views!

We had another great vacation in Mission Hills (stayed here last year too). The views of the mountains, the water, and the golf course are second to none. The condo is very comfortable with every amenity that you’ll need. Our host, Jenifer, is so nice and very quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this condo rental (again).

What A View!

We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio almost every morning. With the ducks, herons, swans and other water fowl swimming on the pond, the gorgeous Mission Hills CC golf course, and the the mountains in the background, the view is unmatched. The home had everything we needed and is central to everything the Palm Springs area has to offer.

Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway

We were very comfortable during the month that we spent in this spacious, well-equipped condo. The front patio looks out onto a lake and the 18th tee of the Arnold Palmer course in Mission Hills. Grounds are beautifully manicured, with mountain views in every direction. There is plenty of opportunity for walking in the neighborhood. And we swam in the heated pool and relaxed in the spa. One caveat: The condo is in Mission Hills but membership in the country club is separate. To use any of the club facilities, including the restaurant, you either have to buy a membership or be taken as a guest. Jenifer is a wonderful host, readily available to answer questions and always gracious.

Beautiful condo, great host, fabulous experience!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jenifer and her condo is! After a long drive from Bellingham, WA, the moment I stepped into the condo I felt right at home! In the morning I would sit on the patio and watch the ducks and egrets on the pond, golfers on the manicured golf course, and watch the sun come up and making the mountains a beautiful pink! The home was immaculate and was well stocked with salt and pepper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and washing machine soap, etc. etc.

Amazing views, extremely comfortable home

This was probably the best VRBO experience we've ever had. Seriously. Jenifer, our host was exceptional, and I mean exceptional. She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We have spent a lot of time in VRBO homes in SoCal and Utah in the last couple of years, and this was by far our best experience. I hesitate to say that because we, selfishly, don't want the world to know about it (side note; we've already booked our time for next Spring in this home). Did I mention the views yet? Overlooks a first class golf course in Mission Hills. Overlooks a beautiful pond, and in the background are the mountains. The flowers surrounding the patio are amazing -- the host pays extra for the landscaping crew to make sure it's the best it can be. The colors are startling. Mission Hills is an established, gated community so it's very safe -- the gate security folks are very friendly. The upkeep in the community is second to none. Everything is gorgeous - flowers throughout. I guess I could go on and on, but I don't know how many more characters I'm allowed on my review. In summary, the home is gorgeous. Vaulted ceilings throughout, all the amenities you'll need, an amazing view from the living area to the golf course, and the hostess with the mostest.

Awesome condo & host

Our visit to Jenifer’s condo was great. The unit is very comfortable. It’s roomy and bright. The setting is spectacular overlooking a pond, golf course, and mountains. Jenifer was great, went above and beyond! We hope to return!

Great Getaway

This is a very nice property. Has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The Prop. Mgr. is on top of everything you may need. Directions are spot on, easy to get to. Is looks just like the pictures! It’s easy to recommend this one - no reservations at all.

Great Spot in Mission Hills

Excellent property and and an especially good value. This 2-bedroom unit in the Tennis Villas section of Mission Hills Country Club lives large with a light-filled living room, high ceilings, a separate laundry room off the kitchen, bedrooms in separate wings, front courtyard and rear patio, and big garage. The nearby jacuzzi and pool were heated and ready to go! Equal distance (like 12-13 minutes) to either the MCM design retailers on Palm Canyon (Palm Springs) or upscale shopping on El Paseo (Palm Desert).

Loved the view!

We were expecting a great mountain view and we got it, PLUS the unexpected: ducks, pelicans, geese and swans in the pond right off the patio. A lazy birdwatcher's delight. We could have watched them all day, but did get up to walk the grounds. Everyone we passed on our walks waved or said hello--friendlier than our own neighborhood. We are interested in retiring (soon) out here and this was a good way to check out a country-club community. Rancho Mirage is a central location a short ride to other desert cities and attractions (one of our favorite stops, Shields Dates in Indio, has been open during pandemic). Condo itself has a roomy feel, with its high ceilings, and is well kept and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The only issue with our stay was the cable and wifi were off the first 24 hrs, but Jenifer was accessible to take care of it, even though it was Thanksgiving.

Beautiful property

I loved the country club atmosphere. The location in Rancho Mirage was perfect with beautiful views of the grounds and local mountains. The closest market was Gelsoms which is the bomb. The Irish Pub right there has great food & beer of course!

Spacious condo

Nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen. Could use a new frying pan. Lots of room to spread out. Lovely views of the lake and greenway. This is a nice area for people who want to cruise along on a bike since there is no traffic as it is in a gated community. Property manager was great.

Great View, Quiet location

Great view of the mountains and golf course. Lots of nature to see. Very quiet and private location. Just needs some pest control, lots of insects.

The property was clean, well stocked and well appointed. I wish i had known the garage was not attached as there is a walk to get to the house. Besides that, it was excellent!

My parents bought this condo over 30 years ago and it is filled with many special memories❤️ They fell in love with the Desert and enjoyed all of the beauty, great restaurants as well as the relaxing and quiet setting. My kids grew up coming here every Easter and still love catching fish in the lake! Maybe you will see the turtle! I hope you enjoy your stay in our wonderful property!!

It is such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Enjoyable to sit outside in the morning watching the golfers or the birds by the lake after walk over to the pool and have a morning swim! Incredible sun setting behind the Mountains. Great Location for all ages!!!

The setting facing the lake is gorgeous! The lake is wonderful to watch all the bird, fish and of course the golfers! Perfect location for walking, biking and close to some great hiking locations. Centrally located near many fabulous restaurants!
