Este condominio renovado cuenta con una gran sala familiar / comedor de concepto abierto con muebles cómodos, pantalla plana de 70 't. V. (más de 125 canales), reproductor de bluray inteligente, wifi de alta velocidad y sonido envolvente. Hay un amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king size, baño principal completo adjunto y 32 't. V. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño (con ducha) al otro lado del pasillo. El patio privado adjunto tiene una gran parrilla de gas y ofrece vistas a la montaña. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que el chef y la familia necesitarán, además de ser nueva y contemporánea.

Spacious condo in an excellent location

I loved my month long stay at Marianna's well equipped renovated condo. The bed is super comfy. There's lots or room to spread out. I enjoyed the nearby pool and hot tub area almost everyday and was mostly the only one there. The location is quiet and peaceful among beautiful landscaping - yet is located in the middle of Rancho Mirage so handy to all the shops, restaurants, and sights in the valley.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a relaxing and enjoyable three month stay. The condo is well appointed, clean and comfy. The condo has access to a great heated pool. We used it almost every day. The neighbors are very friendly and it was easy to strike up a conversation. The host is extra wonderful. She was always available to answer question if need be.

We enjoyed our stay very much

Mariana's condo is well located in a quiet complex surrounded by lemon and grapefruit trees as well as a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The interior of the condo is very comfortable--the bed was super comfortable, and there was a nice desk in the room that was useful for work that had to be done. The kitchen is well stocked, and the BBQ is of good quality. We stayed for six weeks and didn't have to contact our host for anything! We would book this condo again.

Just what We Needed

Mariana supplied everything we needed to have a relaxing and energizing vacation. Lots of sunlight, comfortable beds, and a nice hot tub. She responded immediately when we called about the new filter needed on the water dispenser...it arrived the next day. Lots of cleaning supplies and a working vaccum made our chores easier. Would defintely stay here again (if she has any openings). Guy & Sharon, Richmond B.C.

Convenient location, spacious condo

We had a very nice stay at the condo which was well equipped with everything you need. We did Purchase all of your own cooking supplies, condiments & Paper products, but there are items there for you to use. Condo is so close to so many stores & Restraunts. All the neighbors are so friendly. Sean & Marianne were great! Would definetly stay again!

Great place to stay

The condo is as advertised. The living room is spacious and the sofa's are very comfortable. The tv has many channels plus Netflix. The master bedroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent if you enjoy walking and is very handy for a number of restaurants within a ten minute walk radius. Mariana the owner is easy to deal with and is a very nice lady, we had to speak with her on a couple of very minor issues when we first arrived (issues which were no fault of hers) and the issues were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. The kitchen is well stocked with a nice big cupboard to store your own food. Overall a great condo in a great location.

Desert Bliss

Our third stay at this beautiful , conveniently located, well kept home which has everything you could possible need to feel welcome and comfortable. Recently upgraded appliances & extra comfy bed makes for a home away from home atmosphere! It is walking distance to River Complex with shopping & numerous restaurants to choose from , makes it so easy to pop over for treats without having to use your vehicle. The complex is quiet, very well kept with lovely gardens, fruit trees, 3 pools /hot tubs to choose from, most often its like having your own private pool only steps away from your patio The hosts are exceptional, easy to contact if need be & have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect! We can't wait to return to this charming desert getaway, thank you so much!

Great Location and Superlative host

The condo was roomy with very comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen had newer appliances and the host had just added a new microwave. The location is amazing, close to restaurants and shopping.. We enjoyed the large heated pool and hot tub and there was nice shade an sun near the pool We found the living room furniture just bearable but we told the host and she is going to replace it. All in all we would return. Very nice stay

Rancho Visit

We stayed for a month and were ready to go. Property looks just like the pictures but is not clean and has an obvious dog smell. There is only one large fry pan with no cover so if you cook limited supplies like no cheese grater. And one champagne flute?! Microwave is rusted on the inside. Oven is nice and worked well. Shower heads are low so you have to duck to rinse - typical older CA. The spa was not working the first two weeks. The neighbor reported my car to be towed since I hadn’t moved it for three days. Thankfully that didn’t happen (he told us and we moved). The unit next door was trashed by some renters and they started construction at 6:15 am on Saturday and 7 am on Sunday. Rancho Mirage is a beautiful town and lots to do. We walked to The River a few times for dinner. January is a perfect month to visit.

A great getaway

Extremely equipped and well maintained condo. Owner very responsive and accommodating. Condo community very friendly. Condo is close to everything you need (walking distance as well). Community swimming pool steps from back door. Great experience! Thanks Mariana!

Great spot!

We stayed for 7 weeks. The location was great. The property was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed with our dogs and there was easy access for exercise. Highly recommended property.

Great Rental

We had a wonderful experience. The condo was exactly what we expected. It was nicely decorated and well appointed. The neighbors are friendly and the location is primo. The pool and hot tub were warm and nicely sized. We will definitely go back.

Amazing & Relaxing

Mariana's place in Rancho Mirage was awesome to stay at & she and her husband were extremely helpful in whatever we needed during our stay. The property is clean and represented accurately. The development is gated with a heated pool which we thoroughly enjoyed!

The place was great It was updated while we were there. Brand new 26 cu ft LG refrigerator new dining set coffee table and some furniture for the master bedroom. Greatest hostess and host. Recommend it highly.

Rancho Mirage condo

The condo was as advertised and pictures current. We asked for additional TV channels and she added at no charge. When we had to cut stay short, she offered the unused week at no charge in the future.

2nd Time Around!

We enjoyed this desert getaway so much in April 2018 we booked right away for April 2019 and stayed even longer! The home is very well kept in a lovely quiet beautifully maintained complex with 3 pools , 2 hot tubs , parking ,picnic area desert plants and citrus trees with grapefruit and lemons for breakfast! On the second day we felt like we’d never left-very welcoming environment and everything you could possibly need to feel right at home is there for you! We love the location, across the street from The River shopping complex with numerous restaurants within walking distance and lots of options to choose from The hosts are very kind, congenial and helpful and we thank them for sharing their desert paradise with us!

Delightful

We booked this property sight-unseen and were so lucky to end up in the perfect spot for us. Location could not have been better. We were across the street from The River Mall with restaurants, theaters, and some small shops. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub which was great even in the cool evenings. In addition to that, we were across the street from a public golf course with very reasonable twilight golf rates and golf range. We are golfers so this was perfect. Mariana and Sean met us at check-in and were so helpful and gracious. We will definitely try to come back here next year is our situation allows it.

Home away from home!

Beautiful comfortable convenient home with a fabulous location-we felt at home right away and everything you could possibly need is available-well stocked ! Great Bbq on the patio for meals at home and a 5 minute walk to the River Shopping complex where there are so many dining options you could eat out at a different spot every night without having to get in your car! The complex is very nice , the pool is steps away from your door and often we had the whole place to ourselves Truly fantastic place to stay and feel like you are at home! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Great location, very nice updated condo, and congenial owners.

We enjoyed our 2 month stay in this condo, and we booked for 2 months next year. Everything about our stay was positive, so I would highly recommend this property for a stay in the California desert. The location is ideal. The condo complex is large, and well maintained and quite. Your covered parking space is very close to the unit. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. The Rancho Las Palmas Resort and country club is right across the street. The Rancho Las Palmas golf course has 27 challenge holes. Thank you for making us feel at home. It was a very nice place to stay quite condo near the river close to catch the bus it is a safe place to stay and owners were very nice if you needed anything would recommend staying there.a very nice pool.

This condo is our escape...our home away from home. We love relaxing by the pool, playing tennis and walking to the River for dinner and a movie. We both work full time in the San Diego area, and have always enjoyed the sun and relaxation in the desert. Our family is so happy to own this condo now, which we renovated ourselves.

This condo's location can't be beat. We love the area. We enjoy the beautifully maintained grounds. It's so quiet and relaxing, yet right in the heart of Rancho Mirage, with great shopping, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance!
