Mirror Lake Overlook es una casa de cuatro dormitorios y 2. 5 baños con una excelente ubicación en el pueblo, a solo 1/2 cuadra de Main Street, Lake Placid y un amplio y hermoso patio con vistas a Mirror Lake y Whiteface Mtn. Recientemente actualizada, esta casa de varios niveles cuenta con una gran sala de recreación / televisión, cocina moderna con isla, comedor y sala formal en el piso principal. Subiendo unas escaleras está el dormitorio principal con rincón de lectura y un baño completo. En el siguiente nivel, hay dos habitaciones (cada una con vista al lago), un baño de 3/4 y una sala de lavandería. En el nivel superior está el cuarto dormitorio. Fuera de la cocina, un nivel inferior cuenta con una oficina / sala de juegos y 1/2 baño.

Perfect Easter Weekend

This house is absolutely amazing. It provided all the comfort and amenities we needed while traveling with children. From the fantastic playroom and the convenient second living room to the spacious bedrooms, our little ones had so much fun, which truly made for a relaxing weekend for the adults.The location was also perfect for easily walking to the shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful experience!

This house is right next to Main Street but still has plenty of privacy. The four bedrooms are spacious and spread out throughout the house. Nice big private lawn for games and a fire pit. Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location

This home was incredible for our entire family. From the location to the coziness to the easy access in communication with the home owner, everything was perfect. Complete relaxation! An amazing feature on top of location was the downstairs play area for our children to have fun and relax. Can’t wait to come back!

Location, Location, Location

Everything was perfect at Overlook. The location can’t be beat and the house has all the amenities you need! Main Street is a very short walk away so very easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and our teens enjoyed their independence to get ice cream or go shopping. The house was great with a lot of space and the kitchen was well equipped to eat in if needed. Two tv rooms was great as was the bedding and extra towels. We would definitely stay there again for a return trip!

Great location!

This was in a great location. It is walking distance to Mirror lake. There is also a small park up the street where our young kids enjoyed sledding. The house is nicely decorated, clean and situated nicely where there is plenty of space for kids to hang out in one area and parents in another. The only negative thing I would say is one of the showers is pretty small, but other than that everything was pretty great.

Dads Weekend in Lake Placid

This is the perfect property for a getaway weekend in the mountains. The setup is perfect with two great areas to watch TV/Sports. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. They have great outdoor spaces (ADK chairs on the lawn) and a great seating area with a fire pit out back. In addition the property is short walk (less than 1/4 of a mile) from all the action on Main Street (delis, restaurants, bars). Would highly recommend to any large group.

FANTASTIC home

This house is located in an excellent place in downtown Lake Placid. The house has a great setup for different groups to gather in separate areas and conduct different activities that each group prefers. The house is very comfortable and there were no issues. It had a good time gathering out in the yard for family gatherings. We would definitely tent this house again.

Lake Placid Getaway

Great views, perfect location, and ideal setup for our large group. The downstairs playroom and the living room with lake views and the fireplace were utilized the most. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table accommodated us all for large family dinners. If your planning on ordering in or eating out this won’t be a problem because you are literally down the driveway to Main Street. Perfect winter getaway! Thanks for the memories.

Second year in a row.

I have stayed all over Lake Placid over the last twenty years. This is the second year I have rented this house. I plan on renting again next year. Two living rooms. Big kitchen with everything you need. Grill in the back. Dining room table fits everyone . Big yard over looking Main st and the lake with plenty of room for lawn games. Perfect location in the center of town. Five second walk down the hill to Main Street. Can’t beat it. See you next year.

What an excellent place!

I’ve been renting in Lake Placid for 20 years. This house is great. Clean. Everything you need. Big yard to hang out in that over looks Main Street and the lake. Centrally located in the town. Walk out of the driveway, down a hill and you are on Main Street in less than 30 seconds. Barbecue. Fire pit. Couches outside. Yard games. Two living rooms. Plenty of space. What more can you ask for. Will be looking forward to renting next year.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot!

This house turned out to be exactly what we needed for our family get together. Its one of the most comfortable places we've ever rented and the layout was perfect for our group. Two adults, two seniors and three little ones ages 3 - 10. Three distinct living spaces including the living room, family room on the other end of the house, and a smaller play area for the kids packed with a wide range of books, games, and toys. Our crew went wild! The kitchen and dining area truly made you feel you were in a home, with a wide range of pots pans, dishes, and serving pieces. A welcome surprise after renting homes with just the bare mimimum of kitchen ware. We wish our stay had been longer and look forward to a return visit sometime soon!

You can walk everywhere from our home. You can see Mirror Lake and gorgeous mountain views from our front yard, living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. We are right above the movie theater and next to most, if not all of the dining options in town. We are right next to St. Eustace church, so the hourly bell tolls. There are only 4 houses on or road, so we are on a quiet dead end cul-de-sac. Teddy Bear Park is just across the street, great for young kids and sledding for all!

Gorgeous Views and Great location. A unique opportunity with Whiteface Mountain-9 miles away. Access to all the lakes and trails near town. Ability to walk to any of the shops and restaurants. Avoiding parking in town is like winning the lottery!
