Wonderful ocean view so you’re able to see the beauty of the ocean and the skyline from the balcony. Centrally located near all the places you’d enjoy frequenting. Stores, restaurants, beaches, mall, etc. Amenities, clean place, secure building.

Good unit with great views and room for improvment.

Reviewer Comments: The unit had too many fake plants, loose mats (trip hazards), the linen cupboards were too full and the patio drapes were very heavy but kept the heat out. The bedroom was located in a perfect location for sleeping due to noise reduction. There is no counter space but you can manage. Overall we found the unit very satisfactory with a great view of the ocean and the surrounding areas. We would be happy to return to this unit in the future!!!

Fridge making a sound like it’s ready to die. Cleaning supplies were not there as stated. Need more than two dish towels and front door need new seal as wind just howled through the door. View fantastic and overall stay okay.

Vacuum works bare minimum. Cannot pick up all the sand on the ground. Internet goes in and out. Had to buy a lan cable to connect directly to the modem which solved the problem. Despite all that, location makes up for it. 5 minute walk to the beach. Best view on the lanai. Kitchen is fully equipped. An an Overall, the unit feels homey.

Waikiki for a song

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kani ka pila happen twice a week on Waikiki Beach. You can see this same beach from the lanai but you’ll have to walk 5 mins down the street to strum your uke and join the jam session of an evening. Swimming is very safe in this area. The view from the lanai is awesome! You can watch the surfers as you enjoy your beverage. The kitchen is small but I cooked Thansgiving dinner there. The beds are pretty good and linens are plentiful. I was worried because I have a bad back, but I slept well on the pullout. Concerns re TV and cooking utensils were dealt with immediately. The only annoying thing was the high pitched whistle from the ill fittings doors, when the winds were blowing hard. Management efforts didn’t do the trick. My husband managed to fix it. The unit could benefit from timed switches on the bathroom and shower fans. It would save energy, and allow you to leave the unit with the fan running, knowing it would shut off automatically. Unit could use a thorough cleaning. Surfaces were great but Lots of bits under the couch and bed from previous tenants. Pots were stuffed in cupboards with lots of grease on the bottom too. A scrub pad available would have helped. Who wants to buy SOS pads and clean up someone else’s mess?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. We arrived early evening after a full day of flying had a delay in our check in. Once in condo it was nice. Clean and well equipped but dated. We also had another condo in the same building which was much more comfortable and updated so we ate and spent most of our time there. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall if a few improvements were done it would be a prefect option. Location and view are beautiful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a cute little condo. The problems we found were the bed was very uncomfortably. The couch bed was very comfortable. The sound proofing was nonexistent and the wind would whistle through the condo and was very loud. We weren't allow to turn down the air any farther then 70 degrees but the temp in the condo never got down to 70. It was a constant 75 degrees. Which was to hot for all of us.

The location was excellent; the condo was really clean and very well-equipped with everything we needed while on vacation. The people we dealt with were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I loved the fact there was a view of the ocean, even though it was a couple of blocks off the beach. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay there next time I visit Waikiki.

Head of security was very helpful with tuning in TV. All staff very friendly. Really appreciated the early check in we were able to have as we contacted the property manager as soon as we arrived at the airport. Would have appreciated a couple of brochures/street map about attractions & how to get there.Otherwise a most enjoyable stay.Highly recommended.
