Great location! Right in the center of all the action in downtown Pismo beach. Spacious, comfortable accommodations. Had a great time!

Perfect location!

Mysel, my wife, and my in-laws all had a wonderful stay in this perfectly located house. 6 of us stayed there and it was perfect for our needs. Would recommend it to any of our friends!

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed for the weekend and I would 100% book again. Great location, very clean, and the office was easy to contact. The house looks way better in person, compared to the photos!

Great accommodation, close to the beach

A great property, in a good location a short walk from the beach and pier. Close to shops and restaurants. The check in process was clear and simple, with flexibility if you arrive after office closing hours. This property worked really well for our group.

We had an amazing time enjoying the humpbacks, butterflies, and the beautiful ocean. Pismo never disappoints everyone is friendly and the food is divine! The house was perfectly located, spacious, and plenty of parking! The 4th room out back was a very pleasant surprise. We are definitely coming back!

Wonderful beach house!

You can’t ask for a better location than this! The pier is 2 short blocks away and you are right in the middle of downtown! Awesome bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The house is comfortable, quiet, and spacious.

Fun time

Nice home . Spacious and great location. Layout is nice to spread out and granny unit very helpful. The house is somewhat dated. The master bed is not the most comfortable and dishwasher was noisy. Overall great time.

Fun to watch the people walk by and be close enough to walk to everything. Big kitchen and dining area made the house feel bigger than it is.

Amazing Location and Space

For starters, the location is absolutely amazing. Not only is it 2 1/2 blocks from the beach/pier it’s a stones throw away from all the great restaurants and shops. We did not have a problem with any noise at night. The house itself is huge, three good sized bedrooms in the main house, then the in-law unit outback was perfect for our kids. The shower in the Master bedroom was amazing, dual showerheads on each side of you was exactly what I needed after a long day of living Beach life. We will for sure be back.

The turf in the front had cigar and cigarette butts on it which we picked up before sitting out there. And the back patio we didn't use because it was not clean either. The house worked great for 8 of us.

We comfortably fit 6 adults and four small children in this house/ back house. It is only one block from the beach and downtown. We are already planning on staying at this house again next year. The house was clean but the rugs and carpets could definitely use a cleaning.

I was a little leery of booking the place because the website lacked more pictures. But, glad I took the chance. It is located two blocks from the beach and everything in town. No need to drive and plenty of parking. We did have two minor problems but called the property management and they took care of it immediately.

The granny suite in the back yard had a strong Oder of bleach with mildew smell, spiders and the shower in it was full of spiderwebs. We couldn’t get the WI-FI to work. the kitchen was a great size for our group of 8 adults. House was clean. We all slept good. Would recommend this home for the location. We called about the wi-fi and had quick response.

Clean house, Great location, but missed a few marks

Good kitchen and dining space with plenty of room and seating. Location is perfect with off street parking. Close to everything. The pictures need to be updated because the new living room furniture is much better than pictured. Internet was not working when we got there so called to troubleshoot and still could not fix it. Found out later from the tech that it was old equipment and all had to be replaced. We had people working remotely but couldn’t get it fixed for 2 days. Service guy did come at 8:00AM on Sat morning and took care of it. Only other big issue was the master bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and sagged in the middle so with 2 people you were constantly rolling into each other (just saw another review noting the same issue with the master bedroom mattress). Also the bed frame creaks loudly every time you move. Had to go to Walmart and buy a mattress topper and pad to help soften it a bit and make it sleep-able for the remainder of the trip. Also there were some light bulbs out, not sure how housekeepers miss them. Overall it worked and being able to walk everywhere was a huge plus.

The parking was awesome and could accommodate four (4) vehicles if needed. The home was clean and comfortable although two of the bedrooms a little small but six (6) of us stayed comfortably and the 3 bathrooms nice. The refrigerator took a few hours to cool down but then worked well.
