Encantadora Villa con piscina privada, Jardin y wi-fi, Bahía de Pollensa

Es una casa restaurada a partir de una pequeña y antigua construcción del siglo XIX y al lado de unos pinares y un arroyo. En ella se refugiaron tres familias al comienzo de la Guerra Civil. Se cultivó hasta los años 90. La restauración de la casa, las habitaciones y el baño donde antes una habitación, el horno de pan y la sala de los animales, comenzó en el año 1986, en 2003 se amplió con la piscina y abrió sus puertas como casa de turismo rural.

Entre otros servicios al visitante, la casa consta de 2 habitaciones dobles, salón, comedor, porche, amplia zona ajardinada, piscina y aparcamiento. Se permiten animales domésticos siempre tras la autorización del propietario.




La arquitectura actual es fiel a la tipología y a los materiales autóctonos; piedra, marés y madera construyen sus muros y techumbres. La decoración interior pretende transmitir sencillez y elegancia.




En un entorno de tranquilidad, rodeados de montañas, acantilados, mar, historia y Patrimonio con la vecina Pollensa (la Pollentia romana) con su casco medieval y Alcudia, rodeada de murallas, ambas a 3’5 kilómetros, conforman el entorno natural de una casa a la disposición de quien busque descanso y a la vez disfrutar de las cosas bellas.




Los amantes del golf tienen el Golf Pollensa de 9 hoyos a menos de 4 km.

Beautiful Traditional Villa with private setting

We had a great two week stay this summer in this traditional villa. If privacy and relaxation is what you are looking for, you will do well to beat this Villa. We traveled as a family of 4 (2 children aged 6 and 8) and enjoyed numerous days relaxing around the pool and playing in the pool which is a great size. The villa is completely private and secure and offers lovely views of the countryside and mountains. It is also extremely well located. Both Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa is a short 5-8 minute drive away. There are some good short cuts to Puerto Pollensa which are perfect on saving you some time and also providing some nice views along the way. Alcudia old town is also only a 10 minute drive and well worth a visit. All these places offer a great choice of restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shops especially enjoyed by our children. There is also a number of good supermarkets within a 8-10 minute drive from the villa providing everything you need for a self catering holiday. I have given the villa 4 stars and not 5 as my only criticism would be that the main bed was very hard and not comfortable for my wife and I. We also had to buy 4 new pillows as the ones provided were very uncomfortable. The ensuite which although clean and works perfectly well could benefit from an update. We did experience some problems with ants but nothing a few zip lock bags and being vigilant with ant powder didn't resolve. Many thanks to the owners for a lovely holiday and your help in the booking process. I would happily recommend this villa to all and wouldn't hesitate to return on our next visit to Pollensa albeit on a softer bed :-) Thank you Ben Green

Una casa perfecta para descansar y disfrutar de un entorno en medio de la naturaleza.

La casa es perfecta. Muy bien equipada. Es sencilla pero cómoda. El jardín y la piscina están bien cuidados (lástima que el tiempo no acompañó para disfrutarlo), eso si, la barbacoa la aprovechamos todo lo que pudimos. En coche el pueblo de Pollensa está a 5 minutos. Espero poderlo alquiler en el futuro. La única sugerencia que haría es instalar alguna luz en la barbacoa, pues de noche no podíamos ver lo que hacíamos. En general disfrutamos mucho del lugar y la casa. Tambien añadir que el jardinero fue muy amable. Y por último, he alquilado varias casas en Mallorca y ésta ha sido la mejor con mucha diferencia. Tanto que deseamos volver este verano para disfrutar de su piscina y jardín.

Great located Finca with a fantastic view

We stayed at this great finca from 23th September until the 2th October 2015. It was fantastic. Everything was clean and there was so much space to relax and have a enjoyable holiday. The garden is planted in a very beautiful way. You have a fanstastic view to the mountains and by car you can reach the beach within 5 minutes. We recommend it very much and would like to come again to this great place.

Super Unterkunft in vorteilhafter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt im Juli 2025 war einfach super. Die Beschreibung der Villa stimmt mit unseren Erfahrungen überein. Das Grundstück mit dem großen und schönen Garten kann von keiner Seite eingesehen werden. Die Lage zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und ist günstig, um den wunderschönen Norden der Insel zu erkunden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die geringe Ausstattung mit Reinigungsmitteln, wie z.B. Geschirrspültabs oder Waschmitteln. Der Staubsauger kann im aktuellen Zustand leider nicht verwendet werden. Zwischendurch mal Staubsaugen wäre angenehm gewesen. Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Essig, und Öl fehlen leider auch. Vielleicht darf das aufgrund hygienischer Vorschriften aber gar nicht von einem Mieter zum nächsten weitergegeben werden. -> Am besten also geringe Mengen von zuhause mitnehmen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, also Besteck, Töpfe, Teller, Gläser, Geschirrtücher, Handtücher, Bettzeug usw. Die Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren ebenfalls einwandfrei, genauso wie Dusche, WC, usw. Die Waschmaschine hat uns sehr gute Dienste geleistet. Einmal hatten wir ein Problem mit der Filteranlage beim Pool, das hat der Gärtner Juan aber umgehend behoben. Ansonsten funktionierte alles perfekt, vor allem die enorm leistungsstarken Klimaanlagen. Ich denke, dass im Störungsfall eine einzige Anlage das gesamte Haus kühlen kann. Das Haus selbst ist ja nicht sehr groß. Wir kommen gerne wieder in die Villa Can Tomas.

Fabulous Quiet get away

Had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. Location was perfect when you have a car. Only five minutes to the sea. Was wonderful to come back to after a good morning/day exploring. Home from home. Garden pool area was amazing. Thank you Julia coming back so quickly to answer a question.

Nice villa, a little dated but good accommodation overall

We travelled here at the end of August 2020. We have stayed in many villas in the local area. The pool is great and the accommodation being on one floor also worked well for our children. I would say that the kitchen and bathrooms are dated and really could do with an upgrade. When we arrived the property smelt very musty as if it hadn't been used for awhile so we had to buy air fresheners and air the property. You need to provide everything; loo roll; cleaning cloths; dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc and usually these few basics have been provided which meant another trip to the shop. Towels for the bathroom were very small and limited to one per person and a hand towel. When I contacted the owner I was told we could pay a cleaning service fee for someone to come in and do it for us. Overall it is a nice place but I felt you needed to buy a lot of stuff to keep it clean during your stay and the property needed a bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch.

Peaceful and relaxing

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Can Tomas. We were looked after so well by Juan (and Laura). It is so convenient for exploring the coast and the immediate area, which we did in the mornings and were always glad to come back to the peace and quiet of the pool and gardens. We came with our wheelchair using Mum who has Alzheimer’s and it was just right for her (although a grab rail in the bathroom would have been good). We would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a relaxing break. Big, big thanks to Juan, who fixed our wheelchair brakes, came out in the torrential rain and thunderstorm to check we were ok and generally made sure we had a good stay.

Excellent, but a few hiccups

This was our second week in the property and it really is amazing. However, I don't know if we were unlucky or if in the latter part of the season the property is just showing signs of high booking rates with little opportunity for upkeep, but we had a few maintenance issues. The shower starting being very slow to drain and then the toilet refused to flush at about 11pm. We contacted the owner and the maintenance man Jose was out at 8am the following the morning with a drain specialist to empty and clear a blockage (caused by previous occupants using babywipes - don't flush babywipes down the loo!!). This meant the drains were then clear again. However that afternoon the property starting really smelling quite badly. Again I contacted the owner and again Jose was out to help us - you really can't fault their ability to help out! Lastly, and on our final day, the kettle packed up and blew all the electrics. None of these could have been anticipated so I don't blame the owners and their response to all of the incidents couldn't be faulted. However it didn't lead to a completely relaxing second week!! Ants were not really an issue after the treatment of spray, but mozzies still in abundance - we retreated indoors to the conservatory as we got tired of being bitten. Overall a great place for a holiday (but take mozzie repellant!). We had a fabulous time, in spite of all our maintenance issues!!

Everything you need for a holiday away from it all, with the added bonus of having Pollença on your doorstep 🌞👍🏻😍😎. Car essential. Pool and house fabulous. Ants annoying but kept at bay with spray (ask Josè for spray if you have a problem). Bring mozzie repellent and use it well. Special thanks to Josè, very helpful when we needed him 👍🏻. Book it, you won't regret it x

Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic stay at C’an Tomas. The villa was perfect for our family and our two boys absolutely loved the pool. The location is great and close to both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa. Very peaceful with lovely views. Will need a car as nearest shops 10 min drive

Villa was beautiful and all the we wanted. Peaceful and quiet. Country side location. Views of mountains. Car needed as no shops close too but only 10 min drive to either Pollensa or Porta Pollensa, which are both lovely for eating out at night and shopping too. Our only moan would be that the owner mixed up our booking and we had to stay in her house for 1 day which was really a part of our holiday.... but she did give us discount for this error. We will most certainly return but would double check the booking date is correct.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber mit Einschränkungen

Die Finca ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, geräumig und schön gelegen. Sie hat einen sehr schönen Garten und Pool, beides ist gut gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist komplett abschließbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus. Es gab aber eine Vielzahl von kleineren Unzulänglichkeiten (Strom- und Internetausfall, Wasseraustritt bei einer Klimaanlage, u.v.m.), um die sich allerdings der Hausverwalter Juan (den ich an dieser Stelle ausdrücklich loben muss) immer schnell und mit großem Engagement gekümmert hat. Sehr lästig war, dass bei starkem Gewitterregen zweimal eine riesige Pfütze in einem Schlafzimmer stand (einmal sogar nachts), weil Wasser von unten durch den Fußboden hochgekommen ist. Negativ haben wir empfunden, dass das Wasser des Hauses deutlich salzhaltig war, wodurch in beiden Badezimmern und der Küche starke Ablagerungen an den Installationen und Küchengeräten vorhanden waren. Dennoch haben wir uns einigermaßen wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wirklich großem und gepflegten Grundstück

Waren im Oktober zu viert für 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Es liegt wirklich abseits und einsam wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die kleine Zufahrtsstraße ist allerdings stärker befahren als man denken würde. Da das Grundstück aber kaum einsehbar ist, hat uns das nicht gestört. Hier und da könnte mal ein wenig nachgebessert werden aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We’ve had an amazing holiday staying at Can Tomas for two weeks. The house is conveniently located for Pollensa and Alcúdia which both had a number of great restaurants and culture :) The outdoor space at Can Tomas is brilliant and private with the pool warranting special praise. The owner responded to all queries within a couple of hours which was very helpful. The only (small) negative was the house interior was a little dated. An amazing holiday had by our family at this villa :)

Perfect place for relaxing in very nice surroundings

Weren’t sure what this place would be like but when we arrived we instantly knew we were in for a great holiday , it’s a traditional house with a beautiful garden , huge grounds and pool area with secure fencing around the perimeter and secure gates which can be locked from inside giving complete safety for children , you will definitely need a car or bikes as the road to it has no pavements and is probably too far to walk if you have kids . Maybe not for you if you want to be close to marinas etc but perfect for peaceful break with no noise , it’s not super modern but everything there that you’d need on holiday and the pool is well looked after and the owners are very layed back nice people , we would love to return next year for our holiday
