Great Place

Clean, Spacious, simple, and with the right amenities. Easy to understand communication. Great place to relax after enjoying Pinehurst. The only thing that needs attention is unclear, as I'm not sure if it's the association's responsibility. The outdoor stairs need some repair, and the second balcony needs pine straw cleaning. But one has to be picky to find fault. Great Place for the price.

Nice Place

Overall it was good. The location is excellent and overall is well maintained. However, the dining room table and chairs need to be replaced. We had to support the table with napkins, etc. Also, the trash compartment was very disgusting with old trash just sitting all over in there. Taking care of these minor things would make it much better.

All good but dark steps up at night

Property was OK. We had to put a battery in the thermostat when we got there and the outdoor light on the patio lightbulb and the steps going up at night were very very dark. The lights weren’t working. Besides that everything else was OK.

I booked this condo for some friends and family who came to visit me. It was close by, very nice, had plenty of space and close to other amenities. We were able to walk to the new locomotive bar, which was great! Communication might’ve been easier if there was an email to contact instead of number. Also, one of my friends is asthmatic and she noted some concern over the bit of dust and cob webs on the pictures and in the top corners of the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Oven was dirty. Main bedroom had trash under bed.There was trash outside the condo..Checkout instructions tell you to take trash to dumpster. What dumpster?

Short stay for Equestrian Event

Everything was as described and we had no issues at all. Very nice place to stay at, as we needed somewhere close to the Harness Track over the road. All the amenities were as described and the property was spotless and clean. Would definitely come back again if needed.
