Esta antigua casa modelo en el campo de golf de 27 hoyos de Indian Palms Country Club está lista para sus vacaciones en el desierto. Bellamente equipado con todo lo que necesita, ¡incluyendo bicicletas y raquetas de tenis! Tiene una suite principal y suite para invitados, además de una habitación privada separada con una cama nido y un armario. Un tercer baño tiene esta característica. Tiene una hermosa guarida, y se proporcionan camas hinchables para acomodar cualquier desbordamiento. ¡Incluso incluye un Pak-n-Play! La gran sala grande tiene un televisor LCD de 60 pulgadas con barra de sonido y una biblioteca de DVD y CD. El gran patio incluye una parrilla de gas y un fogón de gas para disfrutar de las hermosas tardes del desierto, junto con un putting green.

Un corto paseo al otro lado de la calle es una piscina y spa. El Club también cuenta con un moderno gimnasio, un complejo de tenis y una gran piscina y spa.

Great Hosts and very nice property

The hosts were great. Made check in very easy. The property was very clean and in great condition. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths plus a bonus space with a trundle bed. In addition, there is an office area. The patio overlooks the Indian Palms Country Club golf course. The property is very near the Empire Polo ground and several golf courses.

Awesome Comfortable Desert Home

The desert home was awesome, very comfortable, nicely decorated and very well appointed. The owners are great and made the whole check-in process and stay very smooth and wonderful. Thanks Zip & Marsha for sharing your home with us.

Awesome home

We had a wonderful couple of months at Zip and Marsha’s desert home. The were wonderfully responsive and caring hosts. The place was spotless and had lots of room for guests who visited us too. Kitchen had everything you might need, and the gated community was friendly and very walkable. The grandkids loved the pools! The back yard faced the golf course. We were delighted with our stay.

Fun in Indio/Palm Springs

My wife rented the Trower home in Indio as a retreat following my retirement. Neither of us had ever been to Palm Springs area. We spent a month there and were still not ready to leave. The Trower home is perfectly furnished and we felt comfortable right away. The Trower’s also provided excellent instructions and recommendations for their home and local attractions and activities. We enjoyed watching Polo (just around the corner), professional tennis, hikes, lots of golf and many great restaurants. Their home is equipped with anything you could need including an outdoor grille, bikes, pool supplies and garage parking. The Indian Palms neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning walks or afternoons at one of the neighborhood or main pool. Several mornings we had coffee on the back patio and watched golfers on the local course. The Trower’s were great and also made sure they were accessible to answer any questions we had. The welcome flowers and wine were a classy touch too. I highly recommend this property and we’re excited to return.

Great 2018 Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home in Indio, which had all the amenities. It was a great location right on the golf course. The owner kept in touch with us to make sure everything was satisfactory and that we were having fun.

Perfect Fit

We have spent the last two Januarys sharing this house with another couple, and it has been the perfect place for us because the floor plan allows for both togetherness and privacy. The kitchen is large so it can accommodate all of us dancing as we fix dinner together, and it's well-stocked with everything we have needed. The furniture is comfortable, the bedrooms have good storage, and the patio is a great place to spend time reading, watching golfers, or enjoying cocktail hour. The neighborhood is peaceful and the setting is close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Zip has been great to deal with, but even more important, the people we've met during our morning walks have been warm and friendly, making us feel welcome. We have already recommended this house to our friends who are looking for the sunshine!

This lovely house on the golf course felt like home to us

My wife and I just spent a very enjoyable month in this home. We found it to be fully equipped and very comfortable. We especially liked the out door amenities such as walking distance to the pool. The back yard has a putting green, view of the golf course and excellent patio furniture. The owners are the best ever when it comes to requests and special needs. They are easy to contact and truly cared about our satisfaction and comfort.

Great home in the desert!!!

My husband & I have just spent a wonderful month in this beautiful home. This is a very spacious home which includes all the amenities. The kitchen is very well appointed..we had some great meals with family and friends. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golfers ...the good and the not so good shots!!!! The community pool is just down the street..very convenient. I attended all 12 days of the Indian Wells tournament..a short 15 minute drive away. The Polo Grounds are just around the corner...the complex is very well located to all the local communities. We recommend this property and look forward to a return visit. desert dream home

We spent 4 months last winter in this beautiful home. The floor plan was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the patio. Zip and Marsha were always helpful and so friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware,glassware and all small appliances which I really appreciated. The property was well maintained. We would recommend this home to anyone who loves to visit the desert. We definitely plan to return.

We just spent three month...

We just spent three months in this beautiful home. We only had seen pictures before we arrived and we were delighted when we entered the house: everything was better that we expected. The kitchen is a dream, the rooms are spacy and comfortable, the guest suite is seperate from the master suite: great for privacy. The house is equipped with everything we needed and more. Beautiful terrace on the golf course. But on top of everything, the owners have been of great help when needed and very friendly. They made us feel at home. Thank you Marsha and Zip.

This is a top notch vacat...

This is a top notch vacation home. It has it all. Everything is first class and the beds are very comfortable. The owner has an extensive checklist to answer your questions about the area. First rate golf courses within short driving distance. Eating places are numerous and food is high quality. You won't be dissapointed if you rent this home.

We rented this home for a...

We rented this home for a week in April. It was ideally located close to several golf courses and shopping. The big screen TV was a welcome plus which allowed us to enjoy many DVD movies with our friends. House was very clean and fully supplied with lots of extras. Thanks for the use.

Zip and Marsha were great...

Zip and Marsha were great. very accomidating and quick to respond to questions. Their rental property felt like home to us. We were lucky to spend two winters with them and we enjoyed every minute. This home contained everything we needed.
