Great House! Great Location!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This house was just perfect for our family. Fixtures were older, but everything worked great. Very close to the park and SHARC. The pool table was a huge hit with the teen/pre-teens. We ended up being a bit needy (sorry!!), and the host was fantastic!

Cozy Get Away!

This was such an cozy and nice place to stay. Was a prefect get away for my friend and I. The hot tub was a great plus on those cold nights. Loved the amount of natural light that we got throughout the day. Would 100% stay here again

Perfect Sunriver Vacay

The house was exactly what we needed. Great walking location, nice deck, dining al fresco, teens loved the pool table and perfect place to call home for a summer vacation. Would definitely book again!

Great home base for Sunriver adventures

This home had room for our family of four (with two teens) to spread out comfortably. The patio furniture was perfect for hosting a dinner on the deck with friends, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Great Affordable Sunriver Getaway

Check in was easy. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Home is dated but I thought the price was great. The hot tub was very nice. The whole family had a great time.

If you have not explored Sunriver, Oregon, you ought to put it on your list. This property is perfectly located in Sunriver for easy access to shopping, dining, bike rentals, coffee, wine/beer, golfing, pools, spa, parks, tennis and pickleball courts....you name it, its here.

What a great house!

We loved this place and will stay here again! The beds were comfy, the place is very inviting and relaxing, it has everything we needed. Only problem was that the hot tub did not get hot. Regardless, we still had a wonderful time.

Great Sunriver Cabin

The cabin was a great basecamp for Sunriver adventure. The downstairs area has the two bedrooms and a nice living room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There are bikes in the attached closet/shed, but I would bring my own bikes next time as they are varied in size/condition. Overall, I was very impressed and had a great stay at this location.

Cute House in a Nice Location

The property and house are well situated and quiet. Close to everything in Sunriver, we enjoyed biking, the SHARC, and nice walks. The beds are comfortable, but at least one was very squeaky. As other reviews have mentioned, the kitchen is pretty outdated, but totally functional. The deck and outdoor setup is very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Relaxing Getaway

This property was above and beyond what we expected. Very easy to schedule, check in and locate. Beautiful home right in the middle of a fabulous neighborhood with walking/biking trails, water park, tennis, pickle ball, horse back riding, river, etc. The home had its own hot tub, stove fire place (which included logs) and pool table. We WILL come back! Loved it

Our stay was good. We have had better homes in Sunriver than this one. I did not realize the house did not have AC. It was not something that was really written out to be noticed in the description. There was only one fan in the whole house when I got there, and the house was not clean. I called down to sunset lodging and they sent out a cleaning lady that was less than happy to be back.The handyman was happy to be dropping off fans for us and a pool ball that was missing in our pool table. All the screens did not fit tight and let in mosquitoes that chewed us up while we slept. It was amazing to hang out with my family and have a pool table but it was not the best day I've ever had in Sunriver. The beds were okay but not as comfortable as what I've had before and all of the pillows were flat and stiff. We'll not rent this home again

Sunriver

The property was well maintained. The hot tub was the best. We did not use the passes, every time we drove by it was so busy. (Plus we had no kids with us). The bikes were a nice way to get out early in the am when it was cool outside. The only thing I wish I had was more lighting in the house. But my overall stay was great.

We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we liked the separate sink and mirror in the two downstairs bedrooms. The loft room was spacious and nice with the skylight windows. It was great having bicycles provided. We would stay here again!

Would not rent this home again

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House needs some maintenance. Electrical plugs loose, no towel bars in bathrooms, poor lighting, kitchen sink faucets not operating normally- to shut water off you have to find the sweet spot in the middle. House was clean enough, but small and dark.

The property managers were fantastic about getting them resolved but I was a bit put off that they had not been handled before our stay. It just seems that the owners have deferred a lot of maintenance. However, we still had a lovely stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, we enjoyed the hot tub and the layout was great for an extended family getaway. Was great to be in Sunriver at a reasonable rental rate.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No A/C. The house was 81 degrees in the evening and running all the fans only brought it down to 79 and it was so noisy we were unable to have conversations. Took the lid off the hot tub and there was a dead frog floating on the top of the water. The oven was broken and unusable. A maintenance guy came out and reprogrammed it. It smoked when we put it on. The cookie sheet would not fit in the tiny oven. One of the bikes had a flat tire. A light in the kitchen kept on flashing off and on. My husband tried tightening the bulb but it did not fix it. On the positive side, good quiet location. The pool table was fun. Ample plates, bowls and silverware. Would not return. Overpriced for the griminess and old furniture. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable. This is the first bad review we have ever given and we are seasoned travelers.

Casual, comfortable place to land

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed over Thanksgiving with our two adult children and their partners, six of us in all. The living spaces are small, but comfy, and we enjoyed a few pool tournaments and time in the hot tub after hiking and XC skiing. Everything is in decent shape, although the lighting, especially in the kitchen, could use a little help. We were able to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal with a little creativity—the oven is very small, but worked well. I brought the roasting pan, and although there was a large and motley collection of pots, pans and baking sheets, we still could have used a 9x13 pan, a ladle, and a cheese grater. Loved the location, very convenient! Thanks for the stay!
