The floors a bit dirty throughout. All mattresses were saggy and should be replaced. Two can openers, one manual, one electric, neither worked. The third, interior bedroom needs a blackout curtain to block out the front door porch light (it isn't controlled by a house switch). Otherwise, the A/C worked fine, plumbing was good, kitchen appliances were fine, plenty of flatware, glasses, and plates.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was as described. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids without feeling on top of each other. Very clean and check in and out was super easy. Ple ty of dishes and cookware. The only suggestion i have for the owner is to consider investing in tubberware as there was only 1 bowl. Location was great!

Fall Break

We love Summerchase and have been staying there for vacations since 2012 in various units. We will be back. In this unit the TV's do not have many channels and certainly didn't have the channels listed on the guide. Some had different channels than others and they were small. We checked in Friday & maintenance postponed twice and wasn't going to come to look at the TV's until Monday. We decided to just forget it. The Wifi password is wrong. We ended up using one from a previous year at Summerchase in a different unit that worked. (Just FYI) This unit could use a couple of luggage stands, a vanity bench in the master bath, the balcony railing is loose in areas and the wind rattles it substantially, The king beds were great and super comfortable!

Beach Vacation

The property was as describe. The text message communication with property manager was nice. On arrival we discovered, the 2nd bathroom door was locked. At 6pm, I text and asked to if it was supposed to be unlocked and they replied they would send maintenance. Right after I discovered the thermostat was completely off and would not turn on. I text the number and they said they would add it to the ticket. At 8pm, we had still not seen anyone so I called the after hours number who had no idea what I was talking about but they would try to dispatch someone. At almost 930 someone showed up. After unlocking the door, they discovered the shower was stuck on and he would be unable to fix it tonight so gave us the option to cut the water off for the whole unit or show us how to turn it off and on. He also was able to get the air to come on after running to get a part. He left around 11pm and with in 5 minutes the air was back off. I recalled the after hours number and they said they had done all they could do and would have to dispatch the HVAC company but could not give an ETA. Being tired from traveling all day, we all fell asleep and did not hear them call to say someone was on their way at 230am. When we woke up, I called back to see if someone was coming this morning and they said yes but still could not give an ETA. After waiting in the condo that morning someone finally came at 930 that morning. I understand that things break unexpectedly but what was so disappointing about the whole thing was the lack of apology offered by anyone that I spoke to through the whole ordeal. After the first 16 hours of the stay, everything was nice and pleasant trip.

Gorgeous Views!

Check in was smooth and effortless! Property was very clean and well kept. Overall a perfect place for our family! Kids loved the easy access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. Perfect location close to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again for sure!!!

Great rental!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Once you find were Summerchase is located, didn't see the sign until I passed the turn it, you will love the location.

A Week in SC 708

Just okay, but great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about the location of this property and working with Liquid Life. With this being said though, the property has definitely seen it’s better days. It was not well equipped with kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, the fridge door did not shut, the ice maker didn’t work, the air condition unit was extremely loud and outdated, the dryer took 3-4 times to dry clothes and the beds were not comfortable. Whoever is making profit on this unit, needs to take some of the money and invest back into it by updating it and properly equipping it. Show it some TLC and it would be amazing!

We did a mother / daughter girl trip (total of 6) and this condo was very spacious, very clean and right in the middle of everything. We had a short drive to all the favorite shops and restaurants. The beach was never crowded since Summerchase has no other resorts right on top of it. We will be returning soon!

Miserable rental experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful however the noise was unbearable.Our long anticipated vacation was anything but relaxing due to the construction noise right outside our balcony which was not disclosed at the time of booking. This noise started at 7 am even on the weekend. No where on the website was any information about the new construction going on next-door. When the noise was brought to the attention of liquid life management, their response was to email a PDF form to complete and send back and they’d respond within 7 to 10 business days. By then of course our vacation is over and not much can be done. We did not ask for any compensation from liquid life, only that they disclose on their website for future guess that construction was going on and an apology. If you will be in the business of selling vacation experiences, make sure you are honest and disclose unpleasantries of excess noise. I will never, and neither will any of my family and friends, use liquid life again due to their poor service recovery.

Golf, condo parties, bingo, crafts, water aerobics & movie night. People are very friendly & we made many new friends. Summerchase is undergoing many improvements such as painting the entire building. Location is great with shopping, restaurants, & nearby park walking & biking trails close by. One negative is the building of new condos next door. Traffic may get congested at the intersection in the future. This was our 3rd year at Summerchase & we have already booked for next year.

Bathroom toilet

With three adults and two children, a second bathroom is a necessity! However the main bathroom toilet was unstable and rocked bad side to side. Also water was leaking all over the floor. We reported it to condo management and for the six days we were there, no one came to fix it or replace it. This is a safety issue and unhealthy too. I am very disappointed with this and the fact that none of the floors had been mopped. The baby crawled on the floor and within thirty minutes, her legs, hands and feet were BLACK! Would like to know this is being addressed. Otherwise won’t be back.

Perfect spot

Great place for our family vacation. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The only disadvantage we had was the ability to get my mom to the beach. She doesn’t get around well and was unable to get her toes in the sand. She enjoyed her view from the balcony watching the kids play on the beach though.

Orange Beach weekend

My family and I had never been to Orange Beach before and it proved to be a beautiful place for a vacation. Our condo was wonderful , but upon stepping into the property itself , my heart sank because the it appeared dirty and outdated. It needed a pressure wash something awful . It looked really run down.
