Our stay was excellent!! The condo was very clean and the views were beautiful. We had so many amenities that made our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this rental to everyone and will be back again for another stay.

Whereas the Phoenix West facilities and Prickett services were fantastic, I wasn't that pleased with the condition of the unit we strayed in. It was in need of repair and replacement items throughout. The layout of the unit was really nice and views were exceptional. I realize that we are getting to the end of the busy season and the unit is turned over weekly or even daily with all kinds of individuals renting it. For us, it was a family vacation and I was slightly embarrassed for my family members.. Queen beds were difficult to sleep on, refer had to be replaced while we were there(water leakage), dryer damaged some of our clothing and general condition of the furniture was worn or broken. For the priced paid, I expected better. You wanted a honest review. Would I stay at Phoenix West again, yes, just maybe a different unit.

Great stay! So much sand!

We had a great time staying at this property! It was exactly as described and the managing company did a great job with communication and was very prompt. The house was clean, and secure. Only complaint was the sandy floors: the tile pattern makes it difficult to sweep vacuum it up. And with 4 adults and 5 kids/teens, it was a battle! But, we just wore socks/flip flops and tried to keep up as best we could. The amenities (indoor pool, etc) were a big hit on the 2 rainy days we had. We had friends staying nearby, and the property was great about giving day guest passes. Overall, an awesome time in Orange Beach!

Perfect Christmas at the beach

This was an absolutely wonderful property! We enjoyed our stay so much. Definitely enjoyed the winter rates on this fabulous condo. The condo was clean, well-appointed and had a fabulous view. We took advantage of the indoor pool/hot tub, the outdoor pool and lazy river. All were clean and well-kept. Our only criticism was the uncomfortable furniture in the living room area. It was different furniture than what was pictured in the booking photos, and terribly uncomfortable. Two of the chairs honestly need to be replaced, not only due to how dirty they were but how wonky they were when you attempted to sit in them. We did have a hiccup with the parking passes, but that was the building personnel, not the property management company. Hopefully, they'll get that squared away soon. I don't recommend pre-paying for your parking permits, do that once you arrive. We enjoyed this location so much that we're already talking about trying to secure it again for next year. It was a great way to enjoy Christmas away from home, and we appreciated having a "tree" to put a few gifts under.

Our favorite place!

We loved everything about our stay! We had so much space for our big family. The kitchen was so nice and open we stayed in many nights to cook. The balcony was so nice to see the sunset! The elevators were fine for us. The ice maker was a hit! Lol We had the best time and made so many great memories!

Labor Day stay

Very crowded, needed more chairs around the pool area, Condo spacious but had to call for housekeeping to come and mop floor when we arrived, floor was sticky and our bare feet were black with dirt Door code did not work when we arrived even though we had a text saying it was ready

Loved it

Beautiful place to stay! We had a group of 8 adults and some kids. I love that every room has its own bathroom and an extra bathroom in the hallway. Check in was easy, condo was clean, view from the condo is stunning! We had a great week.

Great place to stay

This stay will make it very hard for me to stay anywhere else. The living area was so nice and large and the bedrooms were very nice. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

We stayed in a corner unit. Beautiful views all around. Very spacious with wonderful large porch area. Unit was extremely spacious and very clean. Every bedroom has a bathroom and there is another half bath in hall which was nice for our large group. The amenities were great including the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great property

Property was great. Had 10 guests and was plenty big. Balcony was excellent. Cold AC. Only issue we came across was at the building itself, not the actual unit. Only 4 elevators and can get crowded and have to wait in line for elevators. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much on this stay! The balcony was so spacious and the view was beautiful! The condo was very spacious. There was 12 of us and some of us had to share beds but we were all very comfortable as the condo is very spacious. Very clean! We had absolutely no issues and loved our stay!

Great place for our family of 9

This condo was wonderful. It fit out needs for our family vacation with 9 family members. Each couple had their own room and the kids bunked up in the double bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there’s a powder room as well. The views from the balcony are amazing! We frequently saw marine life in the mornings. The property has a wonderful pool, lazy river, and slide. And it’s so convenient to get to the beach. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub and a gym-for which we took advantage of it all. I would highly recommend this place. The only critique I will make is that unlike other VRBOs I’ve stayed at, this place did not have things like hand soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, etc. we had to purchase this on our own. Just an FYI for future renters.

The property was exactly as described - The rooms were spacious & the beds were comfortable. The customer service at the condo was also wonderful - They we’re very helpful & friendly! All in all it was a wonderful vacation!

Large enough for the whole family

Our vacation included grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. The property was large enough and comfortable enough for everyone. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place!

Our extended family of 12 stayed here and it was as great fit for our needs. The bathrooms for each bedroom plus a half bath was great. Fabulous balcony with a great view. The condo was very clean overall except the tile floors need a deep clean. It would be helpful to have doormats on the way in and out of the balcony to wipe feet. We took shoes off at the entrance to the condo coming and going. The elevators are slow, especially at busy check in/out times but also in general as well. Lots of building staff cleaning main areas. The balconies off the bedrooms really aren't much of a balcony as you they are very narrow-can't fit a chair, can only stand. We would stay again! We had issues with the entry code but was helped very promptly by a very nice staff at the property management via phone. The property management staff were incredibly kind with any questions I had as we planned our stay and as we checked in and out.

Great large family vacation spot!

Beautiful condo and beautiful beaches! Our large family stayed for 7 nights and could not have been happier with our stay. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside and on the balcony, ample drawer and closet space in all bedrooms, gorgeous beach views from every bedroom, amazing outdoor pool area, and excellent location close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen included lots of appliances... coffee pot AND separate Keurig, griddle, blender, large pots and bowls, plus pans and utencils. The extra ice maker in the dining area was fantastic! Just FYI: Plan your trips upstairs and downstairs adequately because the elevators are almost always full and busy. There are only 4 so they are always moving. However, twice during our stay one elevator was closed for maintenance and the repairs did NOT take long. We were impressed by how quick it was fixed. We were definitely pleased with our stay and we will return!
