We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing balcony views and the pool area, especially for the kids, but we’re very sorry the condition of the condo did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologize for the broken dining chair and, most importantly, the broken balcony lounge chair that created a potential safety issue. We’re also sorry for the hair left in the bathroom sink and the overall cleanliness concerns, including areas behind and underneath furnishings not being thoroughly cleaned. The vacuum should certainly not have been left out in the living room upon your arrival either. We appreciate you also bringing the chipped and damaged floor tiles, improperly positioned electrical outlet, and refrigerator filter warning to our attention. We will make sure each of these items is communicated to the appropriate cleaning and maintenance teams and to the property owner so they can be evaluated and addressed. We will also review your concern regarding the listing photos and whether they accurately reflect the condo in its current condition.
