Surf Side Shores 2805 es un / 2 baños condominio de 2 dormitorios con hermosa 8ª planta Vista frontal del Golfo desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Pasa todas las noches disfrutando de la puesta de sol desde su balcón privado. Usted caerá en amor con la cocina completamente equipada y TV de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar.

La unidad cuenta con nuevo colchón de 2 caras Therapedic de espuma de memoria en los dos dormitorios - rey en el maestro y la reina en el segundo dormitorio. Las habitaciones tienen ropa de cama nueva y accesorios y de la cocina y los baños tienen nuevas encimeras de granito y gabinetes nuevos instalados. aparatos de cocina son nuevos y cocina / baños tienen nuevos accesorios.

Surf Side Shores tiene dos piscinas junto a la playa, uno de los cuales es una piscina larga temporada. También hay una zona de la parrilla a disposición de los huéspedes de Surf Side Shores. Esta propiedad es de 1 milla de la conversación, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes.

Gulf Shores getaway.

Great place to stay in Gulf shores. Only thing we didnt like was that we had to drive to a different location than the condo to get our keys to get in and that the condos only have 1 elevator for the whole building. Other than that the condo was nice and very clean. It is located in a great location near lots of restaurants and attractions. The beach was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and we had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable. This is a little thing but it is really cheap to provide just one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one trash bag for the week. This seems normal for company-run rentals but way out of the ordinary for regular VRBOs. They do warn you so we were prepared..just kind of seems cheesy.

Although you hardly see staff on site the sit stayed clean the whole time we was there. They was quick to answer any questions by phone. Great location, great views! Definitely will be going back!

Not impressed

The rooms were small. Not enough rooms for luggage. I took the paper towels off the rack and it was nasty. The garbage can had some really nasty brown stuff on it and the fosset in the master bath was gross. The roo.was really musty. The door goi g into the room was an actual key and there were only 2 so not enough for 4 adults to have one. I will not stay here again.

Condo is very small, and pull out couch is not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be replaced because if you layed down the bottom would fold up and mattress was very dated and rolled up. Condo was clean and security guard was friendly.

4th of July Vacation

Everything was great at the condo. We had some issues for maintenance and they came right out and addressed but one major thing was that the keys did not work that great. We never got locked out and I have had that happen where you are waiting outside for a while. I just think someone should address that key/lock situation. but everything else was great.

The place wasn’t too busy so there was always good parking, and it was easy to find the condo. The condo was really nice and plenty of space for all of us. The tvs had cable with a variety of shows for all of us to watch. Easy access to the beach! Have to drive to anything you wanna go to though. The balcony had lots of furniture for all of us to use and enjoy the view. The property was clean overall, as there were people mopping the floors & elevators daily. Will definitely be back next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was great. The location of the condo and the condominium itself was great. The condo we stayed in needed to be updated, as there were door frames rotted, the shower curtain was molded, the bath tub didn’t drain while you showered, and just some of the finishes (couch pillows, decor, etc.) needed to be updated since the age of them made it feel a little gross. Overall we would definitely stay here again if some of these things were addressed and fixed! The company was easy to work with and the condo was in a great location.

Only 1 key worked, replacements were hard to get into the lock. We had to go get another key, management wouldn't bring it to us. Thus cost went up as we had to pay someone for a ride. It seemed like everything in condo was broken from door handles to the lights. The master bedroom lights wouldn't turn on. They kept turning and turning. For the amount of money I paid for the week, I expected better. Other family stayed in same building and all other condos where better than this one.

Great Location, Beautiful View, General Maintenance Needed

The Good- The Management Company was excellent at communicating and key pickup was easy. Download the app for easy checkout! The oceanfront condo was in a great location and had stunning views. Elevator was fast and didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. The condo was as clean as it could get. Furniture/furnishings were a bit worn but for the price point are alright. The beds were comfy! Pool and hot tub were great. The Not So Good- The building itself has had some hurricane damage that has not been addressed. Water was leaking in the main lobby and it was obvious it has been for some time. The condo was very musty and had obvious water damage to the wood trim, door frames, cabinets, and walls. Water intrusion/damage/mold can be impactful and should be remediated. We bought some febreeze and tried to eliminate the smell. Linens are in need of a replacement, towels were threadbare and sheets were very scratchy, made worse by sunburnt skin. Eek. A/C struggled to cool consistently. We did not set too low and used the provided box fan to keep air circulating. Overall, for the money, the condo offered amazing views, location to food, and shopping. It just needs some TLC to rank top place in the area. I would use the same property management company but would select a different building in the future.
