Relajarse y disfrutar de sus vacaciones en este frente al golfo de 2 dormitorios, 2 unidad de baño. La cocina completamente equipada incluye un área de lavandería con una lavadora y secadora. Ocean House 1303 se encuentra en el 3er piso con excelentes vistas de la zona del Golfo y piscina.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial con un par de gemelos en el segundo dormitorio. El salón tiene un sofá cama doble. Relajarse y disfrutar de la vista perfecta frente a la playa desde el balcón. Ya sea por un corto fin de semana o una semana larga, nuestro condominio tiene lo que usted está buscando!

La casa del océano I está a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y mariscos del Golfo Shores Beach Pública (pero también se puede caminar justo fuera de este condominio y en la playa). Hay numerosos campos de golf en la zona con velocidades prácticas.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Si la propiedad se vuelve a reservar para las mismas fechas y tarifas, se devolverá el depósito menos la tarifa de procesamiento.

Last minute getaway

Location was great! The property isn’t too big so the beach wasn’t crowded. Room could use a few updates, but it was perfectly fine for what we needed. Would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The property itself smelled like mold. Not unbearable but it definitely took some getting use to. The dryer was broken so we were unable to do laundry. They did send someone from their maintenance department but were unable to fix it. The pool was nice and the view was great.

There was 4 of us, ladies over 70, staying in the condo. We came to Gulf Shores for the Shrimp Festival. The condo location was great, excellent view of the ocean. It’s an older condo but was very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Issues

Just wanted to let you know there is mold inside the condo. A lot in the bathroom but probably elsewhere. When we opened the door the smell hit us in the face. We had an air purifier with us that helped so much.

Great location and clean property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here as we have been to the Ocean House condos before. It is a great location and nice beaches. We were a bit disappointed by the single roll of paper towels and single roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom on a 5 day trip for a condo that sleeps 6. But otherwise a clean & nice stay. Please also note that you have to pick up keys off property, this was a bit of an inconvenience as we were already on-site when we discovered this without a car.

Made the best of our family vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location was great unfortunately the condo had mold and a soon that we entered, we could tell by the smell you could see the stains in the ceilings and our kitchen floor and bathroom bathroom floors were always wet and we would decide to rest for the night. We could tell that the couch and her bedding were moist. I don’t know if it’s the AC or poor circulation and the condo itself, but we made the best out of it .

Our Spring Trip to Gulf Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check In was a little backward, but that could have been our fault. We went to the condo and then had to backtrack to office to pick up our packet. No problem, just a short trip and back. The condo itself was actually very nice, neat to the eye, but a little dusty/sandy. A few items need to be replaced or seen to, but all in all, it was a good condo to spend a week in. We will definitely come back. Beach was beautiful, as always. The guys loved the golf course they played at, actually won 3rd place. Plan to play again next year!

Family Vacation! Mother’s Day Weekend

We drove 11 hours to get there and from the minute we arrived in Gulf Shores we were nothing but pleased! The check in process was seamless. The condo was easy to find, easy to access, and exactly like the pictures! It was beautiful, roomy, and everything we had hope for on our vacation! The view of the beach was OUTSTANDING! I loved the way you communicate with the staff by text with any questions or needs. This experience was far above my expectations! We will be back 100%! Thanks for the amazing memories! (Only downfall was having to pay $30 for paying cash only, I didn’t have cash and had to go get some from an atm wish that would have been included in the price of the rental)

Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice two bedroom two bath balcony facing the Gulf. However, there was a pungent horrible smell of mildew/mold to the condo. I did alert the management regarding this. they came into the condo without us being there and without notifying us they were coming seemed as if they may have sprayed Febreze fruit sent is what it smelled like when we got back. This lasted maybe 6 hours and the terrible smell returned. We then went out and purchased 45$ worth of Febreze arm and hammer, air fresheners etc., just so we could stay until the end of our contract. Stayed out of the condo as much as possible. They need to rip the carpet up get rid of the furniture and the curtains. I had to rewash all our clothes when we returned home. I have a picture of some Looks like mold on a bathroom closet door I cleaned off. Sorry I would not recommend any one stay here until they remove the carpet, curtains, and furniture.

Horrible experience!! Nightmare!!

Very bad experience!! Nightmare!! Men were in and out of the unit everyday, working on the unit with the door open about 3 inches wide. I was uncomfortable. One man almost caught me naked. No private time during the days. There were holes in all the walls. At 9 am the morning we were checking out at 10am sheetrocker workers started knocking on the door,wanting to get into unit to fit holes, check-out time was 10am. The advertising of the unit, stated some renovation on the BUILDING, it never disclosed that the work was being done in the unit. We could not sit on the deck of the unit from 8am to 5 pm. We rented a beachfront unit for the experience of the deck and beachfront experience. Very, very noisy with large crane and other large equipment letting uthat movement of machines are in movement.. The window washing equipment was going up and down the deck, working on the outside of the building, again men looking inside the unit. So we had men coming in and out of the unit and men outside, coming up and down the windows and doors. It made me feel invaded, front and back. No internet!! Very poor wifi!! We could only get wifi outside, remember, we could not sit outside on the deck from 8am to 5pm everyday. I complained to the rental agency. I was told I could leave by 3pm or I would be charged for another day, this was near 2pm. The screen is jumping while I am texting you. Please disregard any poor grammar or spelling.

Great vacation. Just a few inconveniences.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All things considered, we had a great vacation. The management company was awesome. Easy check-in and check-out processes. Will use them again for sure. We are a family of 6 (2 adults, 1 teen, 3 7-year-olds) and stayed 5/28 to 6/3.Pros:The location was perfect. The room has a great view and being on the third floor was convenient as you can use the elevator or stairs. Room was clean when we arrived. It was quiet for the most part. Had some partiers on the beach but that couldn't be helped. The complex was nice and the staff were great. Security patrolled the grounds regularly. Our kids loved the pool. The pool was cleaned every morning. The room was average. Suited our needs just fine.Cons:The room was dated and in need of a few upgrades. It is a keyed front door so you have to keep up with a key the whole time. The door is also hard to open and close. We had kids sleeping in the room beside the door and it was hard to open it without waking them up in the mornings to go setup on the beach. There was a smell in the room but not enough to worry about. Washer and dryer was small, especially if you have more than 2 people. We were washing clothes late into the night. The lights in the room need to be brighter. The tub drain in the master bath was really slow. I reported it when we left so maybe it got fixed. The wifi was spotty and really slow. Didn't really affect us any. We just used our data plan on our phones but if you have to work, you'll be out of luck. Bring $30 cash for parking since you have to pay onsite. Only had 1 elevator but it was pretty fast, I have to admit. It wasn't really a problem.Be aware that during our stay there was a "no canopy/tent" rule on the beach. Was told this was a Gulf Shores rule and not a complex rule due to the eroding shore but we saw other canopies down the beach. You can use umbrellas though.Like I said, not a bad stay. Will use the management company again but will find a differ

Hello! Thank you for the great review! At Gulf Shores Rentals, we strive to make sure every guest is enjoying their vacation. We are in the process of trying to convert all physical keys to codes, but there are HOA restrictions on certain buildings halting our progress. We do, however, have a lot of coded properties available for rent. We will pass along upgrade suggestions to owners. We are so happy to hear this guest enjoyed their stay with us! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, daughter (late teens), and I enjoyed the Ocean House condo and rest of what the Gulf Shores has to offer. Condo was good size, clean, and balcony provided nice place to relax right on the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed, store was walking distance, and good selection of restaurants nearby. It wasn't crazy crowded and enough room on the beach to fish and / or swim.

Had a small issue with air conditioning, but was promptly corrected. Will definitely be back!
