Mar Casa 2204 es un condominio frente al Golfo / 2 baños 2 dormitorios que cuenta con nuevas encimeras de cocina. Tanto los tocadores de baño tienen nuevas encimeras y la unidad es mosaico en todo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de huéspedes ofrece una cama de matrimonio, así como un sofá cama de matrimonio en el salón por lo que la unidad de capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente ..

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Si la propiedad se vuelve a reservar para las mismas fechas y tarifas, se devolverá el depósito menos la tarifa de procesamiento.

Perfect spot

Nice room and amenities. Easy access to beach and pool. Excellent location, short distance from restaurants and shopping. Very pleased indeed! Will stay again for sure.

Very nice condo. Second floor looking at the pool and the ocean. Little out dated something i think were trying to get fixed. King size bed is very comfortable. Water pressure was very amazing. Not far from the hangout. Security guy at night is very strict about pool hours closes at 10. My family is already looking at staying again.

This condo has a great view of the gulf. It’s conveniently located to the main area of restaurants and shopping. Only negative is with the check in and checkout process of having to stop to pick up and drop off the keys.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Can’t beat the view and location. Beach chairs set up on beach and available for use. We could not buy parking pass on arrival because we arrived early hours of morning and no one was in guard house. However, we left message on security phone line, and we were able to purchase the following day without problem. Walls need to be touched up but overall nice property.

The outside of the condo is so dirty

Family vacation

We always stay at the ocean house love the atmosphere and definitely the pool I was upset when the sliding doors did not lock since we have kids, tv wouldn’t work and there was mold in the bathroom vent hopefully they get all that fixed bc it was a nice room just needs some TLC!

The location of the condo is nice and convenient, the washer and dryer worked great.The condo itself wasn’t great. Really outdated, not clean and looked like the walls had been patched together. The pictures in the listing do NOT show any of the areas that were patched. The first day there we noticed the toilet chain had broken and wouldn’t flush. We reported it to maintenance the next day and they came and fixed it immediately. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. None of got any sleep. We ended up leaving a whole day early because of the beds alone. The baseboards were all coming off in the master bedroom, mold along the walls in the laundry room, the vent was covered in dust.

The house was nice.

Amazing Location, Condo Could Use Updates

For the price, it was a great location. The onsite pool and deck were perfect. We loved the close proximity to the beach! TV and Cable access was very nice. You can't beat the view from the main bedroom and living room. The condo itself could use some updates. The furniture is worn, the door sticks when you walk in. There are unpainted patches on the walls. Doorwalls do not lock. Patio furniture is rusted, I didn't even sit on it, I was worried to ruin my clothes.

Won’t be going back

The property was not clean and not well kept up. Trash in elevators parking lot, breezeways, etc. the condo itself is very outdated & poorly maintained. Chairs on balcony are covered in rust, multiple unfinished drywall & ceiling patches throughout, dirty dingy rugs throughout, dirty stove & oven, moldy kitchen sink, moldy shower knobs, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with a short walk to the beach and great pool. Disappointed that the fitness room is still closed due to Covid. Property is old, but comfortable. Could use a walk through of just simple general maintenance. Also, a stained ceiling from a previous water leak could be taken care of too. Overall, a nice place to stay with a good sized balcony and great view.

Quiet and family friendly. Plenty of seating in condo for comfort. Beds were fine. Quick response when contacted with questions before trip and very friendly responses.Cons: Not one to complain but a few things need addressing...Horrible lobby smell to the point you didn’t see a soul in the building except to get on and off elevator fast. Nats in condo were really bad. The nats were bothersome from the time we arrived until we left and were constantly hovering in our drinks and everywhere in condo. Never had this problem anywhere else we have stayed. The towels had a slight funny smell and felt hard and uncomfortable to use. Not a keyless entry which would have been nice and had to pick up keys at another location but was on the way and super quick.If the few things mentioned are addressed then it would make the stay pretty even better. Lovely place none the less. We would return to this location!

Couldn’t get rid of the gnats.

The condo was older than it looked in the pictures, but manageable. Good location and very close to the beach. It had a buildup of dirt by the ceiling vents, definitely needs a good scrubbing. Our biggest problem was gnats inside the condo, especially the kitchen area. Contacted the rental company who said the would have maintence right out…yeah whatever, never heard from them. Not wanting to play phone tag all week, we bought cleaning supplies to give the kitchen area a good scrubbing and hopefully cure the problem. Nope, still couldn’t get rid of the gnats. I’m sure other units in the complex are nicer and have a better management company involved. But, we won’t stay in this unit again or use the same management company. The reviews were wrong on this one.
