Nueva remodelación | Frente al Golfo con vista directa desde el balcón! El | ¡Buena ubicación!

El dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio tienen camas king size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El salón tiene un sofá cama queen. Relájese y disfrute de la imagen perfecta frente a la playa desde el balcón. Ya sea para un fin de semana corto o una semana larga, nuestro condominio tiene lo que está buscando.

Ocean House 2206 se ha pintado recientemente con muebles nuevos, lámparas nuevas, ventiladores de techo, accesorios e imágenes. Se instaló una alfombra nueva en las habitaciones hace aproximadamente un año. Todas las habitaciones tienen colchones nuevos y televisores de pantalla plana. El balcón tiene nuevos muebles de balcón de aluminio con correa blanca.

Ocean House 2 está a poca distancia a pie de restaurantes de mariscos, tiendas y la playa pública de Gulf Shores (pero también puede caminar justo afuera de este condominio y en la playa). Hay numerosos campos de golf en la zona con tarifas prácticas.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de estadía o propiedad dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la llegada resultan en la pérdida del depósito. Si la propiedad vuelve a reservar para las mismas fechas y tarifas, se reembolsará el depósito menos la tarifa de procesamiento.

We did have problems understanding how to work the tv, resolved by a phone call. It would be helpful to have the instructions laminated for an easy fix. Not happy with no shower in the street side bedroom, and that bedroom needed light blocking curtains.

My husband and our friends had the best time this trip and had plenty of room to comfortably fit us all for 4 nights. It was our friends first time but my husband, myself, and family stay at Ocean House about 95% of the time. We love it there. We always feel like we are at home.

Nice weekend

Property was as advertised. Right on beach and right over pool, if pool had been available, but hurricane Ida took care of that. That was not in our control, but all in all was a great weekend. Lovely weather and great time away from work. ,

June 2025 vacation rental

Absolutely love the location and view that Ocean House provides. Living room furniture and TV have been upgraded, which was nice. Building/unit is really starting to show its age, and could really use cosmetic touch-ups to interior walls and patio. Back bedroom mattress is in dire need of replacement. Ease of access and parking is such a plus. Pool area is kept super clean and getting down to the beach is a breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay in gulf shores. The property had fabulous views. The only complaints we had were the drains in the tubs clog when you shower and the water gets cold really fast. The floors appeared clean but when my son played with his trucks while sitting on the floor he would stand up and have a filthy shirt / shorts.

This unit IMO is the best there is. It sits on the pool and has an awesome view of the beach. Plenty of room and very well located for going up and down. Great set up on the beach. Rust and mold

There was rust on the lawn furniture and shower. Mold on the shower curtain. The beds were so uncomfortable.Not many pans to cook with. Bedding was bottom line, comforter had stains on it. Master bathroom toilet clogged a lot. The entrance to Ocean House had a horrible smell when you walked in. We will not be staying here again.

For the price we paid for 7 days my family was very disappointed in this rental....loose floor tiles, bedroom doors not shutting, doorwall not shutting completely (3/4" gap at top)...main entrance door needs weather stripping so the wind doesn't constantly whistle thru the unit, there is much more needed here but these are the main issues

I don’t usually review but felt I should comment on this one. It’s advertises new furniture & paint...true. And overall the furniture not bad but the “new mattresses “at least mine in the king room,was awful. The place was not clean. Didn’t Notice immediately just each of us finding things. Tons of sand in our tub when we arrived, filthy fans, dirty pots & pans & very old, the floor was dirty behind the garbage(that is it had pretzel crumbs & garbage still on floor) broom covered with brown hair, human???? Dirty & stained bedspread on queen bed. The condo is in a good location, 2nd floor , short trip to the beach, balcony right over pretty pool. But please update pots & pans & bAthrooms & for goodness sake hire new house cleaners!!

The people that brought their own chairs and umbrellas would have to be behind them. We had have to get our chairs and umbrellas set up before 6 every morning if we wanted in the front. Excellent view from living room and beach front bedroom!!! Very noisy neighbors above 1/2 the stay and the unit inside overall needs major updating especially the beach front bathroom black mold in the shower the upper shower wall is moldy and squishy and needs a fresh coat of paint on all walls and baseboards and update appliances!!!

Summer vacation June 2022

The only issue was the horrible smell in the lobby while waiting on the elevators all week. The smell was very very bad. They did try to hind the smell which helped some. Just thankful that it was only in the lobby and elevator that you could smell it the worst. Otherwise our whole family had a wonderful vacation. Being right on the beach was awesome and having the pool was a big hit for the grandchildren.

Great beach view!

Brought my elderly parents to the beach. The condo was 3 bedrooms. One bedroom only had a bath so other showers had to be shared. Condo was clean and decorated cute. Bedsheets/mattress pads/plastic cover had holes and would not stay on beds. Full size bed had a king size pillow that had standard pillow case on it. King size bed was very unstable. The biggest problem were the sliding doors had major issues opening and closing. The bedroom with the balcony could not be opened at all and the living room door was super hard to open and close. Our elderly parents spent the majority of their time on the balcony so it was very inconvenient. The lobby stunk the entire time with a string dirty diaper smell. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Could be an awesome condo with a little upkeep.
