Ocean House # 2901 es un condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicado en la esquina este del golfo ubicado en el piso 9 en el edificio II con vista al Golfo de México. La unidad es de aproximadamente 1300 pies cuadrados con vistas al golfo desde el tercer dormitorio y el área de estar. El condominio tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora y secadora. Hay 3 baños completos con combinación de bañera / ducha o ducha independiente. El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de baño con cama king y el dormitorio intermedio con 2 camas dobles tiene un baño adjunto con ducha de pie. El dormitorio del lado del golfo tiene una cama doble con baño al que también se accede a través de la sala de estar.
Ocean House I y II son edificios de 9 pisos con 6 unidades por piso ubicados a 1 milla al oeste de la autopista 59 en Gulf Shores. Ocean House cuenta con una gran piscina para niños de entrada al aire libre y pequeña para niños. La propiedad también cuenta con un área de parrillas que da servicio a los edificios I y II. Edad mínima requerida: 23

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. Si la propiedad se vuelve a reservar para las mismas fechas y tarifas, se devolverá el depósito menos la tarifa de procesamiento.

Este alquiler viene con nuestro 'Paquete Stay and Play'. Cada noche recibirás:

-una ronda de golf gratis para un adulto al día;

Relaxing Vacation

A few paint issues on walls, a piece of tile cracked, just little things that did not take away from a wonderful relaxing time. It was beach front and had a pool too. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Friendly

We loved the location and building! The condo had plenty of room for our large extended family with 9 of us! We enjoyed the convenience of the washer/dryer! The pool and kiddie pool were great! Our only complaint was that there was several damages inside the condo as far as holes in the drywall in several places. Overall it was nice and we would definitely come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased with our stay. The unit was nice & accommodating for our family. We noticed the comforters didn’t smell pleasant and there was sand already on the bed sheets in the primary bedroom upon our arrival. We just removed the comforter and washed the bedding. Other than that, everything else was fine. Location was great, building was quiet, staff was pleasant, overall we would recommend the unit.

Great Views

The management company was very easy to work with and responded quickly when we messaged them. The cons for us were the floors being extremely dirty when we arrived, to the extent that when we walked barefoot our feet were turning black, even though we had just arrived, and the queen mattresses in the 2 bedrooms were very worn and not comfortable at all. Some furniture and updating overall could be done, but we had a great trip, nonetheless!

All other beds were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen had very minimal everything. Blender & toaster did not work. Ocean House 2901

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Ocean House 5 times now. We love the location and the less crowded beach. This was our first time in 2901. I wish the door had a number lock on it as we had 4 people staying and needed an extra key at times. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. It is too big for the area and not comfortable. One of the legs on the dining chairs is broke. Overall, I would probably stay again if our usual room is taken.

Gulf Shores stay at Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. Only thing I would say negative is I was told no umbrellas allowed and that I would have to rent. Ok. Fine. So I rent 2 umbrellas with chairs only to find that a couple of days my view was umbrellas that were set up in front of us. This should not be allowed. If I had known that I would have brought my canopy and not paid the high price to rent.

We were disappointed that the master bedroom wasn’t facing the beach rather than facing the road even tho there was water in that side as well. It just wasn’t the same. Maybe switch the beds (make the king bed in the room with the beach view ??? Complaint- elevator sucked - wouldn’t work properly most of the time. Also looked to have a leak in LR ceiling

It wasn’t a long walk from the pool to the beach so we could go back and forth easily.I wished they had a fence around the baby pool because my grandson would get out and run toward the big pool.The condo needs more bowls and pots and pans! The blender did not work! The furniture wasn’t real comfortable and only accommodated six people. The kitchen table only sets four people and then there’s two bar stools . We had ten people which is what it says it accommodates. But we made due and would probably use the place again!

Run Away!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years, and this condo was beyond disappointing. The condo was in disrepair. There was mold on the ceilings, drapery, and lampshades. The trim was in desperate need of re-painting, and the furniture was filthy. This condo was priced about the same as other places we have stayed, and I didn't expect such horrible conditions from the photos. I would never stay here, or at any other property managed by this company, ever again!

Family vacation

Appliances outdated, kitchen pots and pans and cutlery old. Coffee maker old and didn’t work well. Sheets didn’t fit on the bed, kept coming off around the edges. Couch very uncomfortable snd cushions kept sliding off . Stackable washer and dryer hard to get to with no lighting in this closet . Table too small for more than 4’people . Mattresses need to be updated , very worn. Other than that location was great but one elevator for 9 floors was terrible. Also, the carts were never available so we had to carry all our things down by hand.

All the truths

The good: This place was great. Located right on the beach, very clean. Corner unit so extra space and a front and back balcony for all the views. The pool area was clean and security was always present but not overbearing, even in the parking lot. The living space was open and allowed for all of us to be in the area at one time, while the rooms were big and each one with a bathroom, so we all could have our own space as well. The elevator was quick and not rickety. There’s a coffee/convenience store within walking distance, as well as other food and souvenir shops. Driving to “town” to get to Walmart or other stores is easy to navigate both directions. They offer a “stay and play” that gets you discounts to local things. The bad: The bed mattresses need replaced, they were very worn and thin, but this place probably sees a lot of guests, so probably as expected. The pots/pans need replaced. Even with cooking spray, the pans have lost their stick-free capability. There are no “rainy day” activities in this condo, bring your own. Over-all would rate a 9/10, and would 100% go back.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My vacation was awesome because I spent it with friends and family, but the rental was not the best. I did not like that we had to drive to a second location to pick up a key to check in and then were only provided 2 keys when we had a party of 6 with us. The unit had actual keys and not key pads. We did have a few issues with the condo but I texted them and they sent maintenance over immediately and remedied the problem. The staff at the actual resort was rude and hateful to not just our large group of people but to others as well. I will not stay at Ocean House again because of how the staff acted.

2023 Family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From booking to getting to the condo was a breeze. We will definitely use Gulf Shores rentals again. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We used the balcony a lot, the view was great. Being right on the beach was amazing! The only downside I found was that people from across the road came over to the beach at night after quiet time, around midnight and were being pretty loud. We had a hard time sleeping a couple of nights. Other than that it was a good time.
