Everything was fantastic very clean and welcoming. When arrived late at night the AC was turned on along with lights a simple touch but very nice. Another bonus is they don’t empty the drawers of everything. There are some basic items ziplocks/cling wrap/olive oil etc….. I know you can’t rely on what’s there but it’s nice to know somethings might be there.

Amazing

Our entire family very much enjoyed our stay at this place. Our ground floor unit was perfect for our family of 4 as it made it easier to access the pool and other amenities.Kamolee beach II is right across the street and steps away from this unit. Anytime we had questions or concerns, the ‘property manager and his team’ was right on it right away.. we loved our stay here and look forward to our next years stay. -Julie and family

This unit was one of our favorites at this property. All kitchen items were more than perfect. Furniture is a bit shed but comfortable. Perfect location and size of unit for two!

Our 5th stay at Kamamole Sands starting in 1986. The unit was great and had everything we needed Suggest that they replace the vacuum as it didn’t really work that well Also one of the chairs in the patio made a cracking sound, not sure if was the weld underneath but may want to consider replacing them to avoid someone getting hurt

Reviewer Comments: From our first contact with Matt we felt comfortable in the fact that he was going to look after our needs.We organized a multi-family vacation and being on the ground floor when you have four grandchildren under 6 years of age was a must. Close proximity to the pool, the barbecue pit and a short walk to Kamaole Beach III made for a very relaxed vacation experience. There was also a large grass area right outside our patio doors which gave the grandchildren a place to run around.PMI Maui makes sure that all of their units have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, etc in the unit which made it very easy to enjoy our beach and pool time.The unit itself was very comfortable. We loved the large size and the factor that it has two bathrooms was very handy.

Maui Kamaole Sands Dream Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sandsl. The property was clean and well equiped. The land and location was maintained on a daily basis and the pictures reflect what you will see. The property manager was quick to reply to all questions. The property is directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III. A few steps and you are enjoying the sand and beach. You are within a ten minute walk to some shaved ice and local eateries. This location is driving distance to all key areas to visit whether other local beaches, stores, hiking, snorkelling. In the final days of our trip, the terrible news of the fires broke out, but once Maui has recovered, I recommend this beautiful island to all that would like to visit along with Kamaole Sands. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth stay at Kamaole Sands over a twenty year period. The location is convenient for the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. The units we have stayed in have all had a Hawaiian theme in their decor, and have all had most of the things we would need to live comfortably.The original design of this resort, features a large, beautifully landscaped area in the middle, with a spectacular array of native trees, shrubs and plants. The daily meticulous maintenance of this area is impressive. The barbecue areas provide an opportunity to meet other guests, as does the elegant pool.

Great spot

This was my first trip to Hawaii and this spot helped make it great. Very clean and had everything you need. I will definitely be back to Maui will stay here again.

There is no storage for clothes, etc if your bedroom is the sofa sleeper. Beach toys should be stored in the Lani closet rather than the hall closet. Needed additional hangers. PROS: Great parking. Easy access to pool. Liked being on ground floor. PMI responded right away to needs or problems. Great beach toys and equipment.

We always enjoy Three's, the Tiki Bar with their live music, and Cafe O'lei. We've rented through PMI a few times and are more than satisfied with Matt's service and professionalism. During our stay this Feb. the fridge stopped working. Matt had a new fridge delivered and installed within hours!! We are very pleased with PMI.I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great get away spot!

We stayed at condo through Vrbo for the first time and it was great and the property was as clean and well taken care of. The property management was thorough and instruction to check in/out was easy to follow. We will definitely come baxk!

Would stay again

Great location, nice pool and gym, close to beach and restaurants. Being on the ground floor was very convenient with small kids -no fear that they’d fall off the lanai, felt like a big backyard for them. Very well stocked, impressed with kitchen and beach stuff. The pull out bed is a typical sofa bed and would not have been comfortable for the adults for the whole week but was just fine for the kids. Would definitely stay again.
