Great Location.

Great little place to stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and the location is close to shopping, and grocery's.The Meadows is nicely manicured and a very quiet subdivision. I would recommend.

Month long trip to Florida

Host was wonderful, location was exactly as listed. Booked immediately for next year already. Quite location, walking daily, or bike and so much fun events in the community every week. Close to amazing beaches, we can’t wait until next year. Thanks Sylvia.

Adorable one bedroom condo

This updated condo has everything you could need in a home away from home. It is very quite and conveniently located to Shopping, dining and the main highway. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Excellent location and very nice unit

The Neighborhood is very nice and quiet yet close to everything Sarasota . The unit was very clean with lots s of kitchen pots and utensils. . Silvia was very easy to communicate with and an excellent host.

Transitional residence

My circumstance differed from normal seasonal rental. I sold a Sarasota condo at Phillippi Creek Landings and needed a dwelling until I decided on various options (Re-buy in Sarasota, or out of state, etc.) The Meadows neighborhood is a wonderful location. Quiet, extensive walking and biking trails, golf course and centrally located to numerous restaurants and attractions. I recommend 4869 Winslow Beacon for individual or couple rentals. The unit is well equipped with kitchen amenities. Internet is provided with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Cute Condo!

Place was newly updated, very nice decor, great kitchen with everything you would need. Nice neighborhood and great location, close to shopping & restaurants. Silvia, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. I was attending Medical Sales College for 12 weeks and this was the perfect place!

I would say 4 1/2 stars.

We really liked the place. Clean and bright. The pool was very nice and took advantage of that. The location in the Meadows is very charming with plenty of bike and walking paths. There is also a quaint little shopping area with a couple restaurants and a bar. It is only three miles from downtown Sarasota and various stores, a large shopping mall and grocery stores within a mile in any direction. If you like golf, plenty of courses to choose from within 10 miles. Also very easy to get to various beaches. Very clean and cozy with new appliances. Very nice for a couple or a couple with a small child. Definitely would recommend the property. Just one minor issue. I should have asked about the tv’s. They are nice flat screens but were not HD and did not have many channels. As I said minor. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you, Silvia.

We loved being in The Meadows, but are renting in a different more affordable community next winter

The condo looks lovely on line. Unfortunately it was a little too small for the the price. We would have liked better cable options and high def TV. The owners responded quickly to an issue with the bathroom drains, but by the time we left they were clogged again. We thought it was too dark for our liking. We loved being in the meadows, but decided on another area to rent next winter. A lot more room and much lower price. We also like to grill, and can do that next season . The neighbors in Winslow Beacon were very friendly.

Pleasant and Peaceful stay

The home was what I expect and more. It was adequately furnished and dpacious enough. Every ammenities listed were available for use. At my arrival the property was clean, which I am a stickler for. The Realtor was availbe to resolve any issue promptly and I only encountered minor easy to solve issues during my long stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful which added to the pleasantness of my stay. I highly recommend anyone intrested to give it a shot.

1st time snow birds

Totally remodeled condo, new kitchen, bath, flooring, new appliances. The Meadows is outside of the busy Sarasota city area, lots of trails to walk and very quiet. Lots of golf courses around and about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. Had one little problem when we arrived and the owner came right over to fix. Was told on our 1st day there that it was already rented for next year (2016), a little disappointed that we did not have a chance to rent again next year.
