Un lujoso piso de lujo reformado, con orientación sur, en un hermoso complejo en una calle tranquila a las afueras del casco antiguo de Puerto del Carmen. Preciosos jardines y una piscina fantástica. A un tiro de piedra del centro comercial Bio-Sphera, de todos los restaurantes y restaurantes ya solo 500 m (6 minutos a pie) de la playa. Este apartamento súper limpio tiene todo: aire acondicionado, una cocina de tamaño completo, bien equipada, una piscina encantadora y grande, estacionamiento gratuito, un entorno familiar y tranquilo, pero aún a mano de los clubes y bares de Carmen.
Hay una cama queen en el amplio dormitorio y el sofá en el salón hace una cama doble. Este piso es ideal para una pareja o una familia con 1 o máximo 2 niños más pequeños. ¡Estaciones de televisión en inglés, televisión inteligente con capacidades de Internet y Wifi súper rápido, privado y confiable!

My husband and I had a great holiday in this apartment. It was just perfect. All the mod cons and great air con! The pool area was lovely and the location was very central.

Loved this apartment,very clean and comfortable,one of the most equipped properties we’ve ever stayed.Had everything we needed.Lovely complex with a lovely friendly vibe. Excellent apartment

There is everything you need in the apartment for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, very comfortable bed and large living room space. The host is very good. She is very accommodating and accessible and will do anything to make your comfortable.

Lovely apartment but....

Very Very noisy at at night due to swimming pool being maintained. Followed Liz suggestion and took ear plugs! They didn’t help. The pool was then closed, without warning, on 1st April and didn’t reopen till 9th April, the day before we came home. Very disappointing.

I’m sorry about the pool renovations during your stay. But I did warn you about it on the very same day I was notified about it. The message is right there as proof. The complex has very high standards and that is why it’s such a lovely place to stay. Which it must have been for you up to that point since you inquired about reserving it for the same time in 2020. But high standards require maintenance and that includes redoing the pool every several years. Regrettably it’s impossible to make it at a time that is convenient for everyone.

Our first trip to Lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better apartment. Spotless clean and everything you need / want in a holiday home. The apartment is finished to a high standard with beautiful kitchen and bathroom with brand new kitchen units and a large walk in shower. The kitchen has every utensil you need for home cooking and the washing machine comes in very handy. The bedroom has mirror fitted wardobes with loads of space and hangers and also a safe. All uk tv stations are available and also Netflix. Very comfortable double bed . Aircon was a godsend in the Lanzarote heat. Ground floor apartment which was also a bonus as you are only about 10 steps to the swimming pool. Liz the owner was always easy and quick to contact with any questions. Overall a perfect apartment for a relaxing holiday Would definitely book this apartment again.

Lovely apartment with a great pool

This was a lovely apparentment which was ideal for myself and my partner. We had a wonderful time and the apartment was cleaned half way through our 2 week stay. It is really easy to get to from the airport and it is in a great location. There are a range of shops close by including a shopping center a couple minutes walk away. It was very easy to walk to the front where all the restaurants are and we always felt safe. The apartment was ideal and was exactly as expected from the photos. I had read that people struggles to get a sunbed which we did not have an issue during our first week but we did during the second. Liz has 2 sun loungers that can be used around the pool stored in the apartment. This is a family complex so if you are not a fan of children this is not the place for you. Everyone was very friendly and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely book again.

The complex has families with children pretty much only during the summer school holidays. July and August. Outside of this time they are very few and not frequent.

A lovely little property, close enough to town and the beach that they're only a short walk away, three good supermarkets within two minutes walk. Quiet and peaceful, just the way we like it.

Peaceful location, great for a rest

Second time here, will probably come back again. Apartment has everything we needed, and it's in a nice quiet complex. Close enough to the town and seafront that it's a nice walk, far enough away to be peaceful. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but if you're eating in there are three supermarkets - including a Lidl - within a few minutes walk.

Lovely clean apartment in a good location

Despite the challenges around the COVID-19 outbreak we had a good break here. Apartment is immaculately clean and well presented and has everything you need and more. Great location in a small gated community, with three supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Would love to talk about restaurants but they were all closed by the government shortly after we arrived. Reception were very helpful in helping us get transfers sorted in challenging circumstances and Liz, the property owner is friendly and communicative. Would love to go back there soon. Highly recommended.

Peaceful location

This apartment is situated in a peaceful complex. It is nicely furnished and well equipped. The location is very close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Bus stops are very close enabling easy access to other parts of Lanzarote. The owner is easy to communicate with and is quick to resolve any problems.

Excellent apartment in a lovely complex located in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen.

This ground floor apartment has been very nicely modernised. The complex is clean and quiet and handily located to the old and new towns however the roads to both are very steep if you have walking difficulties. The apartment is very clean and equipped with sufficient kitchen kit to eat at home if you choose to do so and Spar, Hiperdino and Lidl supermarkets are close by. The bed was comfortable and the air con very efficient when needed. The only downside is that the pumps / filters for the pool seem to be located directly beneath the bedroom, and as I am a light sleeper the noise disturbed me, however my partner didn’t really notice it. I would have given this apartment 5 stars had it not been for the noisy pumps below.

Lovely apartment

Apartment was clean and well presented for our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils you might need to make meals when staying in. Air conditioning was great to have, not always available in all apartments. Can tell a lot of thought has been put into the apartment, it has been renovated to a high standard. Great to have the extra touches you don't get with a standard rental apartment. Shower was good with good water pressure. Apartment felt safe and secure. Security safe provided in room at no extra cost. Location was great with the shops, restaurants and beach a short walk away, but far enough that the apartments were peaceful at night. Pools were cleaned daily and were a nice temperature. Safety fencing around the pools was good with having a young child with us. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment, only 2 negative points, but would still give 5 stars overall. We noticed the kettle was leaking the morning after we first arrived and informed the owner the following day when we realised that it was leaking on the electrical contacts on the base so made it unsafe to use. Owner was quick to respond, thanked us for letting her know and said she would get a replacement when she got back. As this was a Sunday we thought perhaps it might be replaced at some point during the week. We were there for 12 nights and it wasn't replaced. I understand it's not exactly an emergency to replace it immediately, but it was a bit of a pain boiling a pan of water for every cup of tea or coffee. The information folder in the apartment stated that the bed sheets and towels would be changed halfway through the stay for stays of over 10 nights or more. We stayed 12 nights and they did not get changed. We had washed the towels ourselves by this point, although there wouldn't have been space to hang the bed sheets out so couldn't wash them. We didn't bother contacting the owner as we had already messaged about the kettle which didn't get resolved and just wanted to get on with enjoying our holiday. I would imagine this service might have been provided by a housekeeping company which probably hadn't been informed we were staying over 10 nights.

Beautiful apartment and much larger than expectecd. Excellent kitchen fully equipped, large double bedroom and bathroom. Shower very good. Lots of towels and all very clean throughout. Will definitely stay again.

Posizione del residence ottima, in due passi si raggiunge il lungomare, sia la parte vecchia con il porticciolo che la nuova, piena di negozi. La piscina è veramente bella, grande e riscaldata. L appartamento di Liz è molto confortevole, tutto l ‘ arredamento è nuovo e completissimo ( lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, forno elettrico,tostapane, bollitore, asciugacapelli, tv ...) non manca davvero nulla, è una casa perfetta . Unico aspetto negativo della vacanza è che è stata troppo breve : stiamo già pianificando di tornare per almeno tre settimane!

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment

The apartment is in a central location in PDC and has all mod cons including lots of cupboard space in the bedroom and bathroom. There is everything you need in the kitchen although we usually only had breakfast at "home". The bed is also very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a water pump which comes on at night and is rather disturbing. Most of the other residents in the complex seemed to spend all day by the pool and put their towels on their selected lounger as early as 7am, so if you want to use one in front of the apartment, take note! We rented a car but if you don't want to, there is a bus stop two minutes walk away which will take you to Arrecife, the airport and beyond, and it's easy to walk down to the sea and harbour for wonderful walks and countless bars and restaurants. There is also a SPAR right opposite the complex.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Spacious,bright well equipped kitchen,large shower with oodles of hot water and great to have a double bed compared to the usual two singles that you normally get in these apartments. The only downside was the noise from the pool at night time very irritating and difficult to get to sleep.The last night of our stay there was no noise for some reason and it was heaven.Overall had a lovely stay and if that pool issue could be sorted would have been 5 stars

The noise is the pool heater pump so nothing can be done about that. But if you jusr turn on the fan in the bedroom you can’t hear it at all as its not loud at all. In the guide book it mentions this.
