A Belle con una vista - de lujo de cuatro dormitorios + Loft en el casco con bañera de hidromasaje

Permanecer en nuestro prístino, recién renovado de lujo 2800 pies cuadrados casa en una encantadora zona residencial en la soleada zona este de Crested Butte. Se puede ir andando, en bicicleta o en coche a todos los restaurantes, tiendas y otros servicios que esta histórica ciudad de esquí tiene para ofrecer. Un servicio de autobús gratuito está muy cerca que le llevará a la base de la montaña o se puede acceder a más de 50 km de senderos nórdicos y raquetas de nieve. Senderos para bicicletas y senderismo son ilimitadas minutos de la casa. Rainbow Park está a dos manzanas corto a pie.

La casa está configurado de la siguiente manera:

Hay cuatro habitaciones y un altillo / oficina con un sofá cama doble. Todas tienen mobiliario nuevo, colchones, ropa de cama, etc. (8-10 1 King, 3 reinas y sofá cama).

En la planta baja está el dormitorio principal y 1 dormitorio de invitados con amplios cuartos de baño. Baño principal incluye bañera de hidromasaje y ducha de vapor. También la planta baja es una utilidad / cuartito de la entrada con taquillas individuales y una zona de lavandería con Bosch lavadora de carga frontal y secadora.

En el segundo piso está la sala de estar principal espectacular con una vista magnífica y un concepto abierto gran cocina moderna, comedor, salas de estar, así como una sala de despensa y polvo. La cocina gourmet está equipada con electrodomésticos Viking, utensilios de cocina de alta final, etc. El comedor tiene capacidad para ocho y la barra del área de cuatro. El salón cuenta con una chimenea de gas, asientos cómodos y un nuevo Samsung Smart TV con sistema de sonido Sonos. Las enormes ventanas ofrecen vistas a la montaña desde cada habitación.

Otros dos dormitorios de invitados, una gran maestra de secundaria, se encuentran en el segundo piso, con un gran cuarto de baño compartido. Varios patios, uno con una parrilla de gas, están fuera de los dormitorios y sala de estar.

Un espacioso loft se configura como una oficina en casa completa con un escritorio y escáner / impresora para aquellos que quieran trabajar en las montañas. Internet de alta velocidad y WIFI incluido. Un sofá cama, sillón y mesa de café completan esta oficina / estudio o sala de juegos para los niños.

La casa se ubica en 3 lotes con una hermosa niños y mascotas patio cercado y garaje anexo.

Family ski vacation

Could not have been a more perfect place for 3 generation family .. Home had everything we needed and walking distance to town and grocery store was an added bonus . Host was very attentive and property manager was 2 steps ahead with snow removal and any questions that arose ..

This truly was the most amazing VRBO ever. It is even prettier than it shows in pictures and is in a great location. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed…and more! We will definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Crested Butte!

Comfortable Home

My family loves coming to Crested Butte and staying in this home. It has high quality finishes and the kitchen is well equipped if you plan on cooking some of your meals. The location is about a 6-7 minute drive to the base area and a 5 minute walk to Elk Avenue restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Home!!

Loved Crested Butte (first time)...house was awesome...perfectly appointed and great for our family. Kids toys for my grandson was wonderful! Kitchen was well stocked with “all the stuff”! We would definitely come back! Great location...2 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the slope. Thank you Deborah!!

Christmas in Crested Butte

Our family of 6 adults met in Crested Butte for Christmas. Three skiers and 3 cross country skier novices, we found the opportunities wonderful for all skill levels. The Nordic Center was very helpful. After playing outside it was wonderful to have such a luxurious and spacious house to share. The kitchen was well stocked and we had a special Christmas dinner. The walkable location to town was perfect. A great vacation!

This stunning home in Crested Butte was perfect for our Spring Break vacation!

The home is conveniently located minutes from town and a short shuttle ride from the mountain. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are comfortable! The large kitchen and family room are perfect for entertaining or just curling up by the fire. Beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony off the family room! Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom is huge! Complete with a walk in closet and French doors that go out to a back patio. Great closets and storage areas for luggage, skis, etc. Nice hot tub located on a patio off the laundry room. Large towels for the hot tub were located just inside the door. This home has a great layout that is perfect for couples, a large family, or a group! The master and another bedroom (also with in-suite bath) are located on the main floor and two more bedrooms along with the kitchen/family room are located on the next floor. There is a loft area on the third floor that has a sleeper sofa. This area is perfect for kids, but also makes for a great quiet place to read or work! I highly recommend this beautiful property in Crested Butte!

Our best experience yet!

We have rented 4 houses in Crested Butte over the last several years, and we love this one the best. Here are the reasons: 1. Location - we love being near town, we can walk to get coffee or groceries or dinner, roads are always well maintained 2. Beds are so comfortable and two bedrooms have en suite 3. Hot tub works great and has a view of the mountain - I cannot possibly explain how relaxing this is 4. The kitchen is so well appointed. We cooked A Lot and we had every utensil, pot, pan and baking ware we needed. The appliances are Viking and work great. The open floor plan is great for cooking and being a part of family time. 5. There is a 3rd floor loft good for getting away or kids playing. 6. The showers and hot water are awesome. The master has a steam shower which is great after being out in the cold. 7. The entry/laundry room has hooks and lockers for ease of taking off and hanging or washing all your gear. 8. The decor is gorgeous. It doesn’t feel like a rental. It feels like a home designed for the comfort of the owner and we appreciated it. We can’t wait to rent this house again!!!

Soaking in the beauty

We had an amazing stay at Deborah's home. The home is well spaced with room to separate and have quiet time as well as room to be together as a group. They have also left many condiments, sauces, food, and drinks in the refrigerator for ongoing use, and have plates and cups for kids. We had a blast here and Deborah made sure we were settled in and taken care of.

Great House

The house is beautiful and the owner was responsive to a few minor blips. For example, I told Deborah that the remote control to the fireplace did not work. She immediately sent the maintenance man to fix it. The kitchen is very well appointed. The hot tub was perfect. The gas grill on the patio was clean and the propane tank was full. My wife and I stayed at the house for 5 nights with 3 other couples and we would stay here again.

Great house, great location, great town

Perfect home for an extended ski vacation. Four great bedrooms (two with en-suite baths), a fantastic kitchen and great room, a roomy loft, lots of decks and a hot tub. And the location is superb: on the quiet eastern side of town, near the cross-country trails and still an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on Elk Avenue. In a word, perfect place to call home for a while.

Well appointed and super cozy.

If you want an upscale kitchen, family friendly living space, easy access and all the amenities you could ask for, this is the place. Above all, the owner and caretakers were more then helpful in all aspects. I could not have dreamed this would be so nice for a ski vacation with my family. Thank you Deborah, Ken and Christine.

A perfect home for our Crested Butte vacation!

This home was the perfect place for our family during our spring break ski trip! This was the second time we have stayed in this property and we already can't wait to return. It's close to town, so restaurants and shops are all easily accessible, and it's a short drive to the Crested Butte mountain. The house itself is impeccably clean and very well maintained. Plus, it's also kid-friendly, as we brought our two young daughters with us. We used the hot tub every day, which also was a major plus. The owner of the house is so friendly and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay in A Belle With a View again!

My husband and I are grateful to have this spot of paradise in Crested Butte. We spend most summers here enjoying hiking, golf and all the amenities the town has to offer. Our home is not your typical rental as it's furnished as our home and not a rental. We love having our grandchildren visit with so many parks within walking/scooter distance. And, of course the rec path is a daily ritual for us.

I purchased and renovated this house with both family and visitors in mind. We love Colorado, and Crested Butte in particular, and have made many trips to the area. With this spacious and beautiful home, we (and our visitors) will have a comfortable place to relax while enjoying all the amenities Crested Butte has to offer.
