Another great visit to Santa Cruz

This was our family’s second stay at this home. First class property in a wonderful location. For this trip, we rented the 3rd floor and also the penthouse which includes a great roof top terrace. We spent hours sitting around a table visiting, playing cards and enjoying the views. Definitely hope to be back next year!

Beautiful getaway!

The Seacrest vacation home is beautiful. Walking distance from the beach, wharf, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The home itself is perfect for friend groups, especially since four bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with great space for cooking, gathering together over food etc. My friends and I would definitely book again, as we had a wonderful weekend at Seacrest.

Great place and a great location

I rented the Sea Crest Villa for our family to stay to attend a wedding. The spacious of the villa was very nice and comfortable. Each room with its own bathroom made it easy for everyone to get ready each day. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchen accessories. The location is fabulous, one block walk to the Santa Cruz pier/boardwalk with restaurants, etc. and to West Cliff Drive for a nice leisure walk/bicycling following the coast line. I would definitely stay here again.

Best place for big group in Santa Cruz!

We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up.

Perfect place for Ironman race weekend!

Location close to the pier and beach so we rarely had to move the car(s) during our stay here. HUGE kitchen and family room area which is perfect for making our meals and hanging out/watching TV/playing cards. The upper level deck was used nearly constantly which faces the pier. Trader Joe's for groceries and restaurants all close by. Already reserved for next year's race weekend we loved it so much. Best place we have found so far and this is the 5th year we have done this race. Also appreciate having 4 bedrooms AND 4 bathrooms allowing our group of 9 to have their own space.

Christmas by the sea

We spent our 3rd Christmas in Santa Cruz, and the villa was a wonderful place to stay. Large enough for all 8 of us in the kitchen, living room and dining room. The view of the pier and waterfront was wonderful. Amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Be aware, there are two flights of stairs to the 3rd floor villa, but gave us an opportunity to work off the calories. The elevator serves as a large "dumb waiter" so luggage and grocieries don't have to take the stairs. We were able to purchase extra parking at the Cowell Surf Shop, which was very convenient!

Great house & perfect location!

The house was spacious, clean and great for our group of friends. You can walk to the boardwalk in minutes and also walking distance from the Santa Cruz Warriors arena. We would absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Santa Cruz!

Large ocean view with huge kitchen and open spaces to accommodate our group of 9. Places for games u

We felt like we might be too noisy for people below, however, they said they thought they were being too loud for us . Perhaps if felt was applied to bottom of chair legs they wouldn’t make as much noise as they do. More protected parking spaces would have made our stay much easier. We had a great stay. Would have loved to see what the other apartments looked like.

Great place for family stay.

We enjoyed our trip. Location was great. But we weren’t thrilled about the hidden chore list. The large cleaning fee should take care of “stripping all beds, starting laundry, removing trash, run dishwasher…”. It’s a vacation after all.

This property is the perfect location for a Santa Cruz visit. Water views, walking distance to the Boardwalk, Pier, and countless restaurants and shops! We had an AWESOME TIME!

Spacious, great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The space was just as listed. It had lots of different sleeping options, as we met up with a second family and they were nine of us total(four adults, five children). It did not feel crowded at all. did a really nice dinner table that could fit us all. They also had a bunch of games that the kids could play, like Junior Scrabble and Uno. The best part about it was its proximity to the beach. It was across the street from the wharf and the beach and slightly down the street from the boardwalk. The only thing is, I didn’t realize the boardwalk was only open Thursday through Sunday, so unfortunately we missed it due to the timing of our trip. However, there was an arcade that was open daily that the kids really enjoyed. We had an issue with the elevator while checking out, and the property manager had someone there and took care of within 10 minutes.

Prayer Group Getaway

A fantastic location, wonderful lodging and the best long-time friends make for a great getaway! Add to that a wide variety of terrific places to eat and fun things to do and you’ve got your icing on the cake! Derek and Alex were friendly, helpful and available. So easy to work with and quick to respond to any of our needs or questions. The elevator is a little tricky so be sure to view the video! Very helpful! We had such a good time and would love to come back!

A spacious home in a great location if you are an active family

Grandparents, adult parents and 4 teenage grandkids. We had a great time for 5 days. Great gathering spot for our family. Across the street from the beach, the grandkids loved that. Across the street from the Pier, boardwalk and the bike/ walk trail to the lighthouse. Will return for sure. Thanks

Fabulous stay

Our visit to Sea Crest Villa was wonderful. Prior to arrival we received clear and complete instructions, also had a few questions for the property which were responded to nearly immediately. We had a few questions upon arrival (our figuring things out - such as how to start the BBQ, but no problems with the unit) and it was almost like we were on speed dial with an instantaneous response that solved the issues. The unit was super clean, incredibly spacious, very comfortable with a pleasant view and really enjoyable. The prior reviews mention how well stocked the unit is which is still a bit of an understatement. We were still finding useful items up till our last night. Lots and lots of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, supplies, appliances, etc (even a coffee bean grinder). The property is well located near a number of very different activities with really easy access to 1 north or south and great beaches nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Great experience!

This property is very close to everything you need in Santa Cruz. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and the house in general is perfect for groups. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and helpful when answering questions. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Awesome place for family

Overall was just wonderful. Walking distance to pier and boardwalk, beaches and numerous restaurants. Enormous kitchen with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms fir kids and adults. ❤️❤️❤️

Good times near the beach

We came to Santa Cruz over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time near the beach. Since the house was so near the beach we were able to enjoy the day without fighting for parking spaces. The view was nice from the Seacrest unit. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. Easy walk to downtown also. There were a few broken items but overall it was a very nice place to stay. Internet connection was not very good though so beware if you need that for any reason.

Terrific family place

The host Derek, and his assistant Alex, made our stay delightful and easy. They were extremely quick to answer our questions and to satisfy our requests. As a three generation family, we absolutely loved the big open space in the common areas. We will certainly stay here again!

The location of this villa is superb! My family came for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our time very much. The property is large, fully equipped with everything one would ever need, and very clean. It's steps from the beach, the boardwalk, and the pier. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and wonderful to engage with. I highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back here!

An amazing stay!

I highly recommend this place! Not only is it perfect for big groups, it’s right off the pier, very clean and spacious, and it gives you those comfortable homey vibes with the large kitchen, living, and dining areas. We were sad to check out and definitely look forward to booking again!

Most beautiful property

We had the Villa on the third floor and rooftop suite. The place is absolutely gorgeous and right across from the beach. We will definitely be back.

We designed this property and built it from the ground up in our favorite spot in Santa Cruz. Construction completed in October 2014. We used the finest building materials, and borrowed ideas on amenities from resorts we have visited around the world. There really isn't a better location to experience all the fun of Santa Cruz. The location puts in you a spot where you never have to get in your car to enjoy all that Santa Cruz has to offer. You could stay a month and not hit every restaurant in walking distance.

From the moment you drive up, you'll notice the arched toped hand hewn wooden doors, and when you step into your unit, you will find old world hand chiseled travertine stone floors through out. Enjoy your favorite drink from the bar in the kitchen, while watching the waves break on Cowells Beach. Dozen of restaurants are just outside your door, or if you like to cook, the Viking Range is professional quality. If you are travelling with Friends, you'll enjoy having two master suites, each with a kind size bed. We designed this property for our own enjoyment, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
