Esta hermosa casa de estilo casa de campo cuenta con una gran cocina gourmet con mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hornos de doble, pisos de madera, techos abovedados, registro acentos y un garaje con calefacción. Con una gran sala espaciosa para reunir, 3 master suites, una habitación doble con literas para los niños, y un altillo, encontrará espacio para toda la familia para relajarse y alejarse de todo. La suite principal en la planta baja tiene una cama king, una ducha con azulejos, una chimenea de gas y TV / DVD. El segundo dormitorio de abajo tiene 2 juegos de literas con un baño en el pasillo. The home is very spacious and allowed for plenty of room for our party of 8. There were some maintenance issues which we passed along to the management company (unclean carpet, bike repair needs, mattress issues), however the kitchen and baths were well stocked and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We were a group of 10 - ranging from 1.5 to 70 years old. This home was spacious, comfortable, well stocked and conveniently located. For our extended family vacations, this was the best house we've ever tented. We loved that 3 of the rooms were ensuites, the bedrooms were spaced well so napping children were not bothered by older kids. The enormous dining table that sits 12 was amazing so we could all sit down together at the same time for meals. The management company was quick to respond and went above and beyond to accommodate our questions and requests. We would absolutely recommend this home and will look to book again for future Sunriver trips!

Perfect Sun River rental

Big, well appointed house with two master suites. Loved the configuration of the home with one huge great room. Ideal location…easy bike rides to/from the village and marina. Also comes with easy to ride bikes in better condition than your average rental. Only minor gripe I had was a check in time at 5 (very late) and check out at 10 (who wants to be out that early!).

Clean, spacious, well furnished, extremely well-equipped kitchen (complete with turkey roaster for Thanksgiving). Each bedroom had its own bath which was terrific. We enjoyed the fact that we could all be together even if some of us were cooking, some playing games at the table (for 12) and some watching football. Seven of us agreed that it was the best house we've ever rented. We had no problems, the house was in a convenient location and after 16 inches of snow, someone came and plowed our driveway!

You can really unwind here!!!

Our new favorite spot to stay in Sun River!!! Such a beautiful setting and space, with easy bike access to the Village/Nature Preserve but tucked away in a quiet culdesac that feels both residential and remote. Plenty of room for our two families, as the house has a good design with multiple hang zones. It featured the most well stocked kitchen (in terms of appliances, bowels, Tupperware) I have encountered with a rental. Jacuzzi and bathrooms were all fantastic, as was the large garage with well-working bikes and ping-pong. The only knock I would give is the fact that there were no 2023 SHARC passes despite it listing that it came with 10 in the description (it states 2022 passes in the fine print). Despite that minor annoyance, we can’t wait to return and make this our go-to spot for our annual Sun River visit.

Beautiful home. We loved the Great Room. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. There was even a cute little family of deer that roamed around the house (Mama and two babies). We would rent this house again. The only thing I would suggest to improve on would be wireless access on the Tvs and for personal laptops. We could connect with our cell phones, but not the Tvs or laptops ( TV for streaming and laptops for work use).

Great Getaway

2 families shared the house. 4 adults and 6 kids. The house was spacious and accommodating. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat most meals at home. Never felt like we were on top of each other, which is nice. Great location, spent most of our time riding bikes from the house to the various amenities Sunriver had to offer.

Great place

We stayed for 4 nights over Presidents’ Day weekend and this house was perfect for two families and 5 kids. Nice open great room with fantastic wood burning fireplace that really warmed the home up. Clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely situation for extended family. Bedroom setup, master, large kitchen (we mostly eat breakfast and dinners at house). Large table and living area ideal for our needs. Had a great time!

Sunriver Getaway

house was much larger than expected and just perfect for our group of 8. not a deal breaker, but will mention they do not have SHARC passes with this home (something i missed in the description). overall we enjoyed the home and they had plenty of room and amenities for our family!!

Great home!

Our long weekend was a wonderful stay. We had a multifamily holiday, and the house accommodated all of us. Large enough that everyone had a place, very clean, nice area of Sunriver, etc. We will definitely be back. Only wish the bottom bunk beds were more comfortable. Everyone liked their beds but the couple sleepiing in the bunk room. The mattresses in there were very uncomfortable. Other than that, the home was great!

Great family home for all generations!

Grandma had a walker and could maneuver easily. There was plenty of room for everyone to move and relax in the house because of the layout. Grandma could get in and out of bathrooms with her walker and stayed comfortably on the first floor. The loft was great for sleeping and for my son to play his keyboard. The room has good acoustics for music! The island kitchen was outfitted well for a family that cooks meals at home. It had everything I needed. We have vacationed in Sunriver for a week every summer for over 30 years. I have stayed in many properties and enjoyed them all. None were outfitted so perfectly as this. I did not have to call for anything. Everything worked, nothing was broken. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, serving pieces and party glassware!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Todd 1 was fantastic. The home was great, very spacious and accommodating. The extra large dining table was great to have a puzzle going at one end and plenty of room for 6 to play games at the other. The home was very clean and the kitchen was spacious and wonderful. The beds and all furniture were very comfortable. The only thing was during the night the upstairs bedrooms would get a bit too warm. We tried to adjust the heat a couple times but with no success. The heat issue was minor though and we would definitely stay in Todd 1 again. Last but not least, as usual the Bennington service and overall system for reservations, home access, cleanliness, etc was top notch. This was our 3rd year in a row renting through Bennington and we have no reason to use any other property management company in the future.

We've rented several homes in various geographies and Todd 1 is an amazing home that was perfect in every way for a family of 8. It is very comfortable space, impeccably maintained, and equipped with anything you could ever need. Bennington Properties was outstanding to work with...responsive, helpful and totally buttoned up! We will return!
