Esta casa está ubicada en el extremo norte tranquilo de Sunriver. Un lugar perfecto para dos parejas, un dormitorio en la planta superior y un dormitorio en la planta baja, ambos tienen acceso a un baño. Dos espacios de estar (loft en el piso superior y sala de estar) ofrecen mucho espacio para relajarse. Nueva chimenea de gas crea un gran ambiente para la sala de estar hundida. Great Location

Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s just right! We have a yearly family reunion close by and it’s in the perfect location for us to stay. Clean and comfortable with everything you need.

Comfortable house in a nice community

The house was comfortable and clean. About 1.5 hours from the north entrance to Crater lake and pretty close to bend. The bedrooms were well kept, had air conditioning which was good as we couldn't keep the windows open due to smoke from wild fires. A refresh of some of the living room couches/pillows would be great but overall a nice place

Close to bridge crossing for hiking and mountain biking trails. Very quiet part of Sunriver. House has everything we needed, kitchen very well appointed. Property management gave good details on what was not included in supplies. I

Very Clean and Quiet; Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our relaxing and comfortable three days stay during late September in this two-bedroom, two level vacation rental house at Sunriver. The décor of the house is somewhat dated. However, the interior of the house was well maintained. This house is good sized at over 1,400 square feet with a good layout. It is ideal for two couples. It was well equipped. The rental rate was reasonable. The interior of the house was very clean and quiet. There were lots of pine needles on the front and back decks and driveway, as well as up on the roof. It would help if these were blown off. The kitchen area was well equipped with both large and small appliances. It had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishware for our needs, except there was no spatula/ turner to flip food items with in the kitchen. The faucet in the kitchen made a strange and loud noise when it was turned on. We found the upstairs king bed to be comfortable, and fairly firm. The bathrooms had nice towels and were of adequate size. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. However, we could not figure out how to operate the jets of the hot tub. The Bennington properties management people were very communicative and easy to deal with. They were responsive any questions that we had. The HVAC worked well and kept the house very comfortable. We enjoyed the gas fireplace during the cool evenings and mornings. The Wi-Fi Internet worked well throughout the house, and the Internet speed was adequate for our needs. Cell phone reception in and around the house was good. The house has a washer and dryer, that we did not use.

Nice house in a busy neighborhood

Pros: Good location in Sunriver close to the river. Found 2 reasonably well functioning bikes out of available 6. Good communications from the managements company about arrival. Cons: Hot tub didn’t have enough water for the 2 adults, so the top jets were not submerged. Reported it to the management, but nothing has been done. Outside tables were not wiped clean and had multiple food stains. Found empty beer cans on the property not picked up by the cleaning crew. The bed we used downstairs is uncomfortable. The house is located close to other homes, so your privacy is limited.

Both the upstairs and downstairs have large bedrooms with king size beds so no one has to feel like they got the kid's room! The furnishings are a bit tired, but it is clean and comfortable.

Overall it was ok, though we were pretty disappointed in the deck area. The owner needs to step up here and invest in upgrades. Deck is only 8 ft. wide and you can't walk past the table when it is set. Deck furniture is cheap and old. Chairs are old folding lawn chairs. The other disappointment is the bad mattress in the downstairs bedroom. Needs to be replaced badly. Bennington did very well and met all our needs when asked.
