Much enjoyed holiday

Studio excellent, well equipped, set in a lovely postition Host Rupert and Ann were very welcoming we had extras like tea coffee milk strawberries and cream plus more fresh ready for us. Studio set as part of the house which had marvellous gardens to look out on. And a wonderful views of the sea.

Absolutely great in all ways.

A wonderful stay in a lovely apartment. A great welcome from a very friendly host and beautiful views. We were extremely comfortable in very comfortable beds and a well furnished room, lovely linen and great welcome pack. The weather also turned on the charm for us. Some super places to go out and about to and a lovely town with beautiful gardens. Can thoroughly recommend the whole package.

Fantastic hideaway

Best ever hosts. Amazing welcome pack full of esentials for stay and extra nice touches. Beds so so comfy . Everythink you could want in a self catering accommodation. Delightful setting beautiful garden with amazing views over the town from the studio flat. Position of the house is in superb location just a small incline to house as on a hill, hence fabulous views. Only 5 mins walk down to Sidmouth town. Wouldnt hesitate in recommending this accommodation at all. 5 star all round. Cant wait to come back. Thank you Rupert and Ann for your wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful holiday here at Claremont Cottage studio

Rupert & Ann were most welcoming, friendly & helpful and it was a great pleasure to meet them. The accommodation was perfect - very clean and with everything we needed & more! Such a lovely place to stay with a view of the sea, and in such beautiful gardens. We had a wonderful week here in Sidmouth and hope to return when possible. Can thoroughly recommend .

One week in Sidmouth

We had a lovely stay at this studio apartment. The owners, Rupert and Anne, were friendly and very welcoming. The apartment had everything that we needed. Rupert and Anne supplied us with a superb welcome pack, it was such a lovely surprise. Thanks for a great week.

Can’t fault our experience. Fantastic situation in lovely garden with sea view. We were made very welcome with a great welcome pack. Would recommend especially if you enjoy a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Lovely holiday home

A really nice little studio with everything you need, in a nice and quiet location with a beautiful garden and sea view. Short walking distance to town and seaside. Everything inside modern and well working, we were also provided with an electrical heater since there were some quite chilly nights in June! Lovely hosts, and a much appreciated welcome pack! Will certainly try to come back.

Lovely Garden Suite with super views of garden and the sea

We had a wonderful two week stay in lovely accommodation. The views of the garden and sea were outstanding. Everything in the apartment was very comfortable with a delicious welcome pack. Lots to do in Sidmouth with just a short walk into town. Even the weather was fantastic. Rupert and Ann were lovely hosts, making sure everything in the apartment was fine, but not being obtrusive. Would thoroughly recommend the Garden Studio. Thank you!

Delightful Discovery

Our week's stay in this lovely "Garden Studio" commenced with the warmest of receptions from our host Rupert. The studio overlooks his wife Ann's exceptional flower garden with a view to the sea. The studio contained everything that could be reasonably expected for the money charged and we eagerly anticipate an early return visit.

Enchanting!

Lived in Sidmouth 20 yrs. I never knew this magical place was here. What a wonderful setting for "A Midsummer Nights Dream" - read Puck's epilogue in the dream': I have been transported to the Forest of Arden. __ Back to reality - everything was perfect including the comfortable bed!!

Charming and convenient. Super hosts.

Lovely comfortable weekend stay in The Old Stable with friends in The Garden Room. Everything we could need was there including parking for the car, lovely views to the sea and a pretty garden. There is a park next door for the dog to run riot. Five or six minutes walk to the shops and seafront. Great walks along the coast. Sidmouth is a lovely old fashioned resort. Will definitely be going back here to see Ann and Rupert.

Top Stay

My Wife and I have stayed in the Garden Studio for the last three years and have thoroughly enjoyed our visits. The Studio is very clean, well maintained, with a good shower room, a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen, quite suitable for preparing evening meals. There is a designated car parking space at the front of the well kept garden. The view of Sidmouth from the property is outstanding. The Studio is a short walk from the town with its numerous restaurants and interesting shops. Not to be missed is the Connaught Gardens, famous for its views, Band concerts, and Tea rooms. Anne and Rupert, the owners, have a wide ranging knowledge of the area and are very easy to talk to. The Garden Studio is quite unique, and is well recommended.
