Feels Like Home

This property was exactly what we wanted.The house was very clean,organized and everything we needed was there.The location was wonderful,close to the rec centers,and family pool .The owners returned our calls immediately, and kept communication open.This was a cozy and very welcoming home. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Property

This house is an excellent value for the money. The location is very near Brownwood for entertainment and dining. Hillsboro and Dunedin pools are nearby. The property is immaculate. The owners are very informative to where we had to ask NO questions. The use of 2 golf carts is AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to stay with them again. We could not have asked for a more perfect place!

Very nice home in a great location

The Trail House has everything required for an extended stay in The Villages. The kitchen has all required utensils and there are more than adequate linens, blankets and towels available. The house is very clean and was very comfortable to live. We found the location perfect for trips to several near by golf courses and numerous trips to either Brownwood or Sumter Landing. Wes is a great host and maintains very frequent two way communication. We will return.

Perfect location and everything we needed for our stay.

Great to have options to use 2 Golf Carts, Golf Clubs, Grill, and Bikes. We wish we could have stayed longer. Communication with Wesley was excellent.

Great time at the Villages

This is a great home, great location, and a great host. We had the best time. Very nice home with everything we needed and many things we did not know we needed but enjoyed. So close to Brownwood and walking distance to a rec center. The host answered all our questions and was very helpful. We can’t wait to stay again!

A wonderful time!

Stayed for a week with my husband and mother. LOVED the house (clean and uncluttered), yet with everything needed for our stay including items to cook a nice big breakfast each morning. The closest rec center is just minutes away by foot or bike. Golf cart takes you to Brownwood Square for dinner or live music / dancing on the square. Two years ago we stayed closer to Spanish Springs but love the location of this house much better. THANK YOU to the owner for a wonderful stay in The Villages!!

Villages Bday Celebration

We enjoyed our stay, the property is well kept and very neat. The home easily fit our extended family of four (3 adults and one teenager). The beds are all very comfortable. The property owner is very responsive to any questions, making the check-in process seamless. We were in town to celebrate our dad's 80th b-day and this home met all of our needs, it is centrally located in the Villages! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Wonderful stay

We just left the house and we couldn’t have been anymore impressed. Check in was a breeze, the house fully stocked, clean and plenty of space for everyone. The owner always responded and was extremely helpful. We will definitely come back again! Thank you!!

Best Location in The Villages

Excellent location. Friendly neighbors in entire neighborhood. Plenty of TV channels. Came with everything you would need. Communication with owners was very prompt. Would highly recommend. I stayed for a month and would love to have bought this house for myself.

Very comfortable stay. Made our visit very pleasant.

Great Vacation Home

My family of 12 rented this wonderful house and a second house nearby as a well deserved vacation after our granddaughter's lovely wedding. This house was immaculate, well equipped, and comfortable. The master suite was huge and away from the other bedrooms. The location was great and we enjoyed exploring the new area of Brownwood. The four seat golf cart was a plus, and our 18 month old loved all the rides. Golfing was great despite the hot weather. There were plenty of nearby pools for cooling down. Best of all, the owners were so accommodating and stayed in touch. We definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to be able to return later in the fall.
