Our Stay

We found the accomodation worked well for my disabled wife and myself. We got a hospital bed which was easy to set up in the main bedroom. The kitchen was easy to work in. The washroom facilities worked well for both of us, especially the walk in shower for my wife. The pool was beautiful and the BBQ facilities great. Overall an excellant experience.

39 Days In Paradise!

I spent almost 6 weeks ant this beautifully appointed condo in Palm Springs. The mid-century modern vibe was carefully cultivated, with soothing grey and chrome accents. Things like extra toilet paper, boxes of tissue, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and access to necessary cleaning product made my stay easy and effortless. The pool was close by, I had it to myself most days, the neighbors friendly (I was invited to the Sunday morning coffee hour at the pool), and the laundry room just a short walk down the hall. I had a wonderful stay, and definitely plan to come again!

PS - We Love You

Palm Springs in the late winter/early spring - what’s not to love and enjoy. Deep Well Ranch is great place to relax, meet old and new friends, enjoy the sun….. This is a terrific location for exploring PS (close to downtown), surrounding attractions (Living Desert Zoo) and outdoor attractions. The condo is comfortable and clean. All of the essentials are supplied - plenty of towels (bath and pool), bed linens, and kitchen utensils. As our host said “all you need is your toothbrush and bathing suit”, can’t go wrong. Thanks Bob - see you next year!

Snow Bird Migration

Being first time snow birds, we had an opportunity to rent the property for the month. We had a wonderful time. The location was great, convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown. It was a quiet property with friendly residents and nice pool area. The unit was updated and had the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a great experience for the first time going south.

Great Stay

My wife my mother and myself very much enjoyed our stay at this property in Palm Springs. It is a great central location close to shopping restaurants, perfect for us. This two bedroom two bathroom condo has been tastefully updated, only one thing I would have loved one more TV in the second bedroom. Thank you Bob for a pleasant experience

Compact home for three months in Sunny California

The unit is compact and has all the amenities you need for home living. Everything matches with a pleasant color palate. Comfortable furniture and beds. Modern and clean. Bob is available for any problems. Just the right amount of dishes, pots, and pans. Plenty of towels. Great pool area.

Lovely & Great Location Biltmore Condo

Lovely decorated condo in central location with easy access to PS. Communication with Bob before/during the trip was great. We had a hiccup in that Bob called the day before we were going to be there and said that the air-conditioner died and most likely wouldn't be fixed before we left. Bob offered to cancel with no penalty. He also informed us the weather was not above 80 in the day. We took our chances and lucked out. The unit is on 1st floor with 4 sliding glass doors opening to the patio & entry walkway to the complex. We were able to cool down the unit at night by opening doors and using ceiling fan but couldn't sleep with open doors for ventilation. We left before heat wave. Very good value and location with carport parking.

Lovely renovated condo in a great area

Bob was wonderful to deal with and we had a great time in his lovely condo. The neighbourhood has great early morning walks and the best coffee shop in the area just minutes away. It was perfect for our family to explore the hiking and MCM architecture, with some great affordable restaurants close by. Bob made the stay very easy, he was available to answer questions and concerns, and left clear instructions that were easy to follow. Thanks Bob!

Great Place to Stay In Palm Springs

This condo exceeded our expectations in all areas. It had everything one could ask for in a great getaway retreat. It was centrally located to all the attractions (within 5 min to downtown) and it had a wonderful pool and spa area where you could go and relax. The condo had comfortable beds and a wonderful master shower. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and good location

The house was perfect for our needs! Communication was good and check in/out was easy. Very nicely remodeled, comfy beds and great shower. The location is great - walking distance to Kings Highway restaurant which is delicious and a quick drive (or bike) downtown. Would stay again!

Beautifully remodeled condo, in a convenient location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The condo has modern decor, and is very comfortable. It's also close to the down town strip and grocery stores. The pool is very close to the condo, quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation weekend

Lovely modern condo near everything! Owner was very communicative, sent all the instructions well in advance and made sure we were well taken care of. Perfect weekend getaway couldn't have gone smoother. Prompt return of security deposit, thanks again for such a lovely place to stay.

+ : very nice, newly renovated, spacious rooms, nice pool too. Very good for the price - : the supermarket, drugstore and restaurants is a little bit far ....you definitly need a car. We called a cab once and waited 45 minutes and the cab never showed up, its better to take uber or rent a car.

Nice, well decorated and updated condo unit. Location is only minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Owner responded immediately to emails. Would definitely stay again.
