Este es un tercer piso, recientemente renovado loft / condominio en el Edificio 10. WiFi gratuito y TV por cable. La sala de estar ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ", un sofá cama doble y una chimenea de leña. Con capacidad para cuatro en la mesa del comedor. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo y está totalmente equipada. En el área del loft hay una cama queen size y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". Desde su balcón privado, disfrutará de una increíble vista a la montaña y de Oma's Meadow. Esta unidad no tiene lavadora y secadora, pero hay una lavandería que funciona con monedas en la propiedad. Se está construyendo una nueva casa club y la fecha estimada de finalización será septiembre de 2020. Tendrá una piscina cubierta, jacuzzi, sauna, gimnasio. El establecimiento también cuenta con pistas de tenis y zonas de parrillas al aire libre.

Adequate, but wouldn't stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floor plan was cute but the property needs to be updated. The heating system seemed to have a mind of it's own. We had it set on low the entire stay, but overnight it would get sweltering hot up in the loft bedroom. The dishwasher is so loud that you couldn't sleep or watch TV while it ran. Best to run it as you leave for the day. We could not get the flue to the fireplace open. The location is nice for mid-day ski stops being up at the top of the intermediate run, Oma's Meadow. But you still have to drive down in the morning to get in line for lift tickets by 7am because slopes don't open until 9am. Also, snow making machines overnight are very loud! They did a great job of keeping roads plowed, but keep in mind that this condo is at top of steep, windy road.

A Fun Family Weekend Getaway!

I would suggest bringing air freshener. It was awesome to stay slope side. We rented our ski gear offsite and bought our lift tickets the night before to be ready for the full day of skiing.

An okay place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. The unit is in a fantastic location as it is walking distance to the Oma's Meadow trail. This club also contains charging for electric vehicles.This particular unit suffered from outdated furniture, lack of window coverings, and old windows. The couch was uncomfortable, the wooden tables left residue on items, and the window in the loft area contains no ability to shade out the exterior lighting.

Excellent Ski in/Ski Out

We visited during a snow storm in January. Knowing it was coming, we grabbed groceries on our way up and hunkered down for the long weekend. The ski in/ski out was perfect for the weather and we never had to leave. Would definitely stay there again!

Small But Well Equipped

To be so small my family of 4 (youngest two 9 and 10) was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was updated nicely and upstairs bed was comfortable. The pullout couch was about as comfortable as a pullout couch can be. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful but unfortunately you cannot see the New Years Eve fireworks from the unit.

Small, Cozy, Right by the Slopes

Best part of unit besides the fantastic view is the alcove bed where you feel like you are sleeping on a ledge on the side of the mountain because of the windows surrounding the bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, when we vacationed here the "Clubhouse" had burned down, so we didn't use any of the amenities there. The room was bigger than expected from the pictures online and clean. However, half of the light bulbs were burned out and the view would be great if you had more "viewing area" from the room, i.e. bigger windows. The room could use updating, you definitely walk into the past here. I was hoping for a better view for having to drive all the way up the mountain, which if you have 2 wheel drive you'll need chains when snowing. It's not toddler friendly at all, so be prepared for that. The staff was amazing, always there on the phone to help. We had a good time overall, but was hoping for a little better time, since we were celebrating my wife's and my birthdays.

Clean and comfortable unit and well maintained grounds. The staff is the best. Construction ongoing in certain areas of the complex which will make this facility even better. You will not be disappointed with this choice.
