We had a lovely week here. Pepe was very helpful and although he lives above you really don't notice. The view from the villa was great znd it is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t have a car and didn't feel we needed one. As long as you are fit and don't mind climbing a hill you can get to the supermarket easily and there is a regular train along the coat. A lovely place to relax.

The house was very nice, a bit tricky to find in the urbanization, but our hostPepe, who was very kind and helpful person, had provided us with driving directions that made it easy to find the house. Pepe was a perfect host, available and very concerned about our confidence. The house was clean and cosy, the view to the sea was great, everything was good.

Beautiful views

The property had amazing views in a very quiet area. The villa was perfect for our family's stay, with everything that you needed, the pool was lovely. The owner Pepe was available if needed and offered us advice on what was nearby and the welcome pack was an added touch. Although the villa is a car journey from both Benalmadena and Fuengirola uber was very easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Like it was our own house

Super stay early May, Pepe the owner was so nice and helpful. The appartment was so isolated in the Ground floor, so we felt like being in our own house. Nice looking pool, still too cold for swimming in it. The house inside good and functional, not newly renovated, but things works just fine. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

A gem of a place

This was our 2nd time staying at Pepe’s villa. (I don’t often stay anywhere more than once) Pepe is a perfect host and very courteous. Although he lives upstairs of the property you would hardly know he is there, very respectful of your privacy and on hand if you had a query. Everything you need for self catering is there, very well equipped kitchen, nice comfortable beds, and 2 great bathrooms. The pool and gardens are fantastic and well cared for with wonderful sea views. We spent 2 weeks at relaxing by the pool reading an array of books available in the property. The hill leading up to the property is quite steep, this doesn’t bother us at all and we don’t hire a car when on holiday. If you have small children or mobility issues a car is recommended, although taxis or Ubers are very reliable and inexpensive. I truly could spend the whole of the summer at Pepe’s place 😃

A wonderful place to stay

Pepe was so kind, helpful and welcoming when we arrived. He patiently showed us everything and explained to us how things worked. He told us he will always help if needed. The perfect start to our two week holiday, the perfect host. The apartment had everything we needed, including a most welcome few beers, cokes and a bottle of wine. Everything worked in the apartment perfectly and we were also able to use our Amazon Fire tv stick to watch Netflix etc on the TV as there is an HDMI port, fantastic 😊. We went for some days out and some days just chilled by the pool. Of an evening we just sat and watched the sea and the world go by. This has to be one of the most relaxing holidays we have had; the location, the apartment and pool and because Pepe made it so easy for us. We were sad to leave but will come back. Thank you Pepe, you made our stay perfect Jon and Lynda. 👍👍😊

Wonderful two weeks

We have just returned from a lovely two weeks in Pepe's apartment, we are a family of five (ages ranging from 13 to 62) and there was ample space for all of us. The apartment is located on the ground floor with full access to a private swimming pool with beautiful uninterrupted views of the sea. Pepe lives on the top floor of the villa but is completely unobtrusive but also on hand if you need anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, the coffee machine was an added bonus! It is not far from Fuengirola seafront (around a 5min drive) and near all the shops and restaurants. We used the local Aldi for our food shopping which was only a 5 min drive, not far from the Shell garage. I would personally recommend hiring a car as the Villa is located in a quiet residential area with many twisty, turny roads and I wouldn't advise walking along them, especially in the heat! For a family that includes two teenage boys, the only addition we would recommend is a wifi booster which would help with the signal and strength. A change of bed linen and towels would have been welcomed but l am sure if we had asked Pepe, he would have supplied fresh ones. However neither of these spoilt our holiday and we would certainly return there again.

Fabulous accommodation

This was our first introduction to the Costa del Sol and my wife and I spent a week here in Early June. I won't critique the locality as that's for the travel guides, but within striking distance are a fairly broad representation of everything Andalusia has to offer. The property is on an established urbanisation which is on a steep hill which makes any notion of walking to the sea or up to the local supermarket not an option for us. (we being not terribly fit late 50's and early 60's!) So a car is in my opinion essential. The kitchen has everything one could need to prepare meals, the bathrooms are good and the bed comfortable, all linen spotless, and plenty of hangers in the large wardrobes. The pool also is great. If I were to return to this region I would definitely book here again. Unlike other contributors we only met Pepe the owner briefly, however he appeared charming and helpful and I don't doubt he would respond well to any issues. The cold drinks in the fridge and a bottle of red when we arrived was a very pleasant touch and appreciated. The pool and garden where attending to every other day, so and kept immaculate. Unusually for me I can't find anything to say on how this property could be improved on - maybe new lounge cushions for the pool, but that's being really picky. I loved it here.

Séjour parfait

Tout a été parfait durant ce séjour. Depuis les échanges avec pepe avant de partir jusqu’au jour de départ. C’est une personne adorable qui a à cœur que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Appartement propre, bien équipé et conforme aux photos. Piscine tres appreciable et propre. La maison est située à 1km environ de la plage (attention, dénivelé important!). Nous avons ete tres bien accueillis par Pepe. Propriétaire tres discret et disponible pour toute question.

Fantastische locatie maar een aantal dingen zijn aan vervanging toe zoals douchekop en fornuisknop en plaat plus een nieuwe bakpannen set. Pépé (de eigenaar) was een heel aardige en zeer behulpzame man. Al met al hebben we ontzettend genoten!

Location située idéalement pour visiter l’Andalousie

Location très agréable pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Notre séjour hivernal dans cette location parfaitement conforme à l’annonce nous a permis de visiter Séville, Cordoue, Málaga, Grenade, l’Alhambra et de nombreux petits villages au charme andalou. Great Little Getaway

My husband and I booked this property for a 5 night stay in November. The property is in a lovely part of Spain and just a 10 minute walk (steep walk) up from the sea front. The property was as described and we found everything absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a BBQ every evening, watching the sun go down followed by a walk down to the sea front for a drink afterwards. Many places had closed for the winter but there were still a couple of places to go. We managed to meet Pepe on a couple of occasions (Pepe lives upstairs and you hardly know he's there) and he was the perfect host and communication with him was easy. We had a car (we wanted to explore further afield) which also makes life easier if you are self catering and there was a supermarket about a 5 minute drive away, up a very steep hill but if you were using the place as a base and going down into the beach/town every day/night a car isn't essential and taxis cost about 6 euro from the sea front up to the property. There are also really good bus services down at the beach front. We had a really really lovely stay and can't thank Pepe enough.

Magnifique villa

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cette villa, toujours un plaisir de revenir par ici, maison impeccable ainsi que la piscine au top,Pepe toujours aussi discret et gentil.

Un coin de paradis en Andalousie

Propriété très agréable très bien équipée et idealement située pour visiter la cote et los pueblos blancos. Et surtout Pepe : un hôte charmant et polyglotte très disponible tout en restant discret.
