El apartamento ha sido completamente renovado y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de los Museos Vaticanos y del metro de Ottaviano. Se encuentra en una zona con numerosas tiendas, restaurantes y también un mercado local con estacionamiento interno.
El apartamento consta de 3 habitaciones para 6 personas:
Habitación naranja con cama doble y baño privado.
Habitación gris con dos camas individuales y baño privado.
Habitación azul 'con dos camas individuales y un baño privado fuera de la habitación.
El salón está amueblado con un sofá, una mesa de comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, placa de inducción. Está equipado con todos los utensilios, vajilla, tostadora, cafetera espresso y hervidor eléctrico.

Paola was an amazing host! The apartment is awesome as well. This location you cannot go wrong with. To start they had AC, the rooms were spacious, and overall the place was very clean. There are 3 full size bathrooms, with rain shower heads. Washer and dryer made doing laundry a breeze. There are plenty of food, and shopping locations. In their household binder there is the first on the list. Service and food were amazing.We were a party of 5, there was more than enough for all of us. You cannot go wrong !!!

Awesome place

Great location - 1-2 blocks from metro, grocery stores, market and busses. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful host provided a little Christmas tree, panetone and prossecco to help us feel festive. I would highly recommed this place when in Rome

Perfect Location!

We greatly enjoyed our visit. The property was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is perfect. Close to the subway, train stops and walking distance to the Vatican. We found this to be a perfect jumping off point for exploring Rome. Communication with the owner/manager was top notch!

This well appointed 3- bedroom had everything our group of five needed for a full week stay. There is a selection of good restaurants and grocery options. Paola is a super host for sure. We look forward to bringing friends and family back again.

3 weeks in Rome

The apartment is amazing. Walking distance to metro, bus line, Vatican and a great variety of shops and eateries nearby. We had friends and family with us for three weeks and never had an issue. Apartment is exactly as advertised, very secure and location very safe. We never had any doubt letting the kids wander the neighborhood on their own. We hope to come back soon.

The apartment was very clean. Although it was a non-smoking apartment it smelled of smoke perhaps from outside or other apartments. There was a courtyard in the middle but it was under construction and we couldn't enjoy it. I'm sure it will be beautiful once construction completed. The location was very close to the Vatican and walkable to many of the tourist attractions. Metro station close by as well. We enjoyed our time in Rome.

Wonderfull apartment in a perfect location near the Vatican

A family of 6 adults spent 4 nights in this most wonderfull apartment. The apartment is very well equiped with every convenience you need and located just 5-10 mins walk from the Vatican City and the Ottaviano Metro station. Just around the block you have a very nice bakery, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Even with all the conveniences around the block and busy streets around, the flat is high up in the building and quiet. An extra bonus is the host Paola - you are a pearl ;-) Helpful, smiling and very welcoming. Thanks a lot. We truly enjoyed the stay and from our hearts will absolutely recommend to stay here when in Rome.

Perfect Location and Perfect for 6 people

We are a party of 6 traveling with 2 college daughters and my parents (in their 80’s). The apartment was in a perfect location for sight seeing. Very clean and nice and felt very safe and secure. Super tiny elevator (knew that before we even booked) so it took a few trips to get our luggage up and then back down at check out but the elevator was perfect for my parents to use while the rest of us enjoyed taking the stairs to burn off the yummy food we ate while out sight seeing. Not a huge area for everyone to gather but for the amount of time we spent inside the apartment during the day it was not an issue at all. Our host set up transfers from the airport and to our cruise ship and was very responsive with any questions and great at check in. A truly fabulous apartment and stay!

Exceeded expectations! Would book again.

This apartment home was perfect for my husband and I along with our four adult daughters ages 18 to 22. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious. Check-in was extremely smooth, all necessary details for using amenities in the apartment were well explained. The location of this apartment was perfect as well! Only one block from the metro, 2 1/2 blocks to the grocery store, and excellent places to eat out all within walking distance. I can’t say enough about this apartment except that I 100% would book it again if I was coming back to Rome with our four daughters. It was perfect! Paola was an excellent communicator and answered any questions I had. We didn’t have a single negative experience or issue in the home. This truly was a five star stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Great apartment in central location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Paola’s apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely furnished. The location is great, very close to the Vatican. The bus station is in front of the apartment and the metro station is also very close. We parked our car in the parking garage just a few walking minutes from the apartment. Paola was very responsive. Check-in was easy. The street in front of the apartment is very busy from 7 am to midnight, such that it is a bit noisy when you open the window at that time. But for us this was no problem at all. We only opened the window in the kitchen which opens to a very nice inner courtyard where you can hear the birds singing. We fully recommend the apartment.

Even better than advertised!!

This place is sparkling clean, well organized and beautiful. The touches of signed art, gorgeous bathrooms and pretty lighting made our stay welcoming! The facade of the courtyard was being redone, but it looked so charming, I must come back to see it complete! Very close to the orange line metro, a few minutes away from Vatican, and everything you could want all around. We loved the neighborhood! Had no problem navigating the city from here. Metro was a breeze and cabs picked up right outside. If you enjoy walking which we did often, it was about a 30 minute beautiful walk with something to notice around every corner, from the sights across the river. Don’t forget to grab a gelato around the way which makes the stroll a dream! When tired we caught a bus. Our phone directions worked perfectly. Access into the flat was easy and convenient! Would highly recommend!

The Best Place to Stay in Roma!

We stayed in Paola's apartment while visiting Rome at the end of June, 2018. What a wonderful place to stay! Paola and her sister, Elizabeth were terrific hosts and helpful in every way. From instructions regarding the apartment to restaurants and other areas of interest nearby. Along with being a block or 2 away from the Vatican, it is 1 block away from the subway, which will drop you to all of the high points of Rome, and it is a block down from what we were told was the biggest open air market in Rome. We went there twice and it was very big and had an incredible selection of local foods; some of which we used to cook-in one night when we were worn out from all the sightseeing we did during the day. We had 2 family's visiting Rome sharing the flat and it met all our needs. The flat has 3 spacious bedrooms,each individually heated and cooled with the AC working incredibly well (Sorry Paola for keeping the place so cool but we are American's after all). There were 3 good sized bathrooms along a TV in each room. Kitchen is well furnished with a good size fridge to keep the water and adult beverages cool. I absolutely recommend the apartment. Thanks Paola for a great stay in Rome. Hope to see you again someday.

Great apartment, great owner

My wife, 4 kids, and I stayed here for the first week of June and I can't say enough of the property and the owner, Paola. Paola personally met with us on the first day to go through the property and its amenities. She also organized our transportation from the airport to the apartment. The property was spacious, very clean, modern, and air conditioning was excellent. It offered a nice view of the Courtyard below and it was just a couple of blocks from Piazza San Piedro and Vatican Museum. The supermarkets and restaurants are all well within 3 minute walk. The bus stop only 100 feet away and the Ottaviano stop just a block away. Only issues, which are very minor: big plates didn't fit properly in dishwasher which was suboptimal in getting dishes 100% clean. The showers were a bit small. I am a small person and it was difficult to maneuver in the shower without hitting the glass. It would also would have been great to have a clothes dryer in the apartment. The clothes rack takes too long to dry clothes. But overall, the place is GREAT and I would be more than happy to stay here again!

El apartamento esta muy bien. Paola, te ayuda en todo lo que puede, pero dos dormitorios dan a la calle y tiene mucho ruido. Imposible dormir con la ventana abierta.

Excelente apartamento próximo al vaticano. Repitiría sin dudarlo

Lo primero reseñar la amabilidad de Paola que nos facilito un teléfono de contacto que ante cualquier duda nos contestó al momento . El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, con TV y aire acondicionado en cada habitación, cada baño completo tiene secador de pelo, todo estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. La verdad es que nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos de los Museos Vaticanos y a 10 del Vaticano, sitios para comer cercanos (excepto Hosteria Dino & Toni, unos estafadores), supermercados y un mercado cerca. Sin duda una excelente opción de alquiler para pasar unos días por Roma.

Great Roman apartment

Accommodations were perfect, we had an early morning Vatican tour booked…we were able to walk to the Vatican it was that close. Paola the host was great, even after check in she was available to assist us with some local logistics questions….the apartment had everything you would need. Having your own bedroom and bathroom while traveling with family was a nice luxury. The apartment was beautifully updated and the showers were fantastic. Will stay here again!

Summer in Rome

Our stay in Rome was great. Paola was really helpful. She helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the train station. She meet us when we arrived and when we left. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out great. Perfect for our family of 6. Wonderful location. A lot of restaurants and two blocks from Vatican. We were able to walk to every attraction. Perfect stay in Rome

We had a wonderful time in Rome and could not have wanted for a better place to stay! Paola is a great host. Very friendly and helpful in her communication. The location of the apartment is perfect. Only minutes away from the Vatican. And just across the street there is a nice cafe to start your day. The apartment is modern, clean and with good wifi & beds. When we visit Rome again this will be the first place I will try to book.
